Goodnight! For the second day I have been reading the forum, while I have not baked bread, there is no time. So I also bought a Panasonic 257 oven. Here they write about the fact that the dispenser is unnecessary and there is no need to bake rye bread on the rye program. But there is a spatula for rye bread. In what cases should it be used when the share of rye flour is over 40%? Advise, can I change the oven for 256, while it is still possible? I read that someone's dispenser burst, from the owner's review. Or should it be 257?
What is the best scale to buy, with or without a bowl?
Thank you)

I'm a newbie and baked here the third bread on my 257. I bake so far according to the recipe book that is attached to it and in order to try everything. All three came out super! As for the dispenser, I can say one thing and, again, this is just my opinion ... I saw pictures of girls who exhibited bread, it is beautiful, but the raisins were boring in one practically place, and when I baked with it, the raisins were distributed clearly throughout the bread, that is, evenly ... And everything breaks down over time and it's not a fact that the breakdown was for no reason, maybe they inserted it badly and went too far with the weight ... I use the scales I bought in front of the stove in a few days, the photo is attached. It is very convenient, the error is 1g, you can drop the container and add it, weight up to 5kg, shutdown after 2 minutes, battery charging indicator and can be hung on a hook yes plus and so super thin. In general, I am happy with all the purchases as an elephant, and of course this is thanks to the guys from the bread machine. RU!

Guys to everyone who helped in choosing HP, many thanks! After all, only thanks to this forum I made the right choice. I baked my third bread tonight! While trying in a row on the book attached to the stove. The second was with raisins and a bomb came out! So the dispenser works! It was interesting to experience today with milk powder and eggs. It looks superb, except for a small crack on top, seen from the handle of the bucket, or even I don't know ... Judge.

A comb-blade is needed especially if you bake bread with bran, whole grain, rye bread. The dispenser does NOT break, there is an isolated case of breakdown in the Panasonic 253 HP, and even then IMHO it is from time to time

Thanks for the answers))) 257model just with a spatula comb, and I love rye bread so much! I’ll find the ingredients somewhere, and bake Borodino with raisins and whole grain ... Today I drew attention to the price of bread from a bakery in Perekrestok, about 60 rubles. for a bar
Do you need flour improvers like panifarin or is it a chemical additive? And maltose molasses is good, so where else to buy it? ...
Thank you.

Onega Panifarin is Ingredients: wheat gluten, ascorbic acid, enzymes. 🔗 All natures product

Of the improvers, perhaps only panifarin is needed, well, maybe WAYZENZAUER
sazalexter
Onega Oh, I forgot I still need malt (Glofa extract or dry malt or Naturin)
Onega
sazalexter Thank you And you also need to find molasses somewhere! It seems that everyone at VDNKh was snapped up after the holidays, but I just managed to buy a stove for myself, 257 are already not on sale in the Internet Magazine ...

And why exactly do you need molasses? I have molasses, I played a little, and now it's worthless. Here molasses is almost obligatory in gingerbread, but for what bread? It is even possible without her.
Onega
Molasses is planned as a substitute for sugar, and bread tastes better with it, I read about it. In my understanding, something like honey)

Here I fell in love,: girl_love: our ... how great that everyone helps with advice!
lana7386, sazalexter, irson1971 everyone, everyone!
Well, I read how to send on the radical, probably when I read it myself I saw a combination of three fingers, but here you have to register right away, and I, like a naive Chukchi girl went into the radical, poked Enter and that's all for me, in a word a blonde ... "

you will not believe,: wow: what kind of bread I bake ... I do not have time to take a picture of all the bread ... this is some kind of horror .... the crusts do not have time to cool down, but they are no longer * JOKINGLY * from both sides
and yesterday I had an incident ... there were friends and between the conversation, I did not put salt in the tea norm, but the dining room ... when I was ready ... they began to take a sample, and he ops! * JOKINGLY * salty ... will not distract ... anyway, everything is barely ...

Beska
yesterday I mastered bread with cheese and dill.
I did everything as indicated on this site by the respected Roman.
Here's the result.
Hooray, bought a Panasonic bread maker! First impressions and reviews
And I also noticed - why didn't I eat bread before? Because it was not tasty to me. And now - I love it. Mlyn, so soon the wardrobe will have to be changed
Rina
Besya, I'll tell you a secret: Admin is she ...

About the wardrobe. In fact, very few people get better from homemade bread. You get satiated with them faster (not like the store - you can eat half a loaf and still be hungry).
They begin to recover if they abuse sweet yeast baked goods.

Oooh, how uncomfortable! I didn't know it was a girl
Well, just before, I almost never ate bread (well, very rarely). And they bought KP only for making bread for her husband (he "respects" everything with bread). And now she herself is "addicted" to bread ...

Hello everyone! So I am joining your friendly ranks of bakers. Today my husband gave me a Panasonic. Before that, I only owned the Multicooker, now I have become much happier :) Until I even pulled it out. But in an hour I'm going to start extracting and studying the device! Wish me luck :) Panasonic 256 is a device!

Yes, I have a hard time with this ... the kitchen is small and besides, there is one rezetka for both the cartoon and the stove ... I am running around like a fool with these devices.
Jane2003
irson1971 Oh, I have the same situation. tiny kitchen, but I love household appliances. There is still room for her to find. The cartoon, of course, is smart. You can attach it anywhere. And you want to put the stove in a permanent place right away. We must probably invent some kind of shelves. I still need to attach a microwave somewhere. And then she stood in the room on the floor by the window for a long time. While the kitchen was undergoing a leisurely renovation

lana7386 NIZA thanks for the support! I wanted to start with ordinary white or milk, but I am confused by this - there are 2 types of yeast written here. And I have only yeast. How to be? What is this yeast -B and -R ?? I don’t understand and I just can’t get started therefore :(

NIZA, where to read about Kolobok?
Read carefully the footnotes at the bottom of the page.
Yeast B - for the 4-hour main mode, and yeast R - for the accelerated mode. And the yeast is the same - Saf-Moment or what you have ...
Jane2003
I have Saf-Moment yeast. That is, put either by -B amount, or by -R? And then I already started to think what to add this and that and put in the sum :)
Oops :) I read the footnotes. like I read it! But I didn't get it

Yes, for Bake (4 hours) - line B, and for accelerated more yeast, then line -R. You don't have to add anything! You must carefully read the ENTIRE instruction!
Read and ask if something is not clear

lana7386 Another question is ripe. And how to measure butter? No matter how stupid it sounds, but it is solid, Use a measuring spoon to pick it up? I have already dared to pour dry ingredients. And again, thank you very much for your help. And it's scary to be alone for the first time

Lendra, if there is fresh yeast, then "go ahead and with a song" bake with them! 1.5 g of yeast per 100 g of flour (crumble the yeast to the bottom of the bucket, on top of flour, salt, sugar, water). We have a section INGREDIENTS FOR BREAD, there are several topics about yeast

And if dry crumbled, will they stir? I'm also interested, because I bought fresh ones and I want to learn how to bake with them!
Rina
That is, how "dry"? Dry, which are powdered? They are simply poured onto the bottom of the bucket.

The "wet" yeast will mix (the bread maker mixes the dough very well).
