In general, Yagotynsky sourdough should be in all supermarkets. It can be found in Selpo, Eco-market, Bumi-market, etc. Then you try to stir milk with sourdough and add sugar. Maybe she won't be so sour.
mliza
I mean, maybe the yogurt won't be so sour ... ahem ...

If she approaches Aurora, then she should approach the Perfezki. What about the price?

I come to you. I have 55perfezza. I'm very happy with everything, I don't even know what I would change in it))), maybe I would just buy a new saucepan! she does almost everything for me! I'll go read you all

it would be interesting to know how these fit perfected. the price is very attractive
Olya-la!
girls, hello everyone! bought a multicooker Perfezza 58, I'm upset !!!!!!! does anyone have such a model? respond. you are welcome!!!!!! I don’t understand anything ... I turn on some kind of mode ... everything starts fine, and then it gets lost and on the board where the time is, lights run in a circle ... what is it ??? maybe someone had this and not the same model as mine .... help, what is it?
Pingvinus
Olya-la!, do not worry, your multicooker is wonderful, and the lights running across the screen mean that you have chosen an automatic program that runs before the liquid evaporates, so the cooking time does not show, as it depends on the amount of water in the saucepan.
Olya-la!
Thank you very much for your answer ... I'm on the verge of tears ((((((tell me what to do? this is how I need it ???? I don't touch the slow cooker ???? that is, she continues to cook the dish, but otherwise I start to click the modes and I am very worried (((The instruction is idiotic in the kit, 2 sheets of program descriptions and then I don't understand ... not a word about it ... and there is nothing on the Internet about this model!)
habibi
will anyone order a replacement bowl? I have a ceramic frying pan - just a miracle. And you want to and koolitsya, what if the size does not fit?

The main thing is, don't panic !!!
When I bought the 58th model, I was almost in the same condition as you! But now I almost completely understood it. You do not click on the programs, but by typing, check which program can cook what. For example, I cook rice and buckwheat in the "Soup" mode - it's faster and more convenient. And on the "Baking" mode, I made the fish steamed.
Olya-la!
Thank you for the answer!!! we first bought the 56th model, and a couple of times I cooked there, everything worked out the first time! and guessing modes! and then changed to this ... well, like cooler ... pastries and yogurt !!! but it was not there !!!!!!! that I will not cook, some kind of crap turns out! there is no word RIS at all! what is the "Cooking" mode I have no idea !!!!!!!!!! As I understand it, this 58th model was released recently? how long have you been using it?
mliza

I understand that we have it in stores for about six months. Although I could be wrong ... I have been using it for only 2 months, but the principle is already clear. I haven’t really figured out the cooking either - she doesn’t cook on it or I’m doing something wrong.Likewise, a double boiler ... well, it does not "soar" the fish and that's it! But with the 58th you can get out in other modes. With baking, I also got some kind of garbage - instead of fluffy cakes there were some hard pancakes. As I understand it, she prefers to cook cakes in which the dough is thinner. For example, like "Chocolate on boiling water" (advertising!) But in general this perfusion is very good, you just need to adjust to it. I'll buy a special thermometer and measure the temperature in it - then it will be more or less clear how and what to cook.
Olya-la!
: Well, then we will learn together))))) Today I stewed some parts of the goose in mayonnaise on "Stew" for 2 hours ... I don't know how it tasted (I eat from my husband separately)))), it smells sooooo and very tasty, in appearance nothing too))) There is an opportunity to try it tomorrow until 12.00 noon)))

Must be delicious! For those, of course, who love gentle food. The cartoon itself cooks very, very dietary or something. While stewing, I made pumpkin with spices and garlic in it - I stewed it for 2 hours, so it boiled down. We need less.))) It turns out very tasty red borscht!))) I experienced it a couple of days ago ... Yum!)))))
I stewed fish with vegetables (beetroot, carrots and onions) in it - awesomely delicious! Especially buryachok!
Olya-la!
mliza, today I cooked kharcho soup) though without meat it turned out cool frying in the "Fry" - "Vegetables" mode. Tomorrow I will try vegetable soup with smoked cheese. I share!
Made a pea soup with smoked ribs! Mmmm ... Incredible yummy. The only thing is, I try not to fry anything special in it ... They say that a saucepan will come quickly. Yesterday I made a tangerine cake in it (muffin, or something like that)! Vkuuusno to madness! If interested, I can share the recipe!
mliza
So, tangerine cake recipe! The original recipe (I changed it a bit - I'll write it below)
5 large tangerines,
1.5 cups sugar
75 grams of butter or margarine
1 egg
1 glass of kefir
3 cups flour
soda, salt
The glass is ordinary, faceted, 250 grams.

Grind butter (margarine) with sugar and an egg (I beat it with a mixer) add a glass of kefir.
Add twisted tangerines (including the skins), a little salt. Pour the mixture into flour, beat and add 1 tsp. slaked soda.
Place in a greased and floured dish. Let stand for 40 minutes - then bake.

Now I'll write what I changed here.
I mixed the flour into the mixture - it took 180 grams, no more. I also had to add kefir, because the dough turned out to be very hard. I put quicklime soda (1 teaspoon) and half a packet of baking powder. I took Georgian tangerines, ordinary, 7-8 pieces (depending on the size). The dough turns out to be neither liquid nor quite solid, something in between. Greased the cartoon with margarine, sprinkled with breadcrumbs and 2 times for 50 minutes for baking. Then the cupcake was heated before morning. In the morning it was warm and smelled incredibly tangerines.
I suspect that you can add even more tangerine and a little vanilla sugar there. I sprinkled it with cinnamon on top.
If someone tells me how to insert a photo here, I will even show my work. A piece, really ...
Kamusik
mliza and what glasses? If the usual faceted, then 3 tbsp. (According to the recipe) and 180gr (your changes) - too radical!
mliza

And so it happened radically! If you add 3 cups of flour to the dough, then you won't even be able to roll it out. Perhaps it all depends on the products: instead of kefir, I had homemade sour milk and tangerines are not very juicy.

Super! You can also try and shove the slices ...

It is quite possible! I'm still thinking about slices of raisins or dried apricots ... It must be bombing. It turns out not very sweet, by the way ... So, if someone likes it lighter, then you can add more sugar! Experimenting!

Hi there!
It is better not to open on Baking - muffins and cakes may fall. By the way, on Baking, be sure to remove the top lid, otherwise, in the 58th on the lid, water collects and the cakes are not baked on top, if the lid is not removed. And so, no problem! When frying, it is always open for me, because it is necessary to interfere. I mix porridge, soups / borscht, too. Nothing bad will happen - it works like a native!
Inusya
Olya-la, in the process of any program, you can open everything, EXCEPT Baking, mliza I told you correctly.
Well, I don’t interfere with Plovy, there the trick is that there should be moisture for better steaming of cereals (after all, you paid attention to the recommendation in the ratio of water to cereals, that is, not as we are used to 1: 2, but 1: 1 Because the steam remains there, so there is enough liquid, and until the end of the program I don’t stick in there. And so when you cook pilaf, you don’t endlessly open the lid of the pan, but let it stop. Like this. -do not be afraid, open as needed.

Girls, tell me, please! I also want to buy a cartoon for 2 - 2.5 liters. I have Perfezka58, already a long time ago (I took it as a novelty for 800 UAH - this is already at a discount). I have never regretted it, no worse than Panas !! What's a good little cartoon ?? Something poked around - scampered around the forum, except for Moulinex and I don't see. Tell me what multi and where to watch Thank you !!

Big request to you Corsair. I was presented with a Perfezza 58 multicooker, I did not understand a lot in the instructions. For example, I baked a cake for testing, it was not baked, it did not rise. It was necessary to set the time to 1.5 hours. I don’t know how this is done. Only the programmed time is set. Can you please tell me, maybe there is a full description of functions somewhere on the forum.
Thank you in advance. Olga.

Inusya
Olga, go over the topic, I think that the first page will be enough, our professional on Perfezz, - SupercoW (Polina), she's a dock in cartoons, somewhere in posts she gave a link to a very competent instruction she made, she helped me a lot at one time, since her own, in general, is oak, for the Chinese. And Perfez, they are all the same, the main modes are absolutely identical, only in the 58th - full "stuffing". Read the first posts. I think this will help you
alenka3112
Hello, I haven't been here for a long time, I have a question. And when cooking milk porridge, does the milk always boil away? I had a lot of boiled over, and this despite the fact that I poured 1 liter of milk ...Or you have to cook it with the lid open
Inusya
Quote: Olga59

It was necessary to set the time to 1.5 hours. I don’t know how this is done. Only the programmed time is set.

Olga59, the default time in Baking is not added, if you need more, then just wait until it beeps after 50 minutes, and then immediately start it again. For example, if you need 1.5 hours (that is, 90 minutes), then bake 50, then the signal, then restart, and after 40 minutes turn it off. You need a timer for these purposes. Well, or I, for example, start a timer on my phone so as not to miss.

Good day to all! I ask for help, since I myself cannot figure it out. She became the owner of the Perfezza PR58 multicooker. The instructions for it are terrible, only general characteristics (there are no recipes for this multi model either). I wandered around on the Internet, looked, but really did not find anything. Maybe the cat knows where to get information, feedback on the work of Perfezza PR58 and talk to the owners of this model, since I have no experience, I will be interested in learning everything, try to cook. Please respond, who knows anything about Perfezza PR58

Tatalo4ka, I answered you in a personal.

Girls, help me out, the roof is already going in search, somewhere I came across a recipe for a casserole of twisted lavashiks with meat and filling on top.
Well, at least kill I can not find, but did not bookmark it. Maybe someone has a reference - stick your nose.
And then I really want to and already have filling and pita bread. I don't want to spoil it. Pliz!

Good day! I also recently bought a Perfezza 58, while I figure it out. Little experience. On the "soup" mode, I cook borscht, the whole set of vegetables at once, frying onions and carrots with tomato, a spoonful of salt, boiling water to the maximum mark - and that's it. Ready in an hour. Milk porridge is also on the "soup", and on the "crust" the baked vegetables with meat turned out good, only now they are winter, dry, not juicy, I had to add a little water to the bottom. I took many recipes here. The "cooking" mode for cereals, until the water boils away - will not turn off. So far, I can only share this experience. Itself in search.
mliza
Girls, I am writing what I investigated myself! In 58th Perfezzka, delicious pea soup with ribs - a couple of hours on the "Soup" mode and you get a puree soup, like in an old Soviet pressure cooker. She prefers to make baked goods from dough, which is liquid. From hard dough, she makes a hard pancake. I also cook porridge in the "Soup" mode - it turns out faster this way. Instead of the "Steamer" mode, I use the "Baking" mode: into a saucepan of water, a steamer with a fish on top and go! So far, I can't remember anything like that. If I remember something, I will write here.

Oh girls! Hello everyone. How many replenishments we have !!!
Now I'll try to suggest something ...

Quote: mliza

I haven’t really figured it out with cooking either - she doesn’t cook on it or I’m doing something wrong.
Why not cook - she cooks everything! And very good. What exactly is not cooking?
The 58th model has only one rice program - VARKA. So it works on the principle of liquid evaporation. This is an automatic program in which no cooking time is indicated.

Quote: mliza

Likewise, a double boiler ... well, it does not "soar" the fish and that's it!
What's wrong with the steamer?

She bakes almost any dough. I have muffins, biscuits, casseroles, and honey cake ...
Everything rises and bakes wonderfully.
So you need to figure it out step by step! :-)

Quote: mliza

Temperature won't tell you anything. Since there is no clear temperature in each of the modes. Temperatures fluctuate within a range depending on each mode.

Under no circumstances remove the lid, and even more so in the baking mode!
We generally remove the lid only in order to wash, the rest of the time it should be put on in its place.
Maybe that's why you can't bake. You have not noticed that there are special rubber bands on the lid - they create ... well, not tightness, of course, but the fact that they keep the temperature inside the bowl is for sure.

Hmm ... I'll try to paint everything in order ...
On my "Cooking" mode, rice can stand for at least an hour and nothing will remain raw. I don't know why this is ... (((
In the "Steamer" mode the water does not boil at all. I waited 20 minutes, and then spat and switched to the "Baking" mode.
As for baking and removing the lid, I can say this: if I do not remove the top lid, then water will form on the lid inside, which drips onto the baked goods ... after which I just have the baked goods on top and fall off. I don’t know why so ... honestly! But if you remove the lid, then all the vapors go outside the multi and the baked goods rise normally. But so far I've only experimented with batter. Tomorrow (that is, today already) I will try to make something from a harder dough. I'll write about the results in the evening! )))

if this is really so, then it was necessary to RUN to return the multicooker. this is definitely a marriage.
Cooking mode:
they put everything in the bowl, put the bowl in the multicooker, chose the BOOK mode, pressed the START button. sticks started running on the display. ALL. after a while (depending on the amount of cereal), the sticks will change to a timer with a countdown (from 10 minutes) and when it reaches zero, a signal will sound and the multicooker will switch to KEEP HEAT (the countdown will start).
if this does not happen, then the multicooker is not working properly!
STEAMER mode:
they poured water into the bowl, put the bowl in a multicooker, hung a steamer with food on top, chose the STEAMER mode, chose the right time, pressed the START button. sticks started running on the display (the cartoon is boiling water). as soon as the water boils there is a signal, after the signal of the cartoon, it will start counting back and when it counts down, the signal is that the food is ready.
if this does not happen, then the multicooker is not working again!

the multicooker is a very smart and convenient device, you practically don't need to adapt to it. she knows everything and knows how.unless he says hello.

it is condensation. so for all multicooker. Well, it drips a little, so that it is straight strongly - there is no such thing. and it certainly does not affect baking.

SupercoW, with infinite respect for you, I still disagree. So not in all multicooker! In Dexs, for example, in the baking mode, the upper heating element is turned on. Alas, it does not brown the crust, it is enough only to fight condensation. But he undoubtedly wins this fight - not a drop of "dew" on the lid or on the baking! But as soon as the program ends and the heat preservation mode turns on, condensation immediately appears.

And at mliza still a serious problem with cartoons. Urgent service!

I of course meant those multi, where there is no top heating.

I understood so And I corrected it not so much for you (well, you can't help but know! You can forget, but so that SupercoW, yes, does not know something about multi ?!), but for mliza - apparently, she is a person in the multiworld new, so far it is poorly oriented, even in its cartoon.
I don't have Perfeza, but I follow the topic - for a very long time and carefully I chose my second mule, I seriously thought about Perfeza. But as a result, the choice fell on another. Time will tell if the right choice was made. But I really like Perfezki, albeit in absentia

Girls, I have one question about the steamer - do you need to pour warm water or cold water? Maybe she just has a long boiling time and, to help the cartoon, it is better to pour warm water?

no, of course, if you pour a warm one, the process will go faster.
so I just specifically tried to start cooking the soup with the STEAMER mode. poured water until 4, turned on the STEAMER mode and went to myself. Well, I won't say that it boiled quickly ... so maybe you just didn't have enough patience.

Girls, how strongly does the porridge stick to the bucket? Today I made rice milk porridge for the first time. With porridge, everything is fine, but it stuck to the bottom of the bucket. I poured it with water, stood for a while, then scrubbed it with a sponge. Somehow not very similar to a non-stick coating I have a PR-58, new, just bought - I am mastering.
SupercoW

Personally, I have no milk in any perfezz at all. well, that is, there may be a little something left, but such that it comes off a little bit from soaking in water. not like aluminum pots.
and the coverage there is really not the best, that is, it is certainly liquid, but it can be even better.
seacat
I made milk buckwheat for the evening, added more milk (compared to morning porridge) and a little water. Nothing stuck to the saucepan anymore. You just need to, probably, choose the proportions of liquid / cereal
SupercoW

strange of course - I just boiled milk in a cartoon. began to pester only after long mockery of the bowl. and before that everything was ok.

I don’t even know what to advise you.

there are bowls for our perfumes in stock. not native, but fit perfectly. information here.

Hello !!! Please help me figure out the Perfezza PR 58 multicooker. Yesterday I got this miracle of technology. I decided to try it right away. I decided to cook pilaf: I fried everything in the "frying" mode, filled up the rice, filled it with water and put it on the "cooking" mode. I waited - probably min. 40 stripes ran around me and the counting numbers did not appear, in general I switched to the "baking" mode - the pilaf turned out. My question is: "I poured water into the bowl and turned on the" cooking "mode, as I ran stripes in a circle and run, there is no time counting". After what time should the numbers appear?
mliza

Hello! Congratulations on your purchase !!! I have the same tsyatska!
The "Cooking" mode works without numbers, but until the water is completely boiled away. So, don't wait for the numbers - they won't appear! Cook like that! )))
