Pig Pigtail

Ingredients

pork 300 gr.
egg 1 PC.
seasoning for meat taste
salt taste
pepper taste
frying oil 2 tbsp. spoons
toothpick 2 pcs.
breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • We take pork, preferably a tenderloin (I had a ready-made escalope), beat well, salt, pepper, rub with seasonings. Then we cut each piece into three parts and braid it, fasten the ends with a toothpick. Pig Pigtail
  • Beat the egg a little.
  • Dip each "pigtail" into an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and place in a frying pan. Fry in oil until tender.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

This is more of a festive presentation than a recipe.
If you beat off the meat badly, then the "pigtail" will be thick and the meat will become harsh.
