Pauline, in my opinion the most logical thing in this situation is to go to Comfi and play there with the saucepans of the familiar-proven-familiar Perfezza (for complete reassurance))))
I was in comfy yesterday. there is a whole range of perfumes and moulinexes. Orions and Polaris are not there. so there was nothing to compare with.

and I compared the saucepan from the 58th to the 57th and 56th when only the 58th appeared in the comfi. as the girls said that there was a new perfezzka, I immediately ran and started throwing the saucepans. so here and so I know that everything fits.

Quote: NadinSA

And without further ado, take 58yu

1) You are happy with perfets
2) it has yogurt
3) outwardly cute (which means you can take your own company, especially while it is in the stores you called)

in general, I agree. but some ugly animal sits inside and nags ... curiosity damn it ...
Marina took yummy for herself, Alena took dex ... but what about me ??? I also want to ... although of course I already went through all this the last time, and as a result I returned to performance.

the aurora disappeared due to the presence of the 58th model. now the choice is between perfezza and orion. I'll go and re-read the topic of the Orionchiks one more time, maybe it will help to make the final choice.
NadinSA
Well, the wrong animal inside you, Pauline

If outwardly Orion-Aurora-Perfezza 58 are the same, then we have Nuna 58 .. AdnAznAchnA

But if there is something new, then yes .. there you can watch Dex say handsome (and again, "something new in the house" or Yummy, but there only take a round one in a chain, and not a round one from Yummy on our appearance seem to be ). And there is no YOGHURT in them !! - it means not our size !! )))

Well, I would choose it like that))) Or a program or something outwardly new

and I do not say that it is correct, but this creature is sitting and does not give life !!!

everything is correct. I have determined what I need - the YOGURT function, which means I need to jump next to it. at this stage, I really need looks.
it turns out that dex and yummi are not an option here at all. In addition, I have already written more than once that the dex does not fit me in size, and the yummi has jambs with milk.

so of course we are talking about our "twins".

I read the Orionchik topic ... in short, I just ordered the 58th perfezz.
the price is cheaper:
Orion found for 480.00 + 30.00 (delivery)
found perfezza for 505.00 + 0.00 (delivery)
trifle, but nice.

tomorrow they should bring it, I really hope they won't let you down, an unknown shop ...

I can also say a few words that convinced me in the direction of PR-58. by the way it happened a couple of minutes ago ...
I climbed the forum, climbed on and accidentally stumbled upon a picture (I saw it for a long time, but forgot it already).
Multicooker Perfezza
this is the Maruchi multicooker range. looked closely - Perfezza is a complete copy of Maruchi, and Maruchi seems to be praised.

Orion also turns out to be a copy of the latest model of Maruchi, but Orion has only one model of a multicooker, while Perfezza has as many as four, well, like the manufacturers could practice.

maybe stupid, but for some reason it pushed me towards the 58th perfezz.

I really hope that the 58th will not let you down with YOGURT. it will be a shame if it overheats. this is the first thing I will do - I measure the temperature on the YOGURT mode.
you just need to figure out how to do it ...
NadinSA
Pauline, congratulations on the end of the agony of choice!

Well, I probably would also choose Perfezza, in many ways with the same arguments as yours.(And I just cited dex and yummi as the most recent example). Of course, I don't know how it will be with yogurt, but somehow seeing Perfezza and how sensibly everything works in them, I want to hope that you will be fine with yogurt too ..

And I don't even know how to measure the temperature .. Pour ordinary water for a sample. Tie the thermometer on a string and put it inside .. (in principle, the temperature there is low, you can do with ordinary room ones if there is no culinary ... that's so .. harsh ideas). Wait until it heats up, get a look (but this is so ... semi-crazy ideas as usual)

When I made yogurt for the very first time in the 57th, I cooled the milk after boiling, measured the temperature of the milk with an ordinary electronic thermometer for the body, but this is a type of unsanitary conditions. I kind of washed it, but it's still not right ...

there is no culinary, and I don’t know whether I need it or not. that's just for one time, to measure the temperature on YOGURTA ... I see no reason to buy.

I washed it, wiped it with something alcohol-containing, and everything is in order! Do not worry. We do not know in what unsanitary conditions the bread is baked and delivered to the shops (I once witnessed unloading. Since then I have been roasting bread on the burner.) But we eat it and don’t think. Measure with what it turns out!

my lapulya arrived this afternoon !!!
at home now there is nowhere to go some multicooker and boxes from them.

first of all, I launched the YOGURT mode with water. and measured the temperature every half an hour. measured with an ordinary body thermometer. seems to have seen too much ... 40-43 degrees.
I have already delivered the first batch of yogurt ... let's see what happens.

I overheated the yogurt the day before yesterday (even when I did it in 57 at STEERING HEAT), but it still fermented ... maybe now some persistent bacteria have gone, maybe they just need this temperature ...
ang-kay
Polinka, congratulations on your purchase! : rose: Let him serve faithfully. It looks like my "Aurora", well, one to one. : yahoo: Only the saucepan is different. And how is this one in terms of quality? Better or worse than their predecessors?
In mine, I measured the temperature with different thermometers, everywhere and the temperature is different. Street-43, underwear-42, and for high temperatures -40. Which one to believe?
On "Vivo" it costs 43. My yoghurt always turns out to be different. It also happens with serum. But she deduced for herself that she should stand no more than 8 hours and immediately into the cold.

what are there 8 hours !!! I've just fermented in TWO hours, I'm in shock. even at first did not want to carry it to the refrigerator. but after 10 minutes I saw a little serum around the edges and turned it off with a run. now stands in the refrigerator, in the evening we will try what happened there.

I did it on primary yogurt, I think maybe I did a lot. I took almost 0.5 liters of milk for 3 liters of milk.

I took an Italian symbiotic ferment and fermented it into three liters of milk. day before yesterday. It took 8 hours to ferment, even almost 9. it was in the 57th model on STEERING HEAT, and then like in a thermos. it was delicious.
I poured 0.5 liters for future yoghurts. I thought I would divide it into two parts and I could do it two more times, but I was afraid - a new cartoon, a new leaven ... and everything that I put off thumped, to be sure. so it turned out for sure. for two hours a BUCKET of yogurt.

I really hope everything is ok with taste. this is the first "dish" of the new assistant. the husband will not understand if three liters of yogurt goes down the toilet.

What I don't like about Prefezz is the quality of the pan coating ... something is already alarming me, it has begun to burn, and not only to the bottom ... but on the sides, the very bottom is already in some microcracks. In Yummi, the quality of the pan coating is several times higher!
SupercoW
thanks girls for congratulations!
She is surprised how her husband agreed. I really offered him to make an exchange. his parents are stubborn, they don't want us to give them a multicooker. understandably, all people give in to unknown devices a little, but there are other cockroaches, everything depends on money (like they want to save us money).
at the same time pilaf from multi, which we presented to the daughter-in-law (PR-56), they adore.

So, I explained that we need a big YOGURT MASTER. that is, we need a cartoon with just such a mode. we take a new one, and give PR-55 to parents for a test. if it doesn’t work, well, then we’ll take it back, and if it does, well, to your health!

so we agreed.

while we went for a walk, the first yoghurt in the fridge came ... I just cracked two cups of raisins, and I want more. I think I liked it even more than the primary one.

I go pouring yogurt, and the eye is happy - well, really a BUCKET OF YOGHURT. who to say - will not believe.

Quote: ang-kay

the sourdough itself was originally dry.
yogurt is moderately snotty, but I've never been able to do so without snotty at all. at least a bit but always there. so that's okay for me. well and really tasty !!!

Quote: ang-kay

like they already suggested that I drunk a lot of primary yogurt. it was necessary at the rate of 2 tablespoons per 1 liter.

it is what it is.
it's a pity of course, well, what can you do about it. Well, that's how the manufacturers cheated ... I myself feel horrified.
well at least they found an alternative. you can bake wonderfully in perfezz, but in a bowl of yummi. and over time to buy another cup.

That's why I doubt whether it is worth buying a bowl from Aurora a little cheaper if there is a bowl from Yummi, which is not much more expensive, but the quality is much better. I think the Aurora has the same quality bowls as ours.

of course they can serve happily ever after, but ...
I badly tested my first model 55, so she showed me a five-finger figure.

and what would make such a simple eggplant ???

finally, vegetables began to acquire their real price. Yesterday I had a chance to buy brains now.
I actually don't know how to cook eggplants, and neither can I choose. last year I did ratatouille twice in the airfryer - it turned out great. now I'm thinking whether to repeat or find something new ...

when I was waiting for eggplants so many recipes came across with them, now I can not find a single one.
oriana
The easiest thing is eggplant sauté.
Eggplants - 3 pieces, carrots - 1, onions - 1, tomatoes - 3, bell peppers - 3
Three grated carrots, fry with 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, put onions there, fry a little, eggplants, peppers and tomatoes, salt, pepper, bay leaf and other spices to taste, whoever likes it, I don't like anything and don't put anything, then add 2 tbsp. l. tomato (if the tomato is sour, add a little sugar, the taste will soften and will be completely different, sweet and sour) and on the Cooking mode for 1 hour. Yummy!

This is in the sense of a rice program, so that the liquid is gone? I see you are not the first time talking about this!

yes, it was her darling, the rice program.
And if you add potatoes there, there will also be a delicious dish, I somehow did a la chakhokhbili, with lamb, potatoes and everything else described above, this is also a separate dish 2 in 1 and the first and second in one person, because there a lot of gravy.

Inusya
Yes, indeed, I cooked a compote on the Soup yesterday, it turned out great, even the fresh fruit did not turn into porridge, but remained intact, it barely moved, that's it! I didn't even turn it off ahead of time (more precisely, I got worn out and forgot), but everything is ok.
SupercoW
something my technique is a little foolish from the heat.
the refrigerator does not freeze, the multicooker is already seething. Yesterday I was shocked at all - the 57th gave me an error once E1. I was so scared. but then it seems normal. although I remember a story with such an error, it all ended with a service.

I think he can move all his equipment to the corridor. I have a draft there and there is no sun at all. might make them all better. and then in the kitchen 4 sq. m. with a large sunny window, apparently they are not very comfortable.

I bought another cup yesterday. the cup from the aurora. to read here... the bowl is identical to ours (PR-56, PR-57, PR-58). and the price made me happy - 100 UAH. that is, it is clear that its quality is far from that of Hume's, but it is still completely liquid.

now I have THREE multicooker and FIVE bowls for them.
although I think that I will give the Aurora bowl to my daughter-in-law in Nikolaev (and I will order one more for myself). she cooks so wonderfully in the 56th model. while she is silent about the coverage, but I think she extra. a bowl oh how it does not hurt.

here.

testing the PR-58 takes place with pleasure, but in some languid mode.
as planned, I use it mainly for making yoghurts. I can safely say that if you need a lot of yogurt, then cooking it in a cartoon on a special mode is a thrill. now I am preparing 3 liters of yogurt at a time, but apparently I will have to increase milk yield quantity. Mom has already joined the consumption and it seems that my sister is still going ... with such a composition, three liters are not enough for me. it will have to cook three liters every day (now I do it every other day).

in matters of regimes, I do not see much difference yet, although I have not tormented everything yet.

a flaw was found - the lid is very hot. much stronger than the rest of the perfumes. not important, but the first time really burned. now I open it with a towel. well, the castle looks weak.

another thought about yogurt.
we all know that one of the important principles of making yoghurt at home is the sterility of the process - dishes, milk. and now the thought came to me, how can you cook yogurt right in the bowl, if before that, for example, meat was cooked in this bowl. Of course, we launder it thoroughly, but you never know ...
so I came to the conclusion that it is not worth cooking yogurt in a bowl, it is better to cook in jars.
for myself, I did it differently. since I already have a lot of cartoons and bowls, I have allocated my own bowl from the 58th specifically for making yogurt. that is, I don't cook anything else in it. made yogurt, put it right in the bowl in the refrigerator, put it right from there into our cups and eat. when the yogurt ran out, I washed the bowl and started a new batch.
sometimes I heat the cottage cheese in the same bowl. although cottage cheese is now less likely to cook - I switched to yogurt. but in any case, the bowl is used only for sour milk.

discovered another nuance, something the 57th decided to play some fun. began to turn off in the PORTRAIT / SOUP mode when boiling milk. apparently from below this milk film is formed and the cartoon thinks that there is no water - so it turns off. but after restarting it brings the matter to the end.
this suggests that in the 57th also Porridge / SOUP works like XP in the 56th. well, when the marina was baking and after the first shutdown of the cartoon it turned on and did not turn off anymore.
with the 58th such number did not work. when she boiled milk on porridge / soup, the cartoon turned off and did not want to turn on anymore. I heard about this in dex. like when it's very hot the cartoon doesn't want to turn on again ...

Girls, hello!
I have a question for you. My husband very often travels on business trips, eats poorly due to the heavy workload and fatigue. I began to agitate him to buy the cartoon. We saw Perfezza today (only I don't remember the model). Now he asks me: if he can upload everything there, for example, for soup and turn on the timer, will it work? That is, my question is:
1) Soup - what program and how long ..
2) pasta (possibly + sausages) - what program and how long ..
3) rice (possibly + sausages) - what program and how long ..
4) stewed potatoes - what program and how long ..
5) hard-boiled eggs - what program and how long ..

The idea is that in the morning he could download the cartoon, and eat at lunch.
SupercoW
Quote: Gouache

1) Soup - what program and how long ..
there is a special program for soup - porridge / soup. by default 1 hour. during this time everything is boiled and nothing is boiled into porridge.

Quote: Gouache

2) pasta (possibly + sausages) - what program and how long ..
purely theoretically, pasta can be unattended on the RIS program, but it is better under supervision.

Quote: Gouache

3) rice (possibly + sausages) - what program and how long ..
well, rice, of course, on the RICE program or a SMALL AMOUNT.
the cooking time depends on the amount of rice and water. approximately 50 minutes.

Quote: Gouache

4) stewed potatoes - what program and how long ..
EXTINGUISHING program. by default, it will cook for 2 hours, this is if unattended and no one turns off before.
but you can turn it off earlier (if the opportunity presents itself).

Quote: Gouache

5) hard-boiled eggs - what program and how long ..
can be cooked on STEAM mode. time as much as you expose. 5-15 minutes. more is possible.

still depends on the model. in different models, different modes are set on the timer.

Hello everyone! I have been using a Panasonic multicooker for 4 years. I bought perfumes for my mom. I wanted to drive by function. On the first course - embarrassment. I cooked potatoes with meat at the CRUNCHING RICE f-tion (by analogy with the Panasonic program PLOV). I downloaded it at 12 pm and left. At 17 o'clock she came and found half a cup of coals. That is, the dish is half burnt from the bottom. As far as I understand, the pan did not turn off, but cooked for 5 hours. What do you advise?

the pan went off, don't worry. you just chose oh as the wrong mode. you need to be very careful with this regime - it is very strong in itself. this is not at all analogous to the PLOV regime. maybe, of course, it reminds a bit that frying goes from the bottom much stronger than in Panas.

the potatoes had to be cooked on STEW or RICE.
tell me what model did you buy? to tell more accurately it was possible. and don't worry - the perfumes are good, it's just more vigorous than your delicate panasik, so you need to get used to it a little.

All the programs on the right side do not turn off for me. At first I thought that I did not wait for all the water to boil off, and then when it started to burn, I realized that I probably got a marriage. in the mode FIG. at least I did.
on CRISP RICE this will definitely work, even well fried, but at the same time it is better to change the time from 1:30 to 1:00 and control the process for the last 15-20 minutes. if without control, then only RIS.

pilaf is prepared at our RISE.
intense temperature, it turns off when it realizes that there is no more water, but frying is obtained due to the fact that the cartoon is more powerful and the last 10 minutes even on the RIS can still dry the bottom well.

Girls, today I managed to test the Saturn ST-MC9180 multicooker, I bought it at the request of my brother. Means like this, a saucepan of 5 liters. one to one like 56, 57.58 Perfezza models. Differences from the 56 model Perfezza are that there is a heating mode -20min. There is a mode - baking 50 min. No modes long, round rice and soft, medium, hard rice. All other functions are the same. The design has a simplified removable top flap. A steamer is also available. The accelerated cooking mode is called Turbo. The Cooking mode is named Normal. The Crunchy Rice mode is called Frying.

The lid is not removable, the Frying mode is as far as I remember for 1-2 hours. Just like the Crispy Rice mode (default 1h 30min). Judging by the little things, it is made by the same Chinese who assemble the Perfezza multicooker. In Ashan (Zaporozhye) it costs 599 UAH. On the Internet, the run starts from 400 UAH. up to 600). By the way, its power is 900W. Almost like a Perfezza multicooker.

elfree, thank you very much for the information.
baking mode is of course a definite plus, no removable lid is a minus.

clear. sorry of course.
I've just tried the FAST mode in the 58th model. I quietly mute from him.
insanely convenient. there is a suspicion that in terms of power it is analogous to XP, but the fact that you can manually set the time is superb.

maybe this is not fundamental, but Perfezzu is produced in North Korea

hold my fists. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

girls-boys, I here purely by chance discovered heaps of frozen cherries in my freezer. but it has 100% bones - I was a lazy woman who didn't clean it right away. last year's cherry, it is urgent to apply it.
if with seeds, is it only suitable for compotes? the pie will not be convenient to eat, will it? sorry, I want something more interesting, I don't really respect compotes at all. it's delicious to drink, but the benefits are zero.

what do you think?
