Soda 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 200 g
Softened butter 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Add soda to kefir and leave for 10 minutes until bubbles appear:

  • Add flavor, flour, beat. The dough turns out to be liquid.
  • Pour 1/2 part of the dough into a lined with paper form and put in an oven preheated to 170C for 15-20 minutes.

  • Remove the form from the oven, put the filling in one layer. The dough should "set" completely. Pour over the remaining dough. Bake at 200C for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

I did everything according to the recipe, only instead of pears - frozen cherries and + 3 tbsp of cocoa.

I baked in a multicooker for 60 minutes and baked in a microwave for 10 minutes at 800 W, did not take into account that the cherries were frozen and the middle was not baked right away.
