Note

I still remember the first time I tried this cupcake. Yummy! Delicate and lush! Large cupcake for the whole family. Great for lunch!
Who knows that he is on beer, he says that he slightly catches the aroma ... And who does not know, says that he is on yogurt or sour cream. And I don’t admit it ... Poor deceived friends ... They burst and moo with pleasure ...

Bon Appetit!

Milawhat a wonderful cupcake! I immediately wanted to bake it, I would try it in a multicooker.
We'll have to buy a special beer for him ...
Tell me, is he not very sweet? There is a lot of sugar in it, maybe for it to keep its shape.

Mila007
Elenka69 , Thank you! Sweetish! But in moderation. If you like not very sweet pastries, then you can pour a little less. Gram 300. This is a real Portuguese cake. They love to bake exactly beer muffins or olive oil tarts and muffins. I was surprised at first. But now I loved this pastry so much. Fragrant! Lush and satisfying! You should like it! In general, the Portuguese are such experts in pastries and desserts. Everything they have is incredibly tasty!

And further. I use sugar light. Therefore, I am not worried about this especially. Sprinkle as much as in the recipe. This sugar has half the calories. The cupcake is sweetish. But this is how it should be. Sprinkle boldly less, sweetness to your taste. And the shape of the cupcake will hold with less amount!
Elenka
MilaThank you, I'll put less sugar.
Do the Portuguese not like vanilla?
I almost always put it in, I just noticed that you don't always have it in your recipes.
Mila007
Do the Portuguese not like vanilla?

They love. But since we do not pour almost everything in a row. They try not to stray too far from the recipe. That is why they have so many traditional Portuguese pastries. It is in this cupcake that I would not recommend vanilla. But if you really like its aroma, then pour in a drop
Elenka
Clear. Then I will try to bake and recognize its original aroma, but I am afraid of something for our beer ... How will it sparkle in the cake, what aroma ?!

Mila, please contact me with "you", okay?
Mila007
Elenka69 , ok, for you!
Be sure to take light beer! I loved our "obolon"
Elenka
Mila, I baked a cupcake! Indeed, delicious! She did not flavor it with anything, baked in the oven, and in the next. I'll try it once in MV. I liked it very much! Sweet, of course (I put 350g of sugar), but that doesn't spoil it, the aroma is really some kind of rich! The cake is very light like a biscuit. I recommend everyone to try it!
I transferred the recipe to my piggy bank as very successful and tasty.
Thanks, Mila!

Mila, I am very interested in what kind of sugar it is, what does it consist of?
Look at the composition, please. What is its calorie content?
Mila007
Elenka69 what a respectable cupcake! Even the Portuguese would envy! Well, theirs is straightforward. Class!
I wanted to see the composition. But such an opportunity. I poured from the bag into a jar with a lid. I do this with all products. And threw the bag away. But how will I shop, I will definitely look. I know that it contains 200 calories. And the usual 390. The sugar substitute is not suitable for baking. And this light - yes.
I am very glad that you liked the cupcake! When you treat someone, brag that it's a Portuguese muffin! I can guarantee it!
Elenka
Thank you, Mila!
I baked a cupcake in the shape of the 1950s, I got it from my husband's grandmother, like that.
At home, she told everyone that the cupcake from Mila was Portuguese, no one guessed, of course, that it was on beer. We were very surprised!
Yesterday I baked it between times, at the same time making jam, cooking dinner, in general, I was spinning like a squirrel, I was very afraid that it would not work. And today it tastes even better!
Thank you!

Mila
How are you going to buy sugar, you will look, not in a hurry, I would look for one. Maybe it will be called differently.
I look everywhere the composition, so as not to be mistaken, the manufacturers often do not say something.

Elenka69, and you did not reduce the number of products? In my opinion, my form is the same as yours, I'm afraid I won't get out of the form.
Mila007
Do not apply to the top of the form! About 2/3, no more. It will rise to the top.
Elenka
May @, the products did not reduce and my dough was about 1/2 form. This is a very large form, I think that 5 liters, as it holds Rum babu Celestines.
May @
Elenka69, thanks, I will know, my form is exactly smaller in size.

Beat the softened butter with sugar.
Mila007 you can ask an amateurish question: how to beat? what and how long? And what does "softened butter" mean?

You can beat with a mixer, you can whisk. Softened - you need to get it in advance so that it becomes soft at room temperature. To make it easier to beat later.

Thank you!
We will try

Mila 007, Can i ask you? If the beer is open, can you bake your cupcake on it?
Mila007
Can. The aroma has remained. I, too, sometimes at an already open bake.
Vitalinka
Thanks, I will try.
Mila007
vitalinka 2 , happy baking! I hope you will like it!

I wonder how to adapt it to a bread maker?

Try reducing the ingredients by a factor of 3. The cupcake is very large if made full. But the dough is quite liquid, it is not a fact that it can be baked in HP.
Michelle
Very, very tasty soft cake! With a pleasant creamy aroma.
I added a filling: dried apricots and raisins.
Thank you very much for the recipe!

Mila please tell me to put butter in the dough an important point? Or margarine?
The recipe is very interested, I want to bake
Elenka
I baked it several times and always on margarine.
Delicious cupcake!
Kokoschka
Thank you, I will try
