serik2000
today ordered panasonic for 2.5 liters
I will give or sell my 55 perfezzu
I will explain why I am doing such a change.
at the time of purchase, I did not know for sure whether the multicooker would be useful to me.
so I decided to buy something inexpensive. and if you like it. inexpensive I will give to one of my friends
and buy myself a Panas. Well, actually it happened. cartoon turned out to be a useful thing, therefore, for Panasonic Welkam. and I take Panas exactly for 2.5 liters because I live alone and I definitely don't need a 5 liter pan (I was convinced by the performance). There are really a few more points on perfzz that I didn't like.
1-time of extinguishing is at least 2 hours (this is a lot for Panas 1 hour) about what can be turned off manually, I do not need to tell. on the stove I can manually turn it on and off.
2-in the soup / porridge mode, it clearly digests. (for me this regime was very important) milk porridge in the morning is what it was actually bought for. but the rice in such porridge is very boiled. tried panas porridge. quite another matter. I also tried to cook soup on this mode. too, everything boiled down to horror. and vegetables and noodles and potatoes. generally overheats!
--- perfectly cooks crumbly porridge and pilaf. I didn't bake baked goods in it at all, so there are zero comments.
naval vermicelli was also not particularly impressive in a slow cooker. I cook on the stove according to my recipe. at first I just boil the vermicelli, throw in the butter. then I boil the chicken fillet. cool down. grind in a meat grinder.
after which I fry with sauce in a frying pan and put the vermicelli in the same place and fry everything together a little. unfortunately, the multicooker option is inferior in taste.
so the conclusion is simple. The slow cooker is good for certain purposes (morning porridge is milky or crumbly, rice pilaf, and probably a double boiler, but I don't use it) but it does not replace the stove. especially if you know how to cook on the stove.

=======================

yes about the fact that Panas's saucepan is scratched, I read.
but there is a hope that Panas with a new pan are now being sold (it seems to have improved the durability of the coating) and secondly, in the Panas branch, I still did not understand what exactly these scratches give, besides aesthetic indignation. if the idea is that the products are separated worse, then for example in the 55th perf, I have no scratches, but everything sticks like magnetized * JOKINGLY * I have to soak it later to wash it off. I compare it with my Teflon frying pan (I used to stew the legs in it before.) and so everything is washed much better in the frying pan. It is worth the effort to wash the perfusion.
In short, tomorrow on the hands (or rather the table) will be both multi. so I will arrange a competition for them. By the way, as they say, God protects the saved. therefore I will buy a silicone spatula for Panas.

=======================

brought Panasik
Multicooker Perfezza
immediately rushed to look at the saucepan
I liked the size very much. for one consumer the most it.
the coating is very smooth (rough in perfuse)
There is no coating on the outside - aluminum. By the way, it may well be that my perfezz is scratched from the outside. the color of the coating is black. on the box there is an inscription "dark inner coating - thick walls" but according to the sensations of the perfezza the walls are thicker.
Multicooker Perfezza
By the way, I looked at a spoon from Panas. soft enough to the touch
Multicooker Perfezza
but the fastening of the valve in the Panas did not ponralil. does not sit tightly.
although it may be so conceived. what if that with overpressure if the valve gets clogged, it is easy to jump out and prevent overpressure inside the multi.
today I will cook and write the comparison results

=======================

Well, there are reviews in comparison.
cooks Panas better. in the sense that those functions that I did not like in perfzz are better implemented here. for example extinguishing. in Panas, the minimum salary is 1 hour and extinguishes at a lower temperature than perfezka.
stewed chicken legs today. you perfez, they dried up in 2 hours and there was almost no moisture and the legs adhered to the pan. Panas put on 1.5 hours. the legs gave liquid and this liquid did not evaporate by the end of cooking, but thickened. in general, they were really worn out.
also Panas washes better. its coating is very smooth and easy to clean.
but as you know you have to pay for everything. in Panas you will have to pay for the pots.
the coating is really much weaker than in the perfusion.
for which perfese respect. on the very first day, a small scratch appeared on the bottom of the Panas pan.
used a plastic spoon. I guess the scratch is a bone in a chicken leg.
there is not even a hint of scratches in the perfusion.
so the quality of the perfusion has once again turned out to be at its best.

With both hands for the last conclusions! It is difficult to replace a gas stove, almost impossible, and even in order to save electricity. And of course, many dishes are best cooked on the stove. As an experiment, of course, it is possible in the cartoon, but why?
probably it's about the style / pace of everyone's life. each of us has our own life positions, which is why opinions differ regarding use.
so I will repeat once again that for me personally, a gas stove is a definite crap. I am ready to admit the speed of cooking SOME dishes on the stove is more interesting, but for me personally, the most important thing in cooking is not the cooking time, but the automatic shutdown. my life has developed in such a way (three children and home work 24 hours a day) that for me it is not just important, but how important it is to go nuts. otherwise I would not cook porridge and meat in a bread maker (I did this for half a year before buying a multicooker).

a multicooker is suitable for someone for one thing, for someone it will not work at all, but for someone it will work because two are not enough for me, a third is needed

About Panas - not a supporter of expensive brands.
I also do not like it when the price is increased for the name. This is all understandable - manufacturers have invested so much money in advertising and promotion, but it is unfair that users should pay for this.

but the EXTINGUISHING mode, I would also not refuse to start from one hour. otherwise no complaints.
Laddy
The scheme was hard-won - at first she stewed beets with vinegar on the casserole mode, for about 30 minutes, then added carrots with onions and borsch dressing (torchin) there, until the casserole mode ended, then added broth with water (the broth was frozen) and potatoes and put on stewing, 2 hours, and at the end added cabbage and stewed for 10 minutes. That's all. I just got a delay in extinguishing on maintaining the temperature (I was absent at home). On one of the forums I read that in total, borscht is cooked up to 4 hours. At first she laughed, but when she did something like that, everything is correct. It was great. In general, now I will only cook borscht in a cartoon. Liked

Amateurs and professionals in the preparation of milk porridge, please tell me is it possible to cook one portion of milk porridge at 57 Perfezza? For a month now I have dreamed of trying milk porridge from multi, but no one else in our family eats it except me, so I'm afraid that this will be too small a volume for normal cooking ... And what, in general, is the minimum load volume in the SOUP mode, in particularly for liquid milk porridge?

Quote: lesik_l

Well, it will turn out more, it's okay. I bake sweet bread from the remnants of porridge - it goes off with a bang. If you need to lay out the recipe.

I constantly make milk rice for one multi-glass (2 water, 2 milk). SUP mode for 1 hour. Everything goes perfectly. But the porridge is not liquid, the child is 3 times. In general, the instructions indicate min. loading 2 multi-glasses. experiment
SupercoW
girls, forced to upset someone, and someone ... just inform.
after 4 months of using PR-55 during boiling, the milk began to stick very strongly to the saucepan. and the milk porridge is cooked normally, but it is the boiling of the milk that must then be soaked and rubbed not weakly.so I boil milk now only in 57 models. apparently the quality of the coating still makes itself felt
but in defense I want to say that all these months 55 the model was used by me 3-4 times a day, that is, it was 3-4 manual washes a day, she went through with me (so she had experience for THREE YEAR).

everything else still cooks well, tastes good and doesn't burn. so ... think, decide.

I also want to say, I have repeatedly washed my pots in the dishwasher - everything is ok.

Quote: Laddy

Yesterday I read a lot about covering the saucepan of our mules on the site
It became sad. All symptoms with deterioration of the coating during operation are confirmed. Especially if you use baking modes often, I think that also applies to Crispy Rice. Food begins to stick, even without damaging the coating itself. If you cook soups -
this does not happen, but with porridge - yes ...
And how are you?

I only have milk.
ordinary porridge, pilaf, stewing all sorts - all without problems. and soups, of course.

I also keep looking at the restoration of coatings, but the price of course ... considering the price of our cartoons, it's really easier to buy a new one.
and it is not a fact that the restoration will be of high quality. and someone wrote that there are no hygiene certificates ...

Quote: Laddy

I even got to the site of an enterprise, which is located, by the way, in Dnipro, which restores Teflon and other non-stick coatings, including industrial ones, and is even located not far from my place of residence. calmed down a bit. But buying a new one is unlikely. Why build gadgets when you only need a saucepan? But maybe the domestic coating will be stronger than the Chinese one? At least Sibovar is praised, although it is Siberian.
Today I cooked milk millet porridge, and everything stuck, however, after a few minutes of soaking, everything was washed out. But the very fact ...

Quote: Laddy

I also agree that it is better to update the coverage, I think that in the near future such a service will be more available than it is now.
And for myself I made a conclusion, be careful with strong thermal conditions. First of all, our perfumes are rice cookers and everything related to rice. All other bells and whistles to give multicooker properties. But this universality is problematic.

Quote: Agata21

I think it is inappropriate to buy a new pan - it will be the same as with the old one.
well, of course it will be.
each product has its own expiration date. and my principle is objectivity.
if, for example, my HP costs UAH 1300, then of course I expect one from her. I bought a new bucket and a mixer in a year, and I think it's completely normal.
if a cartoon costs 350-400 UAH, then of course I didn't think much about durability. although the unit itself works.
if I had a Panasonic cartoon for UAH 1,500, then of course, earlier than a year later, I would not have planned to buy a new bucket (and I would be terribly upset if I had to).

of course I want everything to work well and please us for a long time with its wonderful help in the kitchen. But girls, in all honesty, we really gave such a terrible test drive to our pans.

The restoration of the coating certainly attracts me, BUT ... I, in principle, am wary of the non-stick coating. and if some unknown company does it, then I don’t even know if I’ll risk cooking with it later.
but of course it's cool when there are options and everyone can choose the one that suits them.

I already somewhere (and more than once) wrote that multicooker is ELECTRIC PANELS! Not frying pans! Of course, I want both the Swiss, and the reaper, and the gamer to be on the pipe. You need to know if you can fry the same potatoes in the absence of an ordinary plate... But don't use this function regularly!

totally agree.

so draw your conclusions - I baked in PR-55 only THREE times for the whole time. in PR-57 - never baked. maybe this somehow affected the longer life of my pots.
I made fried only for trial. the main food in our house is boiled and stewed - 90% of all food.

SupercoW, another question: on which prog is better to cook just buckwheat?
I tried it on rice (on a small quantity, for two glasses), but it turned out to be a little hard, or rather not that raw, but just not as soft as usual when cooking. I also had to turn on and add some water. And is it right, am I doing that I pour water as much as cereals, or is it just to relate to rice?

Quote: metel_007

inusya , I cooked buckwheat on this program, though only once. Water for 2 tbsp. buckwheat took 3 glasses. As for me, the cereal was ready, only for some reason the program did not turn off when the water boiled away. I had to turn it off manually.
I think the ratio of water to cereals needs to be selected individually by trial and error in order to find something that suits you.

Quote: SupercoW

totally agree with metel_007 - the ratio must be selected for yourself.
I personally love it when the rice is hard (not half-baked, but just hard), I take it 1: 1.
the girlfriend likes to be more smeared - adds more water.
with buckwheat in the same way. start trying with 1: 1, and if you don't like it, increase it slowly. you can also do 1: 3 if it tastes better for you.

and we use the programs for buckwheat the same as for rice and focus on the amount of cereals.

I have a 56 model. Today I baked a biscuit on the Crispy Rice prog. After 5-10 minutes after switching on, it beeps and resets to zero, I set it up again and after about 50 minutes the biscuit is ready. The saucepan was greased with a rast brush. oil. Normal biscuit: 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of flour and a teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar. Flies out with a bang. Try it, I got it. Good luck.

SupercoW Polinka, do you know us in Perfezza the bowls "Yummy Bowls (Teflon, 5L, YMC-500B, YMC-500J)" won't fit? I saw on sale on some website they sell bowls of 5 liters for 29 ye. The price, in principle, is reasonable as for a bowl, and probably better than in Perfezz.
SupercoW

nope, not in the know.
honestly, it never even occurred to me to compare ... 5 liters is certainly more likely to be similar than with a 4 liter dex

probably you can try to negotiate and drive up to measure. it would be cool if it came up.

I have Aurora (I understand that this is an analogue of Perfeza 58). I also have Yummi. After everything stuck to the bottom in Aurora for frying and baking, I tried using the Yummi pan in Aurora. Came up, though closed with little effort. The potatoes are fried perfectly! Everything in Aurora suits me, except for the quality of the pan. I will use Yummi's pot if necessary.

Quote: ang-kay

Someone wrote on the forum that 58 and "Aurora" are twins and that from "Aurora" the cup fits Panas and vice versa.
Aurora and 58 are really twins. but the question is different.
if the yummi bowl goes to 58, then it's not a fact that it goes to 55 or 56 and 57.

because no one has 58 yet and we cannot see the photo and find out the real measurements. therefore you need to go to the store, which has a whole range of perefzzok, make a muzzle with a hoe and, like, unobtrusively try to stick 58 a pan into some other perfusion.
SupercoW
then so ... yesterday I was in komfi on Petrovka. also freaked out when I saw the action for the 56th model.
the seller also said that they are currently running a promotion for a second product. like if you take two small household units, then the second comes with a 50% discount ... something like that.
perfezz they have a complete collection

now about the pan. in 58 and 57 models, the saucepans are identical. and hence at 56 too.
that is, there is a very high probability that the yummi saucepan that Luybasha wrote about will fit 56, 57 and 58 perfezz. WON'T COME TO 55 !!!

You should have seen HOW the sellers looked at me when I quite calmly approached and began my manipulations over the cartoons ... I thought they would look out of their eyes. but they didn't say anything, apparently my confident look convinced them of something.

who is the first to risk buying a new saucepan - be sure to unsubscribe. I have a lot of spending this month, so I'll wait for salary (mid-April) and only then order.

I realized that the only drawback of these cartoons (Perfezza, Aurora, Maruchi, Lacucina as a saucepan. Some time after the start of operation, the dishes begin to stick to the bottom of the pan. If you do not agree with my conclusions, I will gladly listen to your arguments.
I agree that the quality of the pan is a minus of these models. BUT...
1) I've heard the girls and the food sticks on the water - I don't. that is, if I did not need to boil the milk, I would not even notice that something is sticking. I have ONLY BOILED MILK. milk porridge - no, pilaf and porridge on the water - no, stewing - no.
2) there seems to be a chance of buying a replacement pan.

so not everything is as bad as it seems at first glance.

in addition, it is not known what is the case with pots from other companies. before I tried to monitor all the multicooker, now there is simply no time physically. I haven't even looked into Dexica for a long time.

It seems to me that low-quality materials are a disease of our time. and for perfzz, this jamb was discovered faster, because because of its price, we got some kind of bulk purchase and a massive test drive.

Quote: addresat

I am confused by the lack of a snooze timer in the Cook program.
I quote the instruction:
"The delayed cooking program applies to the Crust, Yogurt, Fry, Pasta, Stew, Soup and Steam modes."
That is, if I understood correctly, the Cook mode is the porridge mode, I will not set it for the night (using the timer). This is what stops me from buying CF.
this mode is for cooking porridge on water. that is, apparently yes, you cannot cook porridge in water with a delay.
but if we are talking about porridge with milk, then for this another regime - SOUP.

I made chicken rice soup today in my Perfezzi 56. Surprisingly, it turned out delicious the first time! Cooked soup for 1.5 hours. First, 40 minutes of meat, then collected the scale and threw in potatoes, carrots, onions and rice. 10 minutes before readiness, threw in chopped greens. The only thing I did not take into account was that I poured a lot of water. The lid was covered in parsley. I wanted to cook a little for a test, but it broke up and turned out to be a five-liter pan

you see, if you understand what is happening in the modes, then you can independently develop a cooking algorithm.
I usually cook soups for 1 hour and throw in everything at once - meat, cereals, vegetables, salt, water. threw it, turned on the mode and left. but it's because i'm lazy oh kind of busy

Any dish in the cartoon can be cooked in the same way as previously cooked on the stove, but it will still be easier, less fuss.

SupercoW, good afternoon! Thanks to you, I persuaded my wife to buy a Perfezza 57 multicooker. And not a day goes by that we do not remember you with gratitude. No matter how much I wandered through the forums, no one writes as intelligibly, easily, but in detail and reasonably as you do. Now we are ripe for the need to buy a second multi, so we are interested in your opinion - in your opinion, which one is better to take - some other Perfezza or Dex50? Sergey
Sergey, thank you for the kind words ...

as for the choice. my opinion has been unambiguous and unchanged for quite a long time - I have never regretted that I took two perfezz, BUT ...

1) if now it does not work out with a removable pan, then the perfuzz has a big drawback - the quality of the pan coating. for myself, I will solve it in any case by buying a new multi (cartoon for scrap, a bucket for replacement). but not everyone is ready to buy a new cartoon just for such blasphemous purposes.
As far as I know, the Dexics did not mention coverage problems. correct me if there was something about it - I haven't tracked the dex for a long time.
that is, we see 1: 0 in favor of dex.

2) milk problems were periodically observed in dex. Dexica, please don't throw your slippers at me !!! Well, there is such a moment.someone writes that everything is ok, someone writes that they are coating the edge of a saucepan with oil, someone writes that they are putting a cloth on the valve ... I do not consider all this to be ideal and lazy preparation of milk.
I washed it into perfusion, fell asleep, filled it up, turned it on, came and eat. this is it.
in my opinion it is 1: 1.
but if you do not use milk at all, then this point is not important for you.

3) negative feedback from sellers and guarantors towards dex. Of course, the sellers are not at all indicative, but I tend to trust the guarantors. everyone says the dex technique is flimsy. yes, dex gives a two-year warranty, but they seem to change their units in case of problems ... but we buy to use, and not to run around the services and change.
I might not have paid attention to all these reviews, if one person on the forum, having bought something from dex, was dissatisfied with the quality and returned the goods.
so in this matter I will give a point to the perfezz - 1: 2.

4) price. this is of course also an important point. if the comfi hadn't monopolized the sale of perfumes, it would definitely be a point in favor of perfzzers, but 1000-1300 is really a lot. a lot, considering that we have all already tried what kind of unit it is, we know the pros and cons ...
if you take a cartoon for 1000 UAH, then it is better to dex for 600-650 UAH (does it cost so much ???).
if we take perfzza at its real price - up to 500, then of course perfzza.

Well, and one more thing - perfezz pans have 5 liters each, dexes have 4. For my family personally, this liter is very important. so in this regard, for me, dex is not an option at all, but as for you - you know better.

Here are your conclusions and thoughts.

p.s. from the very beginning of using the multicooker, my insane desire was to compare these two models. since both brands produce quite budget models, I wanted to really try and compare.
Sergey, if you choose dex, you understand that you will simply have to tell me everything in detail

p.p.s. if I now need to buy a third cartoon ... I’m surfing the forum, I’ll suffer again near the dex, I’ll continue to suffer near Elby, I’ll start to suffer near the Daewoo (they are such garnyunches) ... and I’ll buy 100% a perfuzz, the one that will be in comfy for the action.
A.C.C.
SupercoW, THANK YOU VERY MUCH - the answer, as always, is as comprehensive as possible! As soon as we buy a new one, I will immediately share my impressions. On your voting points, my views:
1) we bought our cartoon on February 14, we operate less of you, but the bottom has already begun to deteriorate
2) if there is one Perfezza, then milk can be cooked in it, and the second saucepan will be for other dishes
3) the opinion of the guarantors, of course, is alarming - you will have to think
4) comfies got insolent with prices - I took mine on ION - delivery cost UAH 520, if I decide on DEX, it will cost about UAH 700. For that kind of money, you can take
Well, our family is now 3 people, so a 4-liter DEX will be normal in volume.

We think, doubt ...

SupercoW, reset, pliz, me your instructions to Perfezza in a personal or email. Thanks for communication!

SupercoW, but you, too, first changed one of the perfumes due to a malfunction ......, I would not be so categorical. I have Deksik and I would never change it to Perfezu ..... And our milk is perfectly prepared on languishing with a delay for the morning or on "now" for stewing. Or, at the extreme moment, cook on stewing for 15-20 minutes, then leave it on heating, it will safely turn off at a certain time and maintain a very decent temperature until the morning. Everything is like with bread makers, everyone is good, you can adapt to everyone.

no, girls, I am by no means categorical !!!

I just expressed my concerns. if I had not read your twig, I would definitely have turned my back on dex, and it is your reviews that still leave hope that not everything is so bad. and I wrote that I really want to be convinced of everything myself, because I am not claiming anything - she herself did not touch, which means everything is at the level of gossip. but they asked me, and I answered.

and by the way, I changed the cartoon because of a manufacturing defect. but what I heard about dex (not multi, but the dex technique in general !!!) ... "flimsy technique", "change to a new one because it cannot be repaired as a rule", "the details (the upper plastic was meant) is bad fit together, everything dangles "...

agree, these are two different things!

I do not argue that you can adapt to everything. girls in the simplest rice cookers learn this ... you are amazed.
but the question is just not about adapting !!! I'm talking about that - if the phrase "at the last moment" sounds, then there is a possibility of punctures.
in addition, options for cooking in two passes or with my participation are not considered. I advertise multicooker to my mummies as a unit that can be left unattended and taken care of by the child.

I want to repeat again I do not attack the Dexics in any way, I really like them... also, I cannot attack as I have not tested them. I'm just telling my thoughts on this matter. that is, everything that I thought about when choosing the second multi.

what does it mean is it possible to get in ?! yes, here is your home! Where am I without you !!!

As for the saucepan ... irish, yes, this is a really weak point, but there is also an additional point that this weak point is given a fig cover from the beginning. bastards are hackneyed !!!
that's why it is killed earlier than the time we planned. but there is a suspicion that this is not only in performance, but in all budget models.

I, too, cannot figure out something with the clock. It seems that at 58 there are none at all.
And I can't figure out how to cook with stitching either.
if there is no clock, then the delay is set as in 55 and 56 models.
that is, it is not necessary to set the time AT WHICH cooking should end, but the length of time AT WHICH cooking should end.

if you turn on the porridge for a delay in the evening at 22, but you need it to be ready in the morning at 8, then you need to set the time on the timer to 10:00.

It bothered me a little more that in 56 models on the extinguishing mode the minimum time is 2 hours, I think this is a bit too much. Yesterday I bought it in the building "Budmena" for 38 UAH. a primitive device - a mechanical timer programmer to interrupt the cooking or heating time.
2 hours is the minimum for EXTINGUISHING in all perfumes. I used to think that it was too much, but now it doesn't bother me at all. at the EXTINGUISHING, in the end, something like languor begins in general, so everything turns out super.
sometimes it happens that if I'm too lazy to wait two hours, then I just turn it off myself earlier, but if we go somewhere else we never had any problems - everything always turns out deliciously.

Experienced, tell me, please, in Pefez for 2 hours on the "Stew" mode when cooking borscht, cabbage is not digested (if all the fried foods are immediately thrown away and forgotten until the final "pee-pee")
if you like the crunch of cabbage, then it is better not to do this. it is better to throw in the cabbage 30 minutes before the end (or maybe even in less time).

I'm not particularly picky about food, because when I throw it all together, it seems to me completely normal and edible, even tasty, I would say. but I suspect that not everyone can withstand such an abuse of borscht.
SupercoW
if from personal experience, then this is for me !!!
Once again, I want to remind everyone that multi-cookers are not just so named - these are pots, not pans and ovens. that is, their main purpose is to do what is usually done in pots - to cook, stew.

And yet - the function of yogurt is also missing. It is fundamentally ? it's just that in our small town in stores, you don't have to wait for advice from sellers. Thank you.
Mariah, function YOGURT, this is generally a joke of the latest models. in most multicooker there is no joke and we live quite calmly without this mode. to whom it is important to learn how to get out, there is a topic on the forum in which girls tell how they have adapted to make yogurt in other models.

As for baking ... I only baked in the slow cooker twice. the first time to test the mode, the second time ... something inspired by the music
now think, if you have a more or less normal oven, or an air grill, or a bread maker, or a microwave oven with convection - do not worry, this mode is not important for you.

in addition, if you really want to bake something, you can quite easily do it in another mode.

in general so - if there is a desire to throw out the extra money - take the one that is more expensive. 1000-1500 is the price NOT for perfuzz !!!

I live in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. Now there is a promotion for Perfezza PR56 in Comfi. It costs an order of magnitude cheaper than 57. Therefore, it is very attractive to me. And I liked the design very much. But the lack of these functions confuses me. But here I read that it is possible without them. Can I cook the main things, well, for example - crumbly porridge, first courses (borscht, soup)? Canned stewed meat ? Probably I won't fry the potatoes?
here "I like the design" - this is the most correct reference point when choosing performances. as the most essential functions are available in all four models.

at 56 you will be able to do everything that you have listed. I tried it myself and when I gave two 56 models into good hands, I also hear only good reviews.

crumbly porridge - done in the cooking mode
first courses (borscht, soup) - on the porridge / soup mode
stew - in stewing mode
I probably won't fry the potatoes - you can try it on the porridge setting.

so don’t worry and buy what you like in design and price !!!

I also want to note that with my busy schedule of cooking in a multicooker, even if I wanted to make baked goods or yogurt in it, I physically could not. there is simply no window for that. because for yoghurts I have a yoghurt (bought for 140 UAH), and for baking and frying an airfryer (by the way, also perfezza, bought at a low price too).
so it will be a shame if the cartoon is bought because of the FUNNY MODES, and you will not be able to use them due to the fact that more important dishes will take her time.
TyominaAlyona
I don’t dare to advise anything about purchasing the 56th model, because I just tested this model a little bit, bought as a gift. I'll just tell you about my impressions.
The instruction is disgusting, Polinochka helped out, who sent a quick guide - exactly what you need !!! Thanks again!!!
+ Made milk porridge (cooked 2 times with diluted milk and whole milk) on the "porridge \ soup" mode - the milk did not try to escape, wonderful porridge.
+ Excellent pilaf turned out on the "cooking" mode, type "normal"
+ I baked a half portion (for 3 eggs) of a simple biscuit on the "cooking" mode, type "baking" - everything was baked, a good uniform crust and a light top as standard (like all cartoons). True, immediately after the start, after 10 minutes, the countdown began, but it is clear that it was only a crust that grabbed at the bottom of the bowl and the cartoon "decided" that everything was almost ready. I restarted the same mode and already baked until the end signal. My family ate the biscuit before they had time to prepare the cream and impregnation.
+ The boiled pork turned out to be excellent !!! Fry and then "sauté"
+ Stewed vegetables - lick your fingers! I love - chilled and with feta! She ate almost everything herself, "took revenge" on her husband for the boiled pork, which she only had time to taste
+ Rich hearty chicken soup turned out on the "porridge / soup" mode
+ Delicious potato casserole on "Cooking" type "Bake"
+ Our favorite meat casserole with vegetables came out in Perfezka just as great as in MV Panas, "trained" by me. Brazing and then Cooking / Normal
+ Made some nice steamed cutlets.
It is convenient to fry or brown the crust before stewing on the "Cooking" / "Baking" mode or simply on the "Crispy" mode. On MV Panas, I also got used to using the "baking" mode regularly, 56 models also have functions that allow you to fry. I haven’t tried to bake heavy fatty and liquid dough, I think that the temperature may not be enough. And why - for baking, the oven and HP are out of competition.
It’s not right, I’ll also try to make lasagne (the future multi hostess will surely appreciate this dish.)

Once again I was convinced that the second mule should be bought !!! One is NOT enough !!! Two - good !!! And even more, navren, even better

that's exactly what I was afraid that the cartoon would turn itself off when I realized that there was no water inside. so how long did the biscuit take as a result? and what is the summary - how to bake properly?
And who knows - how correctly I did it 1 time, but for some reason it seems to me that the next time it will turn out exactly the same scheme - turning off the mode 15 minutes after the start. I didn't really pay attention to the time, roughly it was like this: 15 minutes + 50-60 minutes for "cooking" / "baking". After the final squeak, I was impatient to look at the bottom of the biscuit, so, breaking all the rules, I quickly turned it over onto the platter. Accepted, of course, but curiosity was satisfied - a normal ginger biscuit crust. I did not bother the top, I thought I would cover it with cream. But she did not have time - they crackled with a semi-finished product.

I love all kinds of vegetable and meat casseroles
I'm not particularly good either. On the dial tone, (I think?), Once stumbled upon. Now we do it often.
I do not really know how to give recipes coherently, I always have interpretations because of forgetfulness or the absence of something, or ... I mean, you can "play" with variations on a theme as much as you like in order to exactly get into the favorite taste of your family ...

Potato casserole.
You can do it with meat, but you can do it without. Minced meat (veal + pork), simmer with finely chopped onion, add spices, salt. (You can also use mushrooms, also simmer a little with onions) While the minced meat is being prepared, cut the peeled potatoes into thin petals (on a grater or processor).Beat 4 eggs with milk (or sour cream, or mayonnaise, diluted with broth, and in the original recipe - with kefir), add grated cheese, salt and herbs. Put the potatoes in a bowl for the minced meat, pour the prepared mixture and mix well and "tamp". Heated it in the "steam" mode, switched to extinguishing (when I did it in Perfez - went for a walk - extinguished for 2 hours). If there is excess liquid - evaporate on "Cooking", it works out this mode quickly (it seemed to me - about 20 minutes).
Remove the bowl from the MV, do not take out the casserole immediately, give it the opportunity to cool down a little and "grab" more strongly. Put on a dish. On top of the casserole there will be a nice bonus - a fried thin crust.
A casserole can be made from cabbage - after blanching for 3 minutes in the "Steam" mode the chopped cabbage, drain the water well, add the milk and egg mixture with cheese, butter, herbs and spices + 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour. The husband calls this casserole "diet" and eats it with mayonnaise seasoned with garlic. I use yogurt with herbs as a sauce + several. drops of lemon juice + a little bit of good mustard.
We are waiting for the mass appearance of young zucchini to open the summer season of casseroles (drain the resulting excess liquid), then add it to a light vegetable soup).

Meat.
Make minced meat, add to it a couple of pieces of loaf without a crust, soaked in milk. Add finely chopped or grated existing vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions, eggplant, zucchini - yes, what can be found in the freezer). Beat the egg with milk, add spices, salt, herbs (you can also grate cheese). Combine the minced meat and vegetables stewed in oil, add the whipped mixture. Disassemble the cauliflower (or broccoli) into inflorescences and boil a little (in the original recipe, the author did without this). It is recommended to put a baking sleeve cut along the seam at the bottom of the MV (however, it is worth increasing the cooking duration). These tricks should allow you to conveniently take out the casserole, in this case I don't bother, although I use this method, for example, for climbing) I just grease the bottom and low walls of the MV bowl with oil well, you can "powder" it with breadcrumbs. Put 2/3 of the minced meat on the bottom, stick it evenly like mushrooms of cabbage inflorescences, put the remaining minced meat on top, Add a little milk or broth and heat it up in the "Steam" mode, then go to stewing. (I'm used to doing this on MV Panas, because the stewing mode is too delicate in it, I like to first "set the heat" on "baking" or "steam". I didn't have time to understand the intricacies of the stewing mode in Perfez, but it seemed to me that it is stronger here. Perhaps, it is not necessary to "take a steam bath" before the start of extinguishing, but I just have an unnecessary stereotype). Quenching is a standard cycle, evaporate if there is excess liquid. Be sure to let it cool so that you can turn it onto a dish without any problems. It turns out a kind of crusty cutlet with filling. Sprinkle with herbs and prepare your favorite sauce for serving.

I practically do not make high casseroles, so as to grill immediately, without leaving. When I cook big, I increase the time so that the middle has time to cook well.

Baked meat.
Grate a piece of meat with crushed garlic, spices and "forget" in the refrigerator overnight. If the piece is "loose", tie it with a thick thread. On a very hot cast-iron skillet, "close" the meat with a golden brown crust so that the juice remains inside. Pour a glass of light beer into the MV bowl, put the meat on "Stew", check the readiness, but remember that if you overdo it, it will be a little dry. Yeah, you can still stuff it with carrots and garlic with a thin long knife, but for some reason my husband is protesting. And another option - sprinkle the pickled pork (add ground coffee to the spices) with gelatin, put it in a baking sleeve, and tie it with a thread. Pour water into the MV bowl, heat up and put the meat on the stew.
Inusya
Marisha, my very first dish in the cartoon was for some reason aspic, well, I don’t know, it happened, and I put it for 5 hours.
It was: beef castle, veal-pulp and leg (stump) from a turkey.
I was shocked, the first time I didn't have to remove the fat from the frozen jellied meat - it just wasn't there. The meat is the most tender. So I have 5 hours quite ...And froze, - at least turn the bowl over (I don't use gelatins at all).

Baking Experiments in PR-56

I put the biscuit on the baking program Baking ... 20 minutes have passed and silence ... from the multi there is no sound, no smell, only the timer is counting down the time, I'm already nervous. Why doesn't HE smell ?! Or is the debt running high?

For some reason, the time was reset ... I changed it, can I change the ON PAIR mode?
Submitted by: SupercoW from 15 Apr. 2011, 19:23
time did not reset, but ended. the countdown began because the cartoon realized that there was no more water in the saucepan and moved on to the final stage. and then completely completed the program.

someone has already written that it is necessary to turn on the mode for cooking rice twice.
Submitted by: oriana from 15 Apr. 2011, 19:27
So how could it end if it was set for 1 hour and reset after 20 minutes? There was no water, this is not a STEAM mode, is it?
How do I bake a biscuit? Which mode? Not on extinguishing? There, at first, there is a strong heat, then very slowly.
Sent by: TyominaAlyona from 15 Apr. 2011, 19:54
In my Cooking / Baking, after 15 minutes, the countdown also started, I suppose that the crust at the bottom of the bowl just dragged on, without opening the multi, put the same program, nothing else was reset, after an hour a regular biscuit cake for 3 eggs was baked somewhere ... I did not turn it over to bake the light top, since the biscuit was baked and I planned to just hide the top with cream. Good luck!
Submitted by: oriana from 15 Apr. 2011, 19:59
I set the time twice and both times everything was reset and the cartoon went into heat preservation mode. In general, now stands on the Bake without time and already starts to smell! I don't know, maybe I'll pull the sole out of there, but it will be a lesson for me and for everyone else.
Submitted by: SupercoW from 15 Apr. 2011, 20:07
when there is no time on the display (I'm talking about this mode now !!!) it means that the cartoon is preparing - warming / cooking / baking. when the countdown starts, it means that the cartoon thought that she had already prepared everything and moved on to the final stage.

why she sometimes thinks differently, I cannot say. but it was these HER thoughts that I was afraid of when I advised you to bake in the COOKING mode.
Submitted by: oriana from 15 Apr. 2011, 21:07
The countdown went to Cooking again, in general, I opened the cartoon. It turned out a biscuit with a browned bottom, about half the container. How did he fit like that? The mind is incomprehensible ...
Sent by: TyominaAlyona from 15 Apr. 2011, 21:15
Yes, so constantly resetting the modes is not baking, but torment. The fact that the biscuit has risen indicates a sufficient temperature regime, smart electronics, which monitors the presence of water in the pan - no water - cooking is completed. The light top can be baked (if the nervous system allows).
I did not have to face such difficulties. So using Cook for Baking in 56 is a lottery game. It is not worth it.

Now I got into the topics of the Risovarok as a specialist - to see how they bake in them without a special program. And for sure - this is working out instead of automating the transition from mode to mode. Let's say that the same sponge cake is started at "cooking", then they are switched to "porridge". But the baking of "Prague" in a rice cooker simply amazed my imagination with the persistence and determination of a pastry chef with a rice cooker, I quote: "I put it on the cook, turned off, varm, again on cook, on varm, sometimes porridge, in general, I tried to keep less on varma and more for cook and porridge, baked 1h 20min - 1h 30min. The height of the cake turned out to be approx. 6 cm. " Oops, how difficult it is !!!

here the girl was already baking in the 56th - HERE... she was the first. her experience convinced me of a successful process and result.

so, one more time in order ...
oriana, did you bake yesterday on the COOKING mode type BAKING ???
1) I think you need to try to bake in the COOKING mode of the STANDARD type (just do not press any additional buttons).
2) and as an option, you can try the oven on the COOKING CRISPY RICE mode.

and then let's remember about this regime.
once again I warn you - the mode is very vigorous, pilaf practically burns on it. this is NOT AUTOMATIC mode, that is, it will not turn itself off when it realizes that something is cooked inside !!! it will turn off only when the cooking time has elapsed. and the time is at least 1-30. for a biscuit it's a bit too much I think. so you will need to turn off the handles. but it seems to me it is more convenient than turning on the COOKING mode 50 times.
my advice: during the first cooking, do not go far from the kitchen, listen to smells !!!
Submitted by: oriana from 16 Apr. 2011, 07:29
I'll try, yes, I've already made sure that the mode is really vigorous ... well, try boom, and turn off the pens, and sniff the air ... I'll have to invite the dog to help.
Sent by: TyominaAlyona from 16 Apr. 2011, 07:37
I would venture to suggest that, perhaps, the biscuit did not need to be baked on the other side. When I first baked in the cartoon (Panas), I had quite sensitive torments - on the one hand it was baked with a crust, and on the other - a light, as if unbaked "crust", although testing with a stick showed that everything was ready. I flipped and fiddled with the cake on the baking. And only when I received a clearly dry "result" several times, I realized that it is not always necessary to turn it over, and if turned over, then bake on the other side for a short time, especially if the dough is not heavy and damp.

The "Crispy Rice" mode, it seemed to me, is not the same as "cooking" / "baking". This is the aggressive crisp mode when crispiness or frying needs to be done.
I believe that a dense crust will form at the bottom, which will gradually begin to burn. I could be wrong, but it seems to me that someone in Temka has already tried this mode for baking and not very successfully. Of course, trying is not torture ...
Submitted by: SupercoW from 16 Apr. 2011, 08:41
the COOK / ROAST mode simply dries up the rice more.
and CRISPY RICE, in theory, should make a crust on the bottom.
but in our case, the advantage of the CRISPY RICE mode is that it is not automatic and will not turn itself off when it realizes that there is no water in the bucket. But we just don't have water in the bucket, so it seems to me that you can use this in our favor.
I tried to do pilaf on this mode. and my main mistake was leaving the cartoon unattended. and hoped that in an hour and a half I would get pilaf with a slightly fried crust.
I still seem to have tried to make an omelet - it didn't work either. but a biscuit is not an omelet. so I think if you come up with a clear plan of action, then you can take another risk.
Sent by: TyominaAlyona from 16 Apr. 2011, 08:52
Eh, well, here's the grimace of fate - the perfezizoviteli wanted to protect the hostesses from culinary blunders - they put an electronic control for the availability of water so that it does not burn out and there was no need to follow. And now - torment. The "baking" mode differs only in maintaining the same high temperature and the absence of automatic control. Too clever.
And again in 57 models - changed their minds. Strange logic - there was already a model in 55, and then it temporarily disappeared ...
Submitted by: SupercoW from 16 Apr. 2011, 08:56
girls, but I just had a thought ...
maybe it is not necessary to turn on the COOKING mode a second time at all ??? does anyone know what temperature is generally needed for baking biscuits and charlottes ???

the fact is that in perfzes the STORAGE HEAT mode is very hot. in addition, the cartoon itself, like a thermos, retains heat well.

now I was making milk porridge (in the PORTRAIT / SOUP mode) in the 57th model. and she knows how to show the temperature of the top and bottom.
So after 5 minutes, the bottom of the display is 97 degrees, and the top is 92.

maybe if you leave the pie in the cartoon on KEEPING HEAT it will come by itself?
that is, it turns out for some minutes the dough sits on the COOKING mode (well, probably 10 minutes), then for another 10 minutes it goes to the final stage - these are all types of hot modes and then goes on to STORE HEAT ... well, here it starts cool down, but slowly ... and hold, for example, another 30 minutes or more ...

maybe enough for a pie like that? What do you think? I’m just not a cook and I don’t understand anything about baking and the required temperature conditions at all, but I think it would be convenient.

and by the way, as far as I know, the temperature in bread makers is also not the same as in the oven, it seems much less. I read somewhere that for breads and pastries, high is generally not needed ... I could be wrong !!!
Submitted by: oriana from 16 Apr. 2011, 09:06
Polinochka, I have a lot of experience in baking biscuits in the oven. This morning I baked a biscuit from the same amount of products at a temperature of 180 degrees for exactly 20 minutes. Let's count:
My cooking mode is heated for 20 minutes, then a biscuit is baked for some minutes (10-15 minutes) and the countdown begins.
You want to say that the second time we do not turn on the mode, the oven switched to the heat preservation mode (this is another 10-15 minutes on a fairly hot mode), then we turn it off, but we still do not open it for a while ... for a biscuit it's like - it would be enough ...
Submitted by: SupercoW from 16 Apr. 2011, 09:24
something like that...
so I just double-checked my porridge ... they are just still asleep and the milk is waiting for them to keep warm. did not open the cartoon.
after 28 minutes: bottom - 88 degrees, top - 82.
I just really have no idea what temperature biscuits need.

that is, if we know that the pie needs to be prepared for example for 1 hour, then:
- turn on the COOKING mode and do not pay attention to how long it lasts there.
- then the cartoon itself goes to the final stage of the COOKING mode. the display starts counting down (10 minutes should be). from this time we begin to count the minutes, that is, we need to hold it for another 50 minutes on the HEAT PRESERVATION in order to get the hour we need.
- at the end of the final stage of the cartoon, it switches to the HEAT CONSERVATION mode. the display shows a direct countdown and when it reaches 50 minutes, like everything is ready. came and turned off the pens.

well, somewhere like that.
but all this is possible provided that the temperatures that we have are sufficient for our pies.

what else can I do ... I can bake a biscuit in the 57th model and see what the temperature is on the COOK mode. and then try to bake with your own method (with preservation of heat) and also check the temperature.
and of course compare the results.

And yet, I hesitated for a long time - to write or not, maybe just delirium. On Gudkuk in Temko with a discussion MV Panas somehow came across the fact that a lady was baking bread in a multi, removing the valve from the lid. I am "nirazu" not a baker. Why could this be done? The valve is called "smart" for a reason. It does not allow the liquid to boil away and does not allow the cartoon to "rip off the roof". Or maybe for baking it is necessary to let the liquid evaporate freely, eh? Or not - it's a "hole" for cold air - a draft in a multicooker. Bad! While clumsy was convinced - some kind of absurdity.
Submitted by: oriana from 16 Apr. 2011, 10:16
Yes ... girls! I don’t seem to need it, I’ll bake everything perfectly in the oven, but I’m so interested .... and now it’s even more interesting! Still, you need to try cooking / baking before turning off the program, look at the countdown and leave it to keep warm. But this is the case with a biscuit, charlotte, the only confusing thing is that the biscuit must first be baked at a temperature of 180, and someone wrote that the time for baking 130 is not enough ... then what, to keep the heat longer, or still run the program twice and keep it saved?
Submitted by: SupercoW from 16 Apr. 2011, 10:31
I honestly, I always wondered HOW the cartoon understands that there is no more water in the bucket ... the only thing that came to my mind was somehow from the steam pressure on the lower pressure button ... so maybe, if you remove the cartoon valve and not will realize that there is no water ...

so, let's leave this as a third option for the experiment. but here it is necessary that someone from the knowledgeable suggested ... who we understand in the device of the cartoon?

and I was just doing experiments.
I have already made a biscuit in the 57th model, in the COOK mode. temperature was recorded.
tomorrow morning I will test ... I have not yet decided what is the first CRISP RICE or COOKING + KEEPING HEAT ...

I will describe all the results, now there is nothing to tell, and ideas no longer enter my head.
if anyone has any more ideas - say, I'll try while there are apples in the house.

I have a 56 model. Today I baked a biscuit on the Crispy Rice prog. After 5-10 minutes after switching on, it beeps and resets to zero, I set it up again and about 50 minutes later the biscuit is ready. The saucepan was greased with a rast brush. oil. Normal biscuit: 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of flour and a teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar. Flies out with a bang. Try it, I got it. Good luck.
I moved my post closer. Reading your alarms for baking biscuits in 56 models. I've already baked biscuits so many times exactly as I described, well, they always worked out. Try it, but only after 5-10 minutes it will squeak, and I again set the Crispy Rice mode again and I don’t go to the multicooker anymore, and after 50 minutes I immediately pull it out, I don’t expect anything. Good luck

Multicooker Aurora "Reply # 308: 31 March 2011, 04:05"
Hello, I am the new owner of the Aurora. I bought it after reading your reviews. As a curious person, the crust immediately began to deal with the program. Having risked products, I authoritatively declare that the charlotte on this program is twice as large and more beautiful. It was baked completely in 70 minutes, despite the huge amount of apples.

But what surprised me the most was the following:

Multicooker Aurora "Reply # 312: 31 March 2011, 04:20"
It is surprising that during the baking process the saucepan was opened, but the baked goods still turned out to be high and baked.
P.S. In m, in, Aurora prog-crust is in Perfez 55 and 56 Crisp and in 57 - greased

Polinochka, will you try Crispy? And measure the temperature, please! Crazy interesting !!! After all, for some reason, 57 and 58 models have both baking and Crunchy modes. There cannot be 2 similar modes, there must be differences. (here, the enemies who made up the instructions, why not just put the technical parameters of each of the programs in the instructions!)
Only I do not understand why the cartoon on Crunchy is reset to zero? What for??? This is not auto-cooking. Straaaanno. "Also asks for water"?
On the other hand, multiple baking of njs biscuits on the Crunchy mode confirms that there will be one "reboot". I somehow also succeeded with one reboot, but I tried it only once and in automatic mode, which limits. So far, I can’t get rid of the retest. And sooo necessary! I'll go and persuade you again!
Submitted by: oriana from 16 Apr. 2011, 22:20
Tell me, when you set the Crispy Rice mode for the second time, it resets itself again after 10-15 minutes, but you approach it only after 50 minutes and immediately open it? That is, it turns out that after the second zeroing, the cartoon stays on keeping the heat for another 50 minutes?
Polinka, can you measure the temperature on crispy rice at the maximum setting and keeping it warm?
Submitted by: SupercoW from 17 Apr. 2011, 07:18
many thanks for the recommendations !!!
Alain, here I for some reason did not notice this post at all somehow. huge sorry, njs, that we treated your invaluable experience so negligently.

then everything was decided by itself. now there will be CRISPY RICE, and in the evening I will probably also risk PREPARATION, in order to understand what happened the day before yesterday with oriana.

about the technical parameters, because they are not given in any multicooker. Yes, we don't really need them, and we didn't need them, if we hadn't started experiments here.

I always say that it is important to know WHAT is happening in each mode, and what temperature is already the tenth thing. Well, now is the only case when we needed to find out the temperature. or rather, we do not need so much temperature, how much we want to know what is happening in CRISPY RICE mode, and for this we need ... temperature.

CRISPY RICE on all models 1:30 - 2:00.that's why I was at a loss for what this mode is needed !!! an hour and a half is a lot for everything!
njs
multiple bakes of njs biscuits on Crunchy mode confirm that there will be one "reset".
Girls, honestly, honestly well, really only once is reset to zero, and then it does not turn off, but that's why this is the only way it happens and for what reason she only knows.

then yes ...
on CRISPING RICE, too, it turns off after 10 minutes. I did not have time to detect it, I still hoped that it would not turn off.

the second time I did not dare to turn it on - a very vigorous smell was coming from the inside. while sitting for 16 minutes already on STEERING HEAT. Well, let's see. I think I'll hold it there for another 20 minutes and I'll open it ...

so, ladies, I really do not recommend the oven on CRUNCHING RICE.
pin 1: rice mode + KEEP HEAT = transfer of food.
so nothing happens. The dough seems to rise at first, but when it switches to STEERING HEAT, it goes down and turns just into a pancake, with which all the sides of the bucket were coated.
conclusion 2: the smell still did not deceive me ... I do not know what would have happened if I had turned on CRISPY RICE a second time. this pancake of mine was very brown at the bottom. really burnt, like pilaf in my past experiences with CRISPY RICE.

I kind of assumed that there are very few chances for a positive result on the PRESERVATION OF HEAT, but if I had not checked, I would have suffered until the end of my days.

Girls, we are talking about a biscuit that is baked at a temperature of 180 degrees. Polina, why did you bake a biscuit or charlotte or casserole? All these products have different baking times and probably each product needs its own baking program (for model 56).
Sent by: TyominaAlyona from 17 Apr. 2011, 19:52
Theoretically, there is enough time in both auto-cooking programs for baking. But the cartoon refuses to "steam" without water (someone even tried it). And the "soup" will probably have the same fate. The most "dry" modes in 56 are those that work with rice (in any case, so logic dictates)
Although, probably, in the 56th all the programs are "protected" from combustion - the presence of water in the saucepan is controlled. If, indeed, the cooking time is determined by the pressure - during evaporation, the pressure is high, and when the water evaporates, then the countdown begins.
Probably, the BAKING mode differs in that the electronics does not control the pressure at a sufficiently hot, but not as scalding as CRUNCHY mode. ABOUT! And suddenly, even on SUP (!!!), the pressure level is not controlled - why evaporate it, there should be water in the soup by definition. Is there enough temperature of 110 degrees for baking. Or not, the Chinese could save the VISCOUS porridge placed in the same mode from burning and ordered to "watch the water". The result is a multi-cooker.
But!
For some unknown reason, there are devices (or cases) when, when trying to bake, after restarting, Perfeza simply works out the medium-time cycle quietly for the second time. What is the reason?
If we are talking about the pressure that regulates the shutdown of the multi, then you can once again look thoughtfully towards the valve ... Won't you cook without it at all?
SupercoW
at this stage, the problem is that our multicooker is too "smart" - it protects us from fire and turns off every time it realizes that there is no water in the bucket. and in the STEAM mode this shutdown will be 100%, as well as in the PORTRAIT / SOUP mode.
what happens in each of the regimes, we ourselves know, the question is how to cheat and adapt the unadapted to our tasks !!!

Yesterday there was no third attempt, because my second "pie" burnt to the bottom so that I barely chewed it off with a metal hedgehog.

now about the temperature ...
COOK mode (cooking time 50 minutes) time: up / down
49 minutes: 25/50
45 minutes: 31/141
42 minutes: 37/120
27 minutes: 76/116
23 minutes: 86/125
13 minutes: 99/139
04 minutes: 100/125

switched to STORING HEAT
01 min: 97/138
25 minutes: 81/87
34 minutes: 76/80

result: a cute pie, tasty and probably tall.

from CRISPY RICE it gets worse because it went out before I got it ... (default cooking time 1:30) time: top / bottom
1:25 : 27/72

about 10 minutes later already on STEERING HEAT
03 min: 92/128
09 minutes: 89/103
16 minutes: 83/93
36 minutes: 76/77

result: it seems that something exploded in the bucket. the whole pie was as if smeared on the walls of the bucket. dried and burnt underneath.
there was still an option with double COOKING ... today I will probably run around on business, I'm not sure that I will be able to stage experiments in the afternoon, but I will try very hard to be able to compare the temperatures.
I tried to make an omelet for a long time in the PORSE / SOUP mode - the cartoon turned off 5 minutes after turning it on.

CRISPY RICE has no countdown. the opposite is only for automatic modes - COOKING with different options. CRISPY RICE immediately switches to STEERING HEAT, and there it begins straight countdown, well, like, to know how many cartoon already keeps food heated.

I did this:
5 eggs + a glass of sugar (beat everything well) + a glass of flour (beat / stir again).
I pour everything into a greased bucket and put 1.5 finely chopped apples on top.
everything. what should I have done?

It's funny that the required 180 degrees for the biscuit in the oven are not needed at all in the cartoon. And just there is a very uniform and gradual heating from above, which provides a changing temperature regime from below. Therefore, biscuits in cartoons are great.
On KEEPING HEAT, it will no longer bake - it is hot, but not enough for the dough.
The CRACKING RICE mode is, of course, thermonuclear, practically explosive. As mentioned earlier, it is better not to use it without constant monitoring of cooking. I'm afraid to imagine what would have happened if the program had been restarted.

Do not take it for arrogance, but I will take a chance and expose my today's experience of baking on Crispy Rice. It turns off after 10 minutes, and I immediately expose the same program again. There were 45 minutes left on the scoreboard, and I looked in, and he was ready. And I put up the pictures so as not to be unfounded that I really baked in 56 models. How I baked is not a rule.

Thank you for baking again and sharing the results! Obviously, the device is calibrated for a completely different temperature regime than in 57 Perfez. The biscuit was baked and did not burn, although it was on CRISP for 10 minutes + (90-45) = 55 minutes.
I wonder if anyone else baked on CRUNCH at 56. Or were all the failed tests of this mode done in Model 57?
Perhaps this is an individual feature of a particular device.

I almost found a mode for baking charlotte!
It appears like this. COOKING mode.
1st inclusion. Turned off after 20 minutes, the countdown began. There are no signs of life, the cartoon is barely warm, there are no smells.
2nd inclusion, the same mode. Turned off after 35 minutes, the countdown began, the aroma went.
I opened the lid, the charlotte is completely ready, the height is up to half a saucepan (I made it from 3 eggs, 0.5 cups of sugar and flour). Smells awesome !!!
The cartoon is completely turned off, I have not yet taken out the charlotte, I let it cool down.

Darn! I pulled it out, it burned a little and sank a little ... it tasted like an omelet with apples ... early I was happy ...

I have PR-56 baked a cake (Chocolate on boiling water) once, it turned out very tasty and 8 cm high. Crunchy mode - 10 min, then again this program for 50 min.

Indeed, it is worth trying to exactly repeat the exact successful recipes on CRUNCH.
oriana
Alenka! Keep your fists for me! Went to bake on "Crunchy" for 10 minutes and on "Crunchy" for 50 minutes, as advised by Chocolate sponge cake

Stage 1 10 minutes passed ... the flight was normal, we entered the second stage, for 50 minutes. Time is up .... 50 minutes have passed, I turned off the cartoon, but I don't open it, I'm afraid it will fall off.

Smells all over the kitchen of baked baked goods. It's bad that the author of the "Crunchy" mode didn't write, you can open the cartoon right away or wait for a while? ...

Opened, biscuit 8.5 cm! The top is pale pink (I did not add cocoa to the dough, I replaced it with flour), it does not smell burnt at the bottom. I photographed it from above. Now the problem is how to get it out of there. I'll wait until it cools completely, then I'll take another picture.

Here are the girls. The first experience, which is the son of difficult mistakes.

🔗 🔗

It's good that no more than 10 minutes passed, since condensation from the lid began to drip onto the top of the biscuit. Therefore, do not keep the lid closed for a long time.
It fell out beautifully, see what color it is? Nowhere is it fried or overcooked, the bottom is a couple of tones darker than the barrel. So, first of all, respect to the author of the "Crispy" recipe for chocolate cake, and secondly, great respect to the "Crispy Rice" program itself in a multicooker model 56.

Chocolate cake recipe is HERE... I have everything as in the recipe, except for cocoa.

Nothing bothers me at 56 except the timer. I am very interested in the delay in cooking. To come home from work, and then oops something hot and tasty (stewed meat, or potatoes, pilaf). 56 to cope with this task or still search 57 in no shops.
in all performances with a timer, everything is ok. Well, this is probably in general in all cartoons like that.
in some it is more convenient, in some less, but it is there and you can cook everything on it.
but there is a nuance ... in 56 and 57 models, for some reason, a delayed start was not set to the EXTINGUISHING mode.
that is, if on the timer you need to cook porridge in water or milk, soup, pilaf - everything will work out, there is a delay in these modes. if you need stew, potato stew or the like - then no delay.

but not everything is as bad as it seems.
the EXTINGUISHING mode can be set up to 12 hours ... of course this is really a lot, but the products will melt in your mouth.
in addition, the cartoon after any mode goes to KEEP HEAT and will keep the food warm until you cancel. that is, the food can be cooked at 12 noon, but it will be hot before you arrive. of course, if we are not talking about summer, in the summer I think it is generally not advisable to indulge in the delay and preservation of heat.

Hello perfectors! There are more and more of us! I don’t write very much lately, but I read it, you are GOOD guys! We did a colossal job! Today I baked "Easter cake" in Perfezochka, I'm experimenting (I don't have an oven, so in the cartoon), according to this recipe Multicooker Perfezza Multicooker Perfezza

I continue to test the "Crispy Rice" mode. I fried the legs until golden brown, heated up very quickly, the mode is quite powerful, fried for 10 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other side, I got a fried crust, now I will simmer. So with the shank it is now clear in what mode I will fry it
While I was writing to you, the onions burned out ... I had to pick out the onions and throw them away ... I fried the good regime again and filled up the buckwheat. Ultimately, a kind of symbiosis between the first and second courses appeared on the "Porridge / Soup" mode. On the one hand, it looks like buckwheat kulesh with chicken, and on the other hand, it looks a bit like buckwheat soup.

Luybasha, Thank you.

baked a baba from Celestine, recipe here, yummy !!!!

but it’s short, it comes out ... it smeared the walls, maybe this is the main reason that it doesn’t rise higher? already 2 speckles, it seems it starts to rise in the cartoon, and then this becomes

Multicooker Perfezza

and my cartoon is from another Temka, but I asked there too ...

Girls, here's what else I noticed on the "Crispy Rice" mode, maybe it will be very important for someone.
Exactly twenty minutes before the end of the specified time (1 hour 30 minutes), our prepared product is intensively roasted.
The first time I baked a biscuit, I was also surprised why steam went so much in the last 15 minutes before the final signal ... but I thought it seemed. Now it's the same with the shank. In 20 minutes, strong steam poured down, it smelled and smelled well, very fried, that is, if I left at that moment and left the cartoon, the product could burn out.I opened the lid and turned the knuckle over, it turned out to be very ruddy, so I had to switch to extinguishing mode and extinguish it now.
Here is our "Crispy Rice". Keep in mind.

Quote: TyominaAlyona

orian, I'll try again - what nuances are we talking about?
Features, Alenka, the main thing is to adapt, each type of dough has its own cooking characteristics in the 56-model.
Heavy and thick dough - two shutdowns before the countdown and forced shutdown 20 minutes before the final whistle.
Light, batter - one shutdown and the same, forced shutdown 20 minutes before the end.
Chicken type dough - also two shutdowns, it will be enough for him to bake, too, 50 minutes, in general, everywhere you need a forced shutdown before the final whistle.
If the dough is for manna - also two shutdowns, but less in time, 30-35 minutes, otherwise, the bottom is very fried.
Soon I will be testing cheesecake, the dough is complex and capricious ... let's see how the cartoon will pass this exam.

Girls, how do you steam vegetables for salads? Where do you put the food and for how long? For example, for beets?
and why steamed with STEAM ??? I always cook beets right in the bucket. on the PORSE / SOUP mode. if the beets are huge, then I put them on STEWING.
all other vegetables (potatoes, carrots) are exactly the same. I put it in a bucket, filled it with water and turned on the mode. this is for salads.

if you need a small one for mashed potatoes, then ON a STEAM, but a small amount. washed, cleaned. I poured about 0.5 liters of water into the bucket, put the double boiler basket on top, threw the vegetables into it and turned it on. usually 10-15 minutes is enough for carrots.

you just can't do much for a salad in a double boiler. the steamer is designed for small quantities.

where did I see? is this the one that Natasha has?
or have you already cooked something interesting in it ...
Natasha has silicone, but not available. And in stores it is sold from some kind of poelethylene (I don't know how this word is spelled correctly). There are sleeves and there are packages.
You can bake in them, bake on them. Any products: meat, fish, vegetables, fruits. If tied well, nothing leaks. You need to make a hole in the top when the product is inside, because it is inflated. Ties come in a set in the form of wires or a tear-off tape attached to the side.
Packages differ from sleeves in that one side is sealed. I like the packages better. They are of different sizes. You can also bake a chicken. And cut the sleeve to the length you need.
Yes, I forgot, by the end of cooking, you need to cut it on top if you want the product to brown (important for the oven).

Quote: Olka44

thanks .... well, can they be in the cartoon?
I have not tried it, but somewhere I saw lasagne on the sleeve in the cartoon. If you can put it in the oven, why can't you? It can withstand temperatures of 230 or 250 degrees. There is no such temperature in the cartoon.
tigra-tigrica
Can you use a sleeve for baking instead of paper? Well, instead of a silicone mat for ribs, etc.

The whole point of paper is that it doesn't stick to it. I have not tried the oven on the sleeve. But he behaves like foil. It is probably necessary to lubricate very well if the oven is on it.
I already wrote that I saw how the sleeve was used in the cartoon when cooking lasagna. Found it on purpose. Look here.
I think you can ask the author. But she doesn't write about grease. I know that the skin of a chicken, when you bake it in the sleeve, where it comes into contact with it, sticks. I did boiled pork, it also sticks in some places. You have to try everything, but I think that baking paper is more suitable.

ang-kay, we are looking straight in the same direction ...
you were looking for a recipe, and I ran to look for pictures. I remember that after our conversation, I found pictures somewhere, but that's why I don't like good cookies - it's generally unrealistic to find something there. nightmare. but found it all the same.

I think Elena Bo will not be offended if I quote her and drag her pictures ... I just can't stand one more three-hour search ...

and this is what she writes -
I made lasagna by putting a baking sleeve torn apart by a seal in the pan (I took it out right in it). At first I put Braising for 2 hours, but it was not ready. Then she added 40 minutes. Bakery products. True, I did a lot.

I'm just going to cook a fish for recipe ang-kay, so I asked myself the question of saving our bucket.
