Ingredients

Garlic 300 g
sugar 300 g
Georgian pepper adjika from the magnet store 1 jar 120 g

Cooking method

  • This year there is a very good harvest of plums, the branches are simply plastered over, Therefore, I did not wait for the final ripeness (then there are a lot of worries with them: jam, compotes, pickling ...), I decided to make the sauce now. 3 kg of plums in their pure form (without seeds) and 300 g of peeled garlic (this time I took 250 g) were twisted in a meat grinder. Added sugar and a jar of adjika for 28 rubles. I scrolled the plum and garlic immediately into a bowl with a stirrer. According to the recipe, that is, on the stove, all this is cooked for 20 minutes after boiling. I put it on the multicooker mode on 4 levels for 40 minutes. After the end of the program, I poured it into banks. Can be closed with both iron and screw caps. Worth great. But it ends quickly.

A very simple recipe. I am doing the second year. Meat is just a fairy tale. No peppers or herbs are needed, everything is in adjika. The sauce turns out to be sour-spicy-sweet, suitable for any meat.

P.S. A friend who gave me this recipe especially noted that with more expensive adjikas (not for 28 rubles) it turns out "not right."

No Light, I am not adding. A friend gave me the recipe, there was no salt there. Last year I tried salt on the table. We didn't like it. And even more so in this jar of Magnitovskaya everything is already there and salt too.

Please tell me ah 4 level of the multicooker - these are the modes. I have a Mulinex pressure cooker with a multishef. How to be here? How to adjust modes? It is possible on the stove, of course, but if there is a multicooker .. then let it work

Cooked last year on the stove, everything is just 20 minutes there. after boiling - and pour. I haven’t tried it in a pressure cooker, the pressure is there, maybe nothing, but the saucepan in my Orson visually somehow seems smaller and 3 kg, plus sugar, yes, plus garlic .... I don’t know, will not get to the valve? Maybe one of the girls will tell you. I would not fool around with a pressure cooker, it's better on the stove, at least it will boil faster.

I made this sauce - it turned out very tasty. Only my plums were unripe on Monday (when I bought them), and by Saturday evening, when my hands reached them, they were already ripe and sweet. So I reduced the sugar to 200 gr. and added 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid. And one more small change - half as much garlic, because I don't like it in large quantities. Poured into jars of 250-350 ml, it turned out 9 cans.
I'll see how it will be eaten and maybe I will close another portion. But definitely bookmarked)))

And you will definitely close the portion, because it is eaten quickly, and then you regret that you closed it a little.Last year we ate it before the New Year and decided that this year we need to close twice as much, despite the fact that we had enough covered with tomato adjika.
As for garlic, I always take less recipe too.
