Pie Makovnik

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Butter 125 g
Egg 4 things.
Poppy 1 tbsp.
Ammonium 1 tsp
Chopped nuts 50 g

Cooking method

  • Glass per recipe = 250 ml
  • Grind 4 yolks with sugar and butter. Then add poppy seeds (boil poppy seeds a little in milk, drain, and mince 2 times), ammonium, flour and nuts.
  • At the end, beat 4 egg whites and add them to the dough.

Time for preparing:
