Good day and fragrant bread to all bakers! So I became the proud owner of Panasonic-256, thanks to the forum. I wanted model 257, but she was not in the city and they said it would not be soon. Took 256, first baked a cupcake according to her tried and tested recipe to get acquainted with the oven. And now the first bread is worth it, the aroma is already coming.
The forum has already tightened, there are so many interesting things, although I'm not a beginner in the kitchen and in baking. And most importantly, I have a great desire to try out a new kitchen appliance.

And here is the first bread according to the main recipe. Water was replaced by two-thirds with whey, pressed fresh yeast. The bread turned out to be very tasty, fragrant, with a crispy crust. The husband was in such a hurry to get it that he pressed the top with the handle of the bucket, they did not let the bread cool down, so the crumb was crumpled.
Today there is a new portion in the oven, this time with dried apricots.

Does not rise strongly. weight for the maximum loaf of the main 650-700 g. The day before yesterday I bought a package of makfa. Added to the recipe half a spoonful of saf yeast moment 11gr. It turned out a tall, beautiful ruddy bread. Weight after cooling 885 gr. And the estimated weight of a loaf of maximum size is 1250 gr. Did anyone achieve a mass of 1250 bread?

Svetul, the maximum bread weight is 1250 g - this is bread made from 600 g of flour + a lot of additives. Therefore, just don't try to get to the max. Bake with 600 g flour. And do not add yeast over the recipe (if yeast with normal strength) - they will not give a mass of bread, but they can spoil it (the excess and the smell will not give the best, and "the roof will fail"). Try the recipes from the forum, they will not fail.

Until I have mastered the forum, can someone from the experienced tell me: is it possible to make some kind of healthy bread, which is not only made from premium wheat flour, but so that it is as whiter as possible? My son is used to the fact that white is the tastiest, and refuses to eat other bread.
