Thanks Olga! A very interesting recipe (immediately bookmarked).
But unfortunately this is not the one. The baked goods I'm looking for were almost flat. The filling was filled with lemon, chopped with sugar. Such a flat rug with filling came out.

Who did it? Simple but delicious!

Diced pears, lemon syrup and pears there. Delicious
Kokoschka
Cirre, Galina, and what is the ratio?
Cirre
Lily I took one lemon and 1 kg of pears, maybe a little more, and sugar to taste, well, 500 grams is definitely needed

IvaNova, are the leaves of the tops good? Make dolma out of them - you can eat your mind, how delicious it is with beet leaves. Just scald them to wrap them more agile. You can fold two leaves. Minced meat is common for stuffed cabbage: meat, rice, tomatoes there, spices ... First, fry a little in vegetable oil in a pan so that they take shape and do not unfold later. Then in a cauldron (gosyatnitsa, cartoon) and put out for half an hour in water ...
I don’t do "legs" in any way, except that I cut them finely and freeze them, and then, if necessary, put them in any vegetable soup.

Girls Cirre, V-tina, Thank you! I will do this and that!

composed of margarine, beer and flour.
Julia, maybe such a shortbread dough on beer:

Butter (margarine) 250 g, wheat flour 3.5 tbsp., Beer 130 ml, sugar from 1 tsp., Salt 2 tsp., Egg 1 pc.
Stir the softened butter, egg, salt and sugar with a spatula. You can not achieve homogeneity, but simply connect together. Then pour in beer and flour.
Start kneading dough. It may take 3.5 cups of flour, but you may need a little more, the main thing is to ensure that the dough does not stick to your hands. Start with 2.5-3 cups, then add a little as needed.
You should get a tender and elastic dough, to the touch it is softer and more pliable than ordinary shortbread. Roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After half an hour or more, take out, roll out, bake.

Another cookie, very similar dough:

Mandraik Ludmila, HURRAH! Yes, this is it! Thank you so much. Once in childhood, a friend of her parents baked such a pie with lemon called "Drowned Man". But how many recipes for the "Drowned Man" I did not find, the dough there was completely different.

Krosha Inna, Lyudmila! Thank you girls! I was at a loss as to which recipe was authentic. I will try everything, and then the result will show.

Girls, and if I'm not looking for a recipe, then where to ask?
Moderators, please move, if not in the topic
And what I'm looking for is this: somewhere someone wrote how you can use pieces of PVC pipes for water pipes in the kitchen. Either they made rolling pins from them, or something else

Girls and boys. Who makes pickled lingonberries and how? I didn't find a recipe on the forum, maybe it's very simple? But maybe there are some secrets? And, most importantly, how to store it? How long will it last at room temperature?

Elena-Liza, I do constantly. I wanted to post a recipe, but there is a similar one on the forum.
I am looking for a recipe on our forumLingonberry (or cranberry) soaked
(Cubic)

I have 1 liter. water 1/2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt. Boil water, cool, pour lingonberries in a jar. To cover with a lid. Keep warm for 2-3 days, then keep in the refrigerator. Stands until the next harvest.
Elena-Liza
Galina, so it's still in the fridge I'll try to soak it early this year.

Galina, in pursuit. Are the lingonberries sweet? Do you eat it as an independent dish or as an addition to meat, tea, or baked goods?
gala10
Elena, we eat soaked lingonberries mainly with meat, and add the brine to the compote - we get an incomparable drink.
She is not sweet, she is vigorous.
I don't put any spices there.
Taia
Soaked lingonberry .... And with meat ... And in compote ... Delicious!
An exotic berry, never even tasted it.
Eh, I live my life in vain.

Irisha, yes, I think that any spices in this case are inappropriate.

I harvest lingonberries in my own juice. I pour some lingonberries into a three-liter jar and crush with a crush until juice appears, then gradually add the berries, continuing to wield the crush. So gradually I fill the jar to the brim, close it with a plastic lid. I just keep it in the apartment. Lingonberries were not collected last fall, but remained from the previous year. I put the leftovers in small jars and put them in the refrigerator. Now I checked, the berries are as good as new: girl_wink: I use lingonberries mainly for pies.
Mikhaska
O_lush_ka, also an interesting way. But, nevertheless, we like whole lingonberries more. Therefore, we do soaked.
Tumanchik
Oh virgins ... how I love it all! Lingonberry
Svetta
I can't even imagine the taste of lingonberry ... I only saw it on Google in the picture.

Don't put sugar in? I mostly freeze. And it tastes better after the first frost: in September-October.
