Ingredients

margarine 200 g
flour 3 st
baking powder 0.5 tsp
kefir 0.5 st
Filling: curd 500 g
sugar 0.5-1 st
vanillin 1 tsp
egg (protein) 1 PC
yolk (for lubrication) 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Chop the margarine with a knife. Mix flour with baking powder and add to margarine, mix. Add kefir to the crumbly mass. Gently collect the dough, not knead. Divide the finished dough into 3 balls and leave in the cold for 1 hour.
  • Grind cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla.
  • Beat the protein into a strong foam and carefully add to the curd mass.
  • Roll out the dough into rectangles (3 mm thick), spread the curd mass over the surface, roll into a roll and cut into cubes, obliquely.
  • Put on a baking sheet lined with paper.
  • Grease with yolk and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
