sugar 160gr
butter / butter margarine 230gr
melange (eggs) 130gr
baking powder (original soda and ammonium) 1h l.
salt 2gr
Curd mince: original / I took
cottage cheese 850gr / 450gr
eggs 80gr / 45gr
sugar 80gr / 45gr
flour 40gr / 20gr
vanillin / vanilla sugar
salt 10gr / 4gr

  • 7. Grease with yolk and bake for 10-15 minutes at 230-240 degrees (traditional oven) and at 200g (convection oven - note for Kroshi!))).
