Fish and potatoes (multicooker Aurora)

Ingredients

Hake sv / m 0.9 kg
Potatoes 1.2KG
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 5-6 st. l.
Milk 1 stack.
Water 1 stack.
Salt, pepper, bay leaves, fish spices taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the hake into portions and place tightly in a saucepan with butter. Cut the onion into half rings and place on the fish. Grate the carrots, lay on the onions. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasoning. Cut the potatoes into slices or whatever you like. Salt. Pour over with a mixture of water and milk, add bay leaf.
  • Switch on the multicooker to the "Crust" mode. The default time is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Time for preparing:

1 hour 30 minutes

Note

If you want a completely lean version, then you can dilute the water with lean mayonnaise.
It turned out delicious. You could add a little more liquid or, so as not to fry too much, turn off after 1 hour 20 minutes. But for us it turned out to be a crust in moderation.

what a yummy in the picture ...

I love fish and potatoes.
and hake need to take fillet or carcass?

and you will need to come up with something with the regime. I'm afraid my analogue of your KOROCHKA regime. in my cartoon, this mode is very vigorous. I don't want to bite off the bucket again with a metal hedgehog.

Thank you! I took the carcass. Can you try it on baked goods?

I'll think about it ... maybe I'll take another chance with my "crust"
let's see what happens.

and in such dishes can generally be put parchment paper on the bottom? Or will I then eat this very paper with the fish ???

Then you need to put a lot of onions on the bottom, I think. I saw what the girl was making lasagne on the baking sleeve. This will do more. than paper.

There may also be baking bags. It is very convenient to bake chicken, meat, potatoes with meat and fish in them.
I like the bags better because they only need to be tied on one side.
And in a cartoon, you can cut it, cover it well, grease it and then take it out with the product.

The recipe is wonderful! Very, very tasty! And most importantly, it is convenient that both fish and potatoes are at once !!!!!!
By the way, there was no milk, she added under Art. a spoonful of mayonnaise and tomato.
