she did it in electronic form, just ... in short, she did it for my mother, so she tried to do everything primitively and to her taste.

Hello everyone! Take to yourself. Acquired Perfezza PR-57 today. So deliciously you describe everything that you already want to cook for yourself.
oh, how cool - replenishment !!!

Natawa, natalli, maybe you will try to make milk porridge ... otherwise I have been wondering all day why my porridge turned out to be on the roof in the morning, for the first time like this.
I just made soup on the PORTRAIT / SOUP mode, specially peeped inside - a slight boil, which I am used to seeing in my 55 ... well, it happened today ...

and if you need something to eat - RICE WITH MUSHROOMS, ONION AND CHICKEN WINGS... the most it !!! and fast and delicious!

Have you cooked milk porridge on the timer? I have a couple of times oatmeal in Panasonic spat on the roof, although I never cooked milk on the timer.
yes, on the timer. but I always made porridge on the timer and before this time I always worked out. This happened for the first time, and that's why I'm surprised.

Don't worry about this property of all oatmeal. It has been discussed many times, such problems sometimes happen, especially with instant oatmeal. FSE through Although now many will write - but I am fine, does not spit. It happens.

a spattered lid is a trifle, that's when the porridge flows out of the holes in the lid, it runs through the valve, and when you open it, it runs over the edge of the pan down to where it warms up .. that's when oh .. wash and wash.
about!!! here is my this morning straight!

I can't understand what's going on ... I can't put on the wrong program for two evenings in a row ... today I had the impression that some kind of geyser was beating from the valve ... in the morning everything around was in milk, and the cartoon itself in the smudges of dairy

I'm still testing it PR-56
I, before setting the PURPOSE / SOUP mode on the timer, checked during the day:
- boiled milk - there was a slight boil, I even doubted whether the milk was boiling
- cooked soup yesterday - also a slight boil, well, quite unobtrusive ...

so why is such a result with a timer obtained ??? I fill in the same amount as always, as I did in my 55, and at 57 ...

apparently now we will have to make more porridge to stand over it and watch.

Quote: IRR

SupercoW! What porridge?
Yesterday milk buckwheat - just the inside of the lid was so stained so well.
today milk rice is a geyser all over the kitchen

I have never done oatmeal in cartoon yet. this is the only porridge that I get on the stove normally. but she began to disappear in stores (not cereals, namely normal oatmeal - large). and with the advent of multi, now I don't need oatmeal, if you can make wonderful buckwheat, rice, and millet ...
I just wanted to transfer this cartoon to her mistress today, but now I don't even know what to do
IRR
SupercoW,: flowers: I got confused in your cartoons - what mode did you put on porridge? Try the most gentle one. Or to boil, and then switch to heating for 2 hours. This, of course, is no longer an automatic machine, but it will cook porridge without geysers.
SupercoW

Well, I have three of them !!! one mine and two for gifts!
now I'm already testing the last one, and she gave me this ...

- what regime did you put on porridge?
the mode was porridge / soup, that is, the one on which just a very gentle boil - barely noticeable.
I always make milk porridge and soups using this mode, so I can't understand what happened.

Or boil, and then switch to heating for 2 hours. This, of course, is no longer an automatic machine,

Of course, as an option, perhaps extinguishing will do, but I just wanted to get to the bottom of the reasons for this failure.

Pauline! try it on stewing, it should work out - I'm dairy and soups and everything on stewing.

As for the crash, this is not a crash at all, just a hotter program than we expected. And I also have to put out - at first there is a strong heating up to decent buns, and then the thermostat is triggered and everything is barely flickering. Here simply there will be little knowledge - some thread of specific gravity and temperature of milk and other jungle will turn on. Your task is to find the optimal program for milk porridge - try stewing if the soup is not suitable.

so, we continue to talk about PR-56.
tried the Porridge / SOUP mode under my control. I specially took a reduced dosage in order to see the result faster.
1) even when there was little milk, it really wanted to get out of the pan. the foam even got a little to the lid. turned off this mode.
2) turned on the SLOW COOKING mode, here it seems to have become calmer. but, naturally, after an hour and a half of stewing, the porridge became very thick (I don't like this), and the minimum time in the SLOW COOKING mode is 2 hours, that is, I turned it off ahead of time. if the porridge had been there for a full time ... what would it have come of it ???

already of course upset ... even called the photo, found out about the exchange. exchange is possible only if the service center establishes that this is a factory defect that cannot be repaired, otherwise repair (14 days). and you need to take her to them on the other side of the city.

here I sit and think what to do ... IRR, you are probably right - the regime heats up more than expected, that is, most likely this is not a marriage, but I wind myself up.
but how can we adapt?

girls with 57 models, if you will put milk porridge - do it first under supervision, so that it does not work like mine now !!! and please unsubscribe as results!
Quote: gypsy

you can try to blame the porridge on the heating.
about!!! and I just wanted to run to you for help

on heating to reproach - how is it? and what regime should be in the beginning?

I just thought, maybe try some other mode that is designed for rice ... there are also a bunch of additional options.
Gypsy, can you tell me which of the following is most suitable for cooking porridge spread on milk?

the COOKING mode is an analogue of the RICE or Buckwheat mode. that is, as I understand it, until the liquid evaporates completely, and most likely there will be a strong boiling. but maybe additional options will somehow make boiling easier

the cooking time in this mode is ~ 55 minutes, you cannot change it, you can set a delay. in this mode you can also select COOKING TYPE and RICE TYPE

TYPE OF COOKING:
1) SOFT - Rice becomes soft compared to standard rice.
2) STANDARD - the taste of well cooked rice.
3) FIRM - rice becomes hard compared to standard.

As I understand it, SOFT - this most of all suggests thoughts about smudge ???

RICE TYPE:
1) COARSE.
2) FINE-GRAINED.

Well, here you probably need to choose FINE-GRAINED ???

what do you think the combination of options RICE + SOFT + FINE has any chance ???

Well, I don't want to bother with the service one, and the person wants to give the device for pleasant use.
Gypsy
Nope, rice beads are not suitable for porridge. You can boil milk + cereals with the lid open and switch to heating by closing the lid. Nothing else comes to mind.
Or to extinguish ..
SupercoW

I have never turned porridge into plasticine while stewing - porridge and porridge, it just boils less intensely and does not gush. Usually an hour is enough for rice porridge. Can you put extinguishing for 1 hour on the program?

HERE !!! that's just the point - the minimum time for extinguishing is 2 hours. and in two hours there will be ... PLASTYLINE

Okay, I'll try. although my family is already looking askance at me - the fourth milk porridge in a day

Quote: habibi

not deja vu. my post, but EXACTLY I did not receive an answer .. wipe it with a sponge or turn the saucepan over.
about!!! a good idea is to turn the saucepan over
I rub it with a sponge. first well wet, then barely damp, and then wipe with a dry towel. that's all business. if you wash it as soon as it gets dirty (as the mode is over), you don't have to gnaw it off so much. but at 55 I had an incident with a dirty lid only once.
but at 56 ... I was already tired of chewing it off today ... both the lid and the valve ... she gushes with milk all day today

how by the way is mom happy with the new cartoon?
Mom is still wary of this miracle. That is why I did a primitive instruction for her, so that she did not go into it for half a year, but immediately began to use it. while I made two pilaf. and both times she left home ... in my opinion, it turned out cool, but so far there have been no enthusiastic reviews.
well ... I tried to make milk rice porridge in PR-56 on mode SLOW COOKING.
I added a little more water. nothing gushed, I prepared myself calmly. in an hour, in my opinion, it was already ready, but did not turn it off - I decided to see what would happen if the porridge sat until the end of cooking (2 hours).
while we went to the store, the porridge spent an extra hour on the heating and turned a little brown ... it looked like it was made of baked milk. but did not turn into plasticine. not completely thin, but the spoon is not worth it.
the milk porridge in this model is SLOW COOKING.
and then what can you do on the porridge / soup mode? hmm ...
yarli
SupercoW Exactly! I have the same problem with Dex. Milk escapes through the valve. I seem to read everything in detail, and delve into it, but I missed it. How did the 57 model get tested for milk porridge? Or did you not do it? Then I'll wait. I'm ripening. I immediately threw away the model for myself due to the lack of a baking regime. This is relevant for me. And in doubts between 55 and 57. 57th is very tempting !!!!
SupercoW
Quote: Rina72

SupercoWI think you can get around this minimum two hours for extinguishing by buying an external electronic or mechanical timer. Socket => timer => multicooker.
wow !!! thank you for the idea! I did not know that there are such. will need to be bought - they will come in handy on the farm.

Quote: yarli

How did the 57 model pass the milk porridge test? Or did you not do it?
did. everything seemed to go without problems. nothing escaped, although I am already afraid to assert anything ...
my mom doesn't eat milk porridge - that's why she won't make them in her PR-57. I'm still waiting for girls with 57 models to unsubscribe about cereals

I'm ripening. I immediately threw away the model for myself due to the lack of a baking regime. This is relevant to me.
I wouldn’t discount 56 because of the lack of a baking regime - it’s painfully her design is cool ...
in addition, I fried the wings on the STEAM mode - excellent. I can still try to make a biscuit in this mode.

at 57 o'clock, and the timer is very convenient - it's cool.
and 56 is very laconic, I would call it that, that is, the program is at least, but everything seems to be in the subject.

And in doubts between 55 and 57. 57th is very tempting !!!!
I now seem to have regained consciousness ...
if the removable cover is not so important to you, take the 55. it has all the important functions (in 57 it probably even went too far). her design is kind, on the display, when cooking starts, a cool saucepan appears.
and again about PR-56... continued today fight to study ... that's what I discovered - if you boil milk in the PORTRAIT / SOUP mode and do not close the lid, then it does not run away anywhere !!!
what I did (quite by accident), threw everything I needed on the milk rice porridge in a bucket, turned on the PORTRAIT / SOUP mode, waited for a boil and only then closed the lid. the result is an excellent porridge without fountains and geysers in the kitchen.

maybe this is so in all cartoons, but I did not know about it, therefore I regard it as another option for cooking milk porridge in this unbridled models.
Natawa
Today I cooked pumpkin porridge in 57 mods on the porridge soup mode, there was not a big boil, either the porridge was thick, or there was little of it but the lid did not spit. My observations are that it is more powerful than Panasonic and the time needs to be reduced, the porridge was ready in 30 minutes. I discovered the heat preservation option for myself, everything is well cooked on it and left the meat for a few minutes after frying in the baking mode for 20 minutes (this was enough for a crust to appear) then in the heat preservation mode for 30 minutes.
yarli
Natawa, natalli Girls! We look forward to your answers about the delayed milk porridge! Test the 57 model on this subject, please! And then potential buyers have gathered impatiently !!!!
Natawa You must have looked at the boil. Opened the lid. Therefore the experiment is unclean. Try pliiz, boil, and boil the milk without opening the lid. Will it go through the valve ???
SupercoW
I come to the conclusion that I have to give PR-56 to the service.
in the SLOW COOKING mode, milk porridge is produced, but in this mode you cannot set the delayed start. and in the PORTRAIT / SOUP mode, the milk porridge does not want to work out in any way. just looked again - there is a very strong boil going on.
besides, my husband just said that there seems to be a slight smell from the multi. Some type of something is on fire. I didn’t feel it before, but now I smell it like it’s.
the operating mode of the service is, but you have to go to the other end of Kiev. these are the pies ...

Quote: Natawa

but like the design more than 56
yes ... her design is what you need !!! very nice model. As she saw my sister, she immediately fell in love with her ... now I will upset her that I will have to wait more.

Quote: Natawa

By the way, 55 mods were the cheapest, about 700 grams, and Polina took it for 600 with something, it can be seen that they are already changing prices for them 4 times, but they didn’t add up the price on them in Photos, they fell by a couple of grams per week
I took PR-55 for 605 UAH.
the rest were: PR-56 - 705 UAH, PR-57 - 805 UAH.
the comfies are of course kidding - you can't brazenly raise the price so straightforwardly, although you can do everything with us

Has it been 14 days? After all, there is already confidence that the MV does not meet the specified parameters. Have to take on the exchange. And then how much more repair to wait?
girls! so they know!
an exchange in 14 days is if the product has not been used (that is, it simply did not fit in color, size, shape, etc.). my husband and I have gotten so pricked once.
the sneakers did not want to change to another model because they once went out into the street (the sole turned out to be uncomfortable, it is generally impossible to wear sneakers, and they are still standing) we tried to explain that otherwise we would not have understood that they were generally unbearable, but did not take.

about multi called on Friday, just tried to exchange.but they said the same thing that an exchange is possible if the goods have not been used, well, or if the service recognizes that there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be eliminated, otherwise only repairs.

I always thought that if the product was used and did not fit for some good reason. then it is simply written off as a marriage, or something ... but it turns out not.

Quote: olnk2

well, the service will be tested at the same time.
yeah, is it like the glass is half full? to find at least some positive in the situation?
although I think it's better that way than I would give the cartoon as it is, and then my sister would suffer and would remain unhappy as a result.
in her life she herself would not have thought that her cartoon was warming more than necessary (although this has not yet been proven, but I can see). I understood this by comparison. and if you hold this miracle of technology in your hands for the first time ... I probably thought that she just couldn't do anything and that's it
now, of course, it is better to admit that it cannot be repaired and replaced with another one. otherwise, waiting for the repair is not fun, and it is somehow unpleasant to realize that the operation began with the repair.
Olyalya82
SupercoW, I guess you won't be repaired anyway. She works in this mode, and nowhere is it written that she should heat on it weaker than you think. This is all from one series, that it seemed that the meat grinder should twist the meat better, that the juicer should squeeze better, that the yogurt maker does not give 45 degrees, 50. There are no clear descriptions of the device in the instructions, and there is no need to compare with another model either does not oblige. Maybe your sister will like to cook something different on other programs, and then she will get the hang of it and come up with a way to cook milk porridge herself.
SupercoW
Quote: julifera

I would even say - it's lucky that the postponement does not work - it will be easier to hand over.
Otherwise, you will be tempted to prove that the multicooker is overheating.
since the deferral works. it's just not in all modes (this is how it should be according to the instructions).
the problem is overheating, so I'm sitting and thinking, I'll prove it or send it ...
yarli
It's worth going anyway.! Somewhere there was a discussion that service centers have temperature maps. Let them check. Well, I agree with the previous post - focus on overheating and smell
Natawa
SupercoW, and maybe the problem is that the 55 model is less powerful than only 700 watts, and the 56 mod is 860 watts, although I may be mistaken that this can somehow affect. And 57 were tested with porridge, were there no problems? I already wrote that I cooked pumpkin porridge on the porridge-soup mode, but I often opened it, the boil was but not strong. If necessary, I'll try to boil the milk tomorrow morning. My only child eats porridge, so I always cook a little and without delay.
Olyalya82
SupercoW, a question for you. Tell me, is it possible to cook pasta on the rice program until the water has completely evaporated? Dex's rice / pasta function is combined. And you? Model 57 is especially interesting. And how to fry on the 57th?
My hesitation between Dex and Perfeza broke off on the response of the service center that practically no spare parts for Dex (in the sense of a saucepan too) can be ordered. And if there is no service, then Perfeza is much cheaper, and I like the functions.
Natawa
While SupercoW is gone, can I answer you? about pasta somewhere at the beginning of the topic, Polina wrote that she was cooking pasta in a naval manner, like in rice mode, there, after all, the water boils completely (but it is better to review at the beginning of the topic there she described in detail) about frying, then in mod 57 this is a baking mode, everything is fine it is fried although we have tried it and in the steam cooking mode, everything is fried too
Olyalya82
Today I called 2 Kharkiv online stores selling Perfez. Roughly speaking, there is no service. That is, if it breaks down, the conclusion will be given for exchange, but not in Kharkov, and most likely it is not necessary to dream of spare parts, and of spare bowls. With Dex, we have the same picture, there is a service like it, they will fix it or change it, but you can't buy a cup.
SupercoW
sorry, that disappeared (the whole family's teeth rebelled sharply)

we have not figured out the service yet, tomorrow we are going to give it back. although for two days I can not get through to the service, if tomorrow it does not work out, I will call the store directly.I don't want to come under closed doors.

as for service centers and warranty ...
As I understand it, with the advent of a large number of "dumb" manufacturing firms in Ukraine (probably in other CIS countries), stores were forced to acquire personal service centers in order to guarantee customers at least some minimal service.
I will be taking the PR-56 to the service center of the PHOTOS STORE, and not to the service center of the perfezz.
It is clear that there can be no talk of components in such services, but they can make elementary repairs. such conditions are probably beneficial to all parties.
I say it again, this is just my guess ...

Olyalya82, It seems to me that in Kharkov there should be exactly the same situation.

yes indeed, the rice program makes pasta great. in PR-57 it is BASIC COOKING mode.
on the CRISPY RICE mode (we thought it was an analogue of the PLOV mode) I did not like it - this mode is longer than the BASIC mode, and you can get burnt pasta.
there is a mode for frying in PR-57, I tried it only for frying vegetables before pilaf. I have not tried biscuits. for biscuits, negotiate with Natawa.

Eh, here is the rake .. this cartoon is new on the market, most likely, the masters have never seen such a thing .. from whom to demand these cards? Moreover, the instruction is not very good there, right?
For some reason it seems to me that the manufacturer has nothing to do with it. Well, there should be some general concepts of how much heat should be supplied so that the milk does not run away.
well, okay, what can you guess - soon we will find out everything. I hope the glass is half full

Mom stewed fish in the evening PR-57 - SLOW COOKING mode, cooking time 2 hours plus an hour on KEEP HEAT.
says it turned out gorgeous. since the beet was cut large, it was possible to extinguish it for another hour (not raw, but also does not melt in the mouth).

She makes pilaf almost every day, she really likes it, says - it is convenient.

accepted my sufferer PR-56 to the service. no problems and unnecessary questions. asked the complaints again, they wrote everything down exactly in the act and told to call back on Monday. we are waiting ...
in the meantime, I enjoy cooking in PR-55

Yesterday I baked Chocolate on boiling water, as I always bake it in Panasonic (for comparison), the test passed, it didn’t reduce it, I did everything as in Panasonic. Everything is baked, and nothing is burnt. Today I admired models 55 and 56 in the store. The 55th is much more beautiful in life than here in the photo, the flowers are super. The 56th shines with an inscription on the price tag that there is baked goods (my remark about its absence did not cause any emotions and reactions on the face of the consultant). The pan from Panasonic DOES NOT FIT, does not fit in width, that is, it is impossible to replace it with a new one from Panas. Service only from the supermarket. And I never saw the 57th - they are taking it apart!
lesik_l
And I did it for a couple, for example, a beet, for example, cooks faster than in water.

All vegetables in a basket and for 20-30 minutes on a double boiler.

For a couple - more correctly, I have a small basket. And what about Perfezza? - I'm confused, if it is put on the bottom, then this, and so little will fit - two potatoes, a beetroot and a carrot -m-ah-ah-lo!
SupercoW
THANK YOU!!!
I called and told my mother to boldly make vegetables in the cartoon, this is the birthday girl preparing for tomorrow - half of the dishes on the table will be from my present (PR-57)

IRR, in all perfumes, the steamer basket is at the top, NOT AS IN THE DEX. so, of course, you will not get enough vegetables for a couple.

Multicooker Perfezza
Natawa
Olyalya82 !!! Well, how can you not pan from Panasonic? I personally cook in 57 mods in two casseroles from the Panasonica 18 mod, the one that is big and from Perfezz !!
Olyalya82
Natawa, I didn't see the 57th, but I measured a pan from Panasonic in the 55th - I didn't enter!
Irinasan
Girls, I carefully read all your 18 pages. And to be honest: before I had a choice between Panas and Dex, as a result I settled on Dex. But after reading your thread, I think the loss is between performance and dex. But I didn’t understand: it’s better to take it. Today I almost ordered a dex for UAH 616.
But one thing confuses me: in your discussions, we are mainly talking about cooking rice, porridge, pilaf. Why doesn't she cook anything else ?! Doesn't she have frying and baking?
Help, please: what should I take all the same ?!
Olyalya82
She cooks everything: fries (three types of frying) and bakes, and stews, and languishes, and boils.
I also have a hesitation between Dex and Perfeza. But still more Dex, still 2 years warranty.
My husband laughs at me. My biggest concern is where to get a spare saucepan. when the family gets scratched. He looked at Dex in the store and said that the saucepan would last a hundred years, and I was burying the CF saucepan I hadn’t even bought yet.
SupercoW
well ... hello again

PR-57 works well for the benefit of my mother. happy birthday successfully coped:
- excellent jelly turned out
- all vegetables in salads
- pilaf.
Mom confused it a little with pilaf, set it to stewing (2 hours), but I want to tell you, it turned out superb. besides, mum pilaf made a full bucket, I didn't even think that you can pour food two fingers from the edge of the bucket
now continues to delight.

PR-56 delivered to the service last Friday, today there is still no answer even to the presence or absence of breakdowns. so while in limbo

well and PR-55 continues to help me in the household. what I understood - the second cartoon will definitely be needed. I just can't decide on the model.
on the one hand, I want to take some other company in order to compare the pros and cons, and on the other hand, I am so satisfied with the perfumes that somehow I don’t want to take the unit and find the minuses in it ... so I think.
I would very much like (well, at least a week) to use dex 50, I put my eyes on it from the very beginning.

here.
the most popular with us is milk porridge on the timer. everything is as before without interruption, the family is fed every morning, and I am sleepy

pilaf and stew in a variety of variations have taken root very well.
- rice + vegetables + ribs
- rice + vegetables + mushrooms + wings
- buckwheat + onion + mushrooms
- buckwheat + vegetables + mushrooms + ribs
- potatoes + vegetables + ribs
The cool thing about this is that a delicious dinner is ready in just an hour.

my husband's favorite dish is borsch with beans, now it is made almost every day (before he could wait half a year for borsch).

steamed vegetables for kids are just fabulous.

yesterday I made a novelty - cottage cheese. I thought that I would be original - cottage cheese in a cartoon, then once again I climbed the forum and understood everything ...
the cottage cheese turned out to be super-duper, very soft and tasty. I made a sample from one liter of milk. I just wanted to see how much cottage cheese would turn out in the end and whether it would be profitable. I think so from three liters a kilogram will turn out, which means that your own cottage cheese is more profitable than the purchased one (at current prices).

plans:
- I want to try to make something from corn grits
- bigus
- yoghurt in a cartoon

just saw that people in cartoons make fried potatoes ... hmm ... how is that possible, I have a weak idea ... someone did ???

Quote: Olyalya82

SupercoW, and write in detail, did you cook cottage cheese? And what is bigus?
Bigus is a type of stewed cabbage.
that is, I will make stewed cabbage, it seems like you need more ingredients in the bigus. THIS IS THIS WILL BE DOING.

with cottage cheese it turned out a little awkward, but this is only because I was in a hurry.
I poured 1 liter of milk into the cartoon, turned on the Porridge / SOUP mode to boil (since I have draft milk).
approached the cartoon on a signal (this is about an hour later). it was possible earlier, since there was not a lot of milk, but my principle is less interference in the process, therefore - on a signal.
She raked up the rest of the yogurt that was in the refrigerator (probably it turned out to be a glass) and added it to the milk. mixed. and left it just heated.

this is where an error occurred. It seemed to me that on heating it would never curdle and I turned on the SLOW COOKING mode (this is like stewing) ... after 15 minutes my curd was boiling.

She turned off the cartoon, took out the bucket and set it to cool. when it cooled down, threw the contents onto cheesecloth and hung it overnight. in the morning it is soft, fat, I would even say SWEET curd.
everyone liked it very much !!!

I really wanted to weigh how much cottage cheese turned out, but I don't have scales, and my mother was busy all day today, the look of the cottage cheese was somewhere around 0.5 kg. or I really want to believe in it, I need to make at least 1 kg of cottage cheese from 3 liters of milk - then it will be profitable.

probably such cottage cheese can be used further like any other, but for some reason it seems to me that it will really be a pity to use it on cheesecakes and casseroles.

SupercoW , I'm sorry, maybe there was an answer to this question (then stick your nose). What is the difference between models numbered 55, 56, 57?
the main difference is design.
functional differences are not very fundamental. here, as in any MV - in the interchangeability modes. the main thing for preparing the dish you need is to find a mode convenient for you. and in order to at least approximately navigate in them, I tested all three and wrote in detail at the beginning.
lack of BAKING mode in PR-56 quite calmly replaced by another mode, for example, STEAM BAKING.

also I can’t vouch for PR-56 , since this model is in service for testing. the possibility is not excluded that the entire range of 56 models is made with overheating, the VES cartoon overheats in fact, and users simply adapt.

oh, by the way, all the time I want to complain and I forget - but they saw that many Internet shops, stupidly stole my photos of perfez to themselves !!! and the first was a photo !!! We organized such an advertisement for him here, even if we organized some kind of discount ...
Olyalya82
Take the 57th model. I'm just in love with her. I took DEX for myself because of a two-year warranty, but I don't like it that heating is only 2 hours after cooking.

I took DEX for myself because of a two-year warranty
not that I wish bad for the dex cartoons ... I really like them - honestly !!!
but I really really want to see (hear, touch) at least one dex owner who actually faced the implementation of the dex two-year warranty.
I myself was very led to this, but in the store they told me that this was all not true, or rather a half-truth.
as I was told, two years is one year of warranty repair (or exchange) and a year of consulting service. well, they will test the device, if there is a breakdown, they will find it, and they will fix it for the owner's money.

I would very much like to get to the bottom of the truth, otherwise I am looking at the conditions of increased scam and hack, we all missed the normal attitude towards the consumer and we rush straight for something at least somehow reminiscent of respect

SupercoW. It is not true!!! If the warranty card is 2 years old, then they simply have no right to refuse !!! And you DO NOT need to pay any money. Read the consumer rights law carefully !!! God forbid, this would have happened to me, I would have knocked it out. Knowingly I was born on International Consumer Rights Day
I had this with a telecom. He began to show poorly a month before the end of 2 years. Everything is fine, for tallon 2 years - means 2 !!!
"Drink honey with your lips" There is such a technique "GMT" an electric tool, and so they gave, if I remember, 5 years warranty on their equipment. So this is how in that parable "Either the donkey dies or buy" it is calculated for that. It is practically impossible to achieve the fulfillment of warranty obligations from them.

Read the consumer rights law carefully !!!
so I just because of this law and doubt ...
nevertheless for some reason we thought that 14 days of return / exchange is for LOVE !!! but as it turned out in fact - 14 days, provided that the goods were not used. and who then needs such an exchange !!! what's the use of an exchange under such conditions. after all, it is the possibility of return / exchange that is important if deficiencies are discovered or simply some technical parameters are not satisfied already during operation.

I will be very happy if a manufacturer finally appears in Ukraine who vouches for his equipment. just life has taught us to always and in everything to look for text written in small print

Recently my camera died as soon as the warranty expired ... how they calculate so accurately I don't know
but our dishwasher recently broke down, I was at the garment - though that's good. but the warranty repair took EIGHT months. this is how the warranty parts come to us.

so probably because of my skepticism, I prefer to take something not expensive, and then not bother with repairs, but just buy a new one.

SupercoW, and who is the manufacturer of your multicooker, please see. And I also have a request for you, please see the list of service centers in the warranty card, I'm wondering if there is a service center in Zaporozhye?
manufacturer, according to the consultants in the store, china.
on the box from PR-55 it is written:
Prepared for replacement by TM Perfezza - Stone Electronics Co., Ltd
804 Zino Center, Nathan Road, Koolun, Hong Kong
Made in P.R.C.

I think the same thing is written on PR-57, it's just that I don't have the box.

with regard to the guarantee. I already wrote that the warranty card for perfumes is given not by PERFESA, but by PHOTOS. that is, this store assumes a warranty service obligation. there are no addresses there. there are just the terms of the guarantee and the address of the photo itself. so I had to deal with PR-56, so I took them to the store, or rather to the service next to the store.
so about Zaporozhye you need to find out in the store where you plan to buy the cartoon. if this is a photo, then you need to find out what to do, if repair is required ... send it to them at your own expense, or maybe they have some options for this case.

Ladies, what to do, I'm at a loss, I can't choose between DEX-50 and Perfezza PR-57. My husband doubted that Perfeza was cheaper than DEKS, maybe the quality is the same, but I have more sympathy for Perfeza. Please help me with a choice.
in all honesty - I am still skeptical about the manufacturer under the name Perfezza, but for all the short time of use there was not a second that I regretted my choice. so far my cartoon gives me one pleasure. I don’t even think about the repair and warranty.

I will not advise something !!! well, it's not because the company is unknown. I generally do not like to advise anything about technology. because in my head I have very correct words - THAT DOES NOT BREAK WHAT ARE NOT USED.

and boshes break, and mulinexes, and panasonic ... while fests, clathronics and orinones work successfully ... paradox

Well, one more thing (THIS IS NOT A TIP !!!) ... if something happens to my PR-55, then I will again take exactly the same one as the main one. but when I want to take a second cartoon, I will think between PR-57 and DEX-50.

Here's what I found - when you press the function selection button for a long time, the cooking temperature lights up on the display.

Cool, and on what programs does it show what temperature?
Can it be changed and within what limits?
May @
habibi, and on your cartoon the menu in what language, I've seen it, so the menu is in disagreement in Russian, Ukrainian and English. It was wildness for me. Difficulties in translation or what?
habibi
menu in Russian, and on the LCD display on an orange background in Ukrainian ??? it's a mystery to me too.
about the pace, it happened to me by accident, experimented. now the cartoon is in languor mode - this is 90 grams.

ON THE MODE OF RETAINING THE HEAT, THE TEMPERATURE IS FLASHED - 35 DEGREES, sorry for the caps)) I inadvertently means that you can make yogurt, I will try it on the weekend.

cool!!! best bows to you for discovering this option. I don't seem to have such a thing. Or maybe I'm pressing something wrong ... I need to select a mode and turn it on, and then when exactly do I need to press the function selection button for a long time? right away or a little later?

if I don’t find such a useful option, will you tell us about the temperatures on all modes ???
I don’t think the temperatures in our cartoons will be different, but I’m just thinking to start making yoghurts in the cartoons. But I just can't choose the time - it's clearly not enough for me alone
habibi
hold it on for a few seconds. here on keeping the heat, first the rate is 35, and after 7 minutes 45 already, I did not check it further, turn it off

you want it right away, you want it later, the temperature rises gradually. I like my perfection more and more, definitely! :)
Now a question has ripened - did you cook semolina porridge in it? otherwise cooking on the stove just kills me, stirring and then ripping ..
