Cooking method

  • A simple, far from dietary, but very tasty dish!
  • We take a strip of fresh bacon, cut it in two. We mix all the seasonings in a cap, and then rub the pieces of bacon with this mixture. Then rub the crushed garlic well and fold the parts with a "sandwich", with a skin on top and bottom. Put it in a plastic food bag for pickling overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° and put our "sandwich" previously placed in the baking sleeve in the oven! In the sleeve I make several punctures with a toothpick. After about 1 hour, we take out the dish, cool it down. Then we remove the sleeve and perform further actions at our own discretion. Someone eats tasting immediately, personally, after cooling, I put the finished product in the freezer. In this case, the bacon is easily cut, and it seems to me that it becomes tastier.
