Girls, owners of 58 models. How long does it take for you to boil in the cooking mode? Along the way, this mode was covered ...

Exactly 15 minutes later, it boils in full.
I constantly cook milk porridge on VARKA, and constantly watch and look (I make sure that I don't run through the valve). Exactly 15 minutes later, I open the lid, gurgles to the full and immediately (one might say) goes into slow cooking mode until the very end of cooking.

Oh thank you. So I will still watch my own. It's just that I used to boil faster, well, literally in 5 minutes. But now there is no such thing and I was scared that my pot was covered.

I can already report on the epic with the purchase. In short, I took only 57, since 58 turned out to be faulty. It's good that she went not alone, but with her husband - the seller took the multi to the street, it is not clear how to check them in such conditions. Thank God, my husband had some kind of smart current converter in the car. When the 58th cartoon was turned on, it emitted some strange continuous squeak and on this very converter it began to show network overload. The seller clearly does not understand the technique, it turned out that he did not check it! So such a technique is dumb in another city, you never know what a malfunction, although all the same with packaging.
Now I'm asking for help: give me links to recipes to check of all modes, because the warranty is only one week. I just want to make sure this one is okay. When there are still normal multicooker, the lad promised to call, and then I will immediately unsubscribe and in which case I will try to check.

Congratulations. There is a topic about Perfez and at the very beginning there are well-written instructions and recipes. By the way, my son just takes or asks me for an interesting recipe and cooks it as convenient for him. It does not jam much on recipes. He has a 56 model.

I’m already studying it. Do you need to put pilaf on crispy rice or rice after frying vegetables? I'm confused in such an abundance of rice
elfree
The peculiarity of the multicooker is precisely that one and the same dish can be cooked in different modes. For example, the soup can be cooked on the soup / porridge mode or on the stewing mode. It's just that porridge (without water) is usually cooked in 56 models in the cooking or quick cooking mode, these modes, after the water is evaporated from the porridge, go into the heat preservation mode. The Crispy Rice mode has a fixed operating time and intensive frying of cereals in the last 10-15 minutes. cooking, so perhaps the multicooker will need to be forcibly turned off so that the pilaf does not burn, but if there is enough liquid and there is meat and onions below, then you can trust this mode (not everyone can cook on it right away).
korsar
And I always cook pilaf on "Varka" - it turns out great! And then after "Crispy Rice" then you will torment yourself to wash the saucepan.
wonder
Yesterday I tried the cartoon. Class, how did I live without her? I cooked pilaf: first, I fry meat and vegetables in baking for 30 minutes, and then switched to "crispy" rice for 1 hour. It turned out very tasty, nothing burnt, although the rice is a little soft for my taste. But I flew with the porridge - the porridge was not cooked in the "soup" mode (I don't remember the time, but I put the soup again - it started to burn. Well, okay. Today I want to make yogurt and a casserole.
wonder
And in what mode do you need to boil milk?
Inusya
wonder, I boil all the time for pro-Soup. And so far, there have been no failures. The only thing is that I try not to pour it to the critical level. I pour out a three-liter bottle - no more.
But absolutely all the cereals that I need without residues of liquid - I cook on rice programs. On Supe-you can not guess.
On Crispy Rice I cook all vegetable stews, sauces, and eggplant and squash caviar. I tried all the programs for this, but it didn’t suit me that a lot of juice from vegetables remains, and everything floats straight, especially caviar. And on XP, the excess slurry from vegetables leaves and just browns just right.
wonder

Thank you! now I will also make stews on crispy rice, but the baking tone somehow did not like it, there is really a lot of liquid.
Yes, and more. I made yogurt yesterday. As it is written on the forum, I put milk on preservation of heat, but did not even stand it for 10 minutes, because at first it showed 35 degrees, and after 5 minutes it was already 60 degrees. This is normal? I thought it would be 35 degrees all the time
Inusya
wonder, everything is fine with the stove. The fact is that, unfortunately, there is no such program Yogurt in our oven (as for example in Orion). Sorry.
Therefore, this cannot be done according to the rules. On Heating, more than 35 degrees, somewhere around 60.
If you just add sour milk to curdled milk, then maybe if you don't miss the heating, it will work out. For example, I perfectly make cottage cheese from milk sour in the heat.
And according to the rules for making yogurt with sourdough, it's difficult here. It is important to withstand the temperature regime there: even one or two degrees of difference above 38-40, and all useful flora perishes. You can do it, but it's no use ... Here you have to buy a yoghurt maker, if it is fundamentally important ...
fronya40
Ying, she's not. Look - heat the water in the bowl until
40 g, turn off, jars with milk there. and close. here MV will act as a thermos and everything will work out. as many do who do not have such a function. I did it, great.

I read, read, I just screwed my head all over, and I never found
it's just that all the multi is different, and in the profiles not all of them indicate which
Girls, I am with a question about milk - who, like in 56.57 and 58 (especially interested in 58) - on what porridges does he run away? or none at all, and everything is cooked perfectly? on a postponement (for the morning) does the porridge not run away?
and at 58 yogurt turns out well, or do you have to trick?
thank you in advance!

I have "AURORA", BUT ANALOGUE 58. Porridge does not run away at all on the "Soup" program. The only caveat is if you buy bad milk.

On my "Yogurt" function it overheats a little. If it works well, then you don't need to invent anything extra.

And again I am asking questions. I also bought 58 perfezza yesterday (the lad repaired it). When we talked again, I changed my opinion about the seller, maybe it was the fact that they didn't buy in such a hurry, or maybe that I invited to the office ... But this is not about that.
I put milk on the "stewing" mode for the night at 58, but as a result it didn't work. Plain boiled milk. I put it on 8 o'clock, as well as at 57. Maybe there needs a different regime?

In my 55th on Stew, I also did NOT get baked milk overnight.

The fastest water boils on the Steam program, and the most thermonuclear Frying
Tatalo4ka
Dear girls, at last I got to the KOROCHKA program in my Perfezzka-58, I tried it only once, and could not understand the principle of its work.
I cooked a vegetable stew: I fried the onion-carrot-bell pepper on the FRIED VEGETABLES, added potatoes, zucchini, fried a little more, added tomatoes, spices; vegetables let in a lot of juice. I decided to put KOROCHKA on the program so that the juice would evaporate. The program turned on and for about ten minutes there were no movements at all inside the saucepan, there was not even the slightest boil, although the mass was already warmed up pretty well on the FRYER. I waited a little longer and switched the cartoon to BAKERY, here - everything boiled and gurgled, and after 30 minutes my stew was ready, and the very thing that was needed: neither thick nor liquid, delicious vegetable stew.
Girls, maybe someone has experience in cooking on the KOROCHKA program, share your experience, explain what the principle of this program is?
Studying the information on the site, I realized that according to the KOROCHKA program, many have questions, the principle of its operation and I do not understand: should it boil ?, go to a not very strong boil ??, at the end fry ?? OR IN GENERAL, and her cooking principle is different ???

: should it boil ?, go to a not very strong boil ??, fry at the end ?? OR IN GENERAL, and her cooking principle is different ???
You understand the principle correctly. First it boils, then it boils more intensively and at the end, in 40 minutes, the process of "frying" begins. In different cartoons, this program works with different intensity. Some housewives are very afraid of her, because she burns very much. But this process can be controlled by the usual shutdown of the program ahead of schedule. I will leave links to dishes that I made myself and displayed on the site. Take a lookpork in mustard-sour cream sauce, meatballs with potatoes and mozzarella ,chicken hearts in sour cream sauce, fish with potatoes... This onesquash caviar I cook in this mode with the lid open, but turn it off before the end of the program. Need to try.

help with the slow cooker, otherwise I'll soon go crazy with her !!!! I recently bought myself a PERFETZZA 56 multicooker and wanted to bake vegetables in it. I found a recipe for multicooker, but it says that vegetables should be put in a saucepan but do not pour water. I did so. included how the cooking is supposed to - type of preparation - baking - selection of rice. if you press the enter then there will be no time but it will blink like this. then I pressed settings and set min. time 1.30. passed 20 the timer went off. and the slow cooker is barely warm. help what to do ?? somebody answer.

In the "Cooking" mode, the display will blink, that is, run in a circle. There will be no time. The time will appear 10 minutes before the end of the program. After about 45 minutes. This mode works until the water is completely evaporated. If there is no water or juice from vegetables, then the mode will turn off. You can try running again. In 56 models this number is passed. Girls even bake in this mode.

The main disadvantage of 56 is the absence of the Baking mode. You can, of course, bake in it, but serious dances with tambourines are coming. Take 57 - you can't go wrong. And immediately take care of a stainless steel saucepan for her https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=171457.0

why add. bowls?
The native bowl in Perfezka is rather weak, its non-stick qualities will not last long. Therefore, it is more advisable to buy a spare stainless steel bowl at the same time with the multicooker. It is better to leave the native non-stick for baking, cook everything else in stainless steel. The stainless steel does not have a non-stick coating that loses its properties over time. The properties of stainless steel remain in the bowl almost forever. It is environmentally friendly (unlike Teflon), nothing burns in it (they say), it will not have to be changed in six months or a year. Any non-stick bowl has a very limited lifespan. Stainless steel does not have such a period. If you do not crumple it, banging it accidentally on the floor several times that way, it will practically not be demolished.

GOOD, I actually do not look into the VARKA mode, I do not know how long. but pilaf and just rice are cooked as usual - everything is ready in no more than an hour.
Tatalo4ka, and why cook milk on VARKA? There are many risks! and most importantly it is necessary to control. it is better to cook milk on the soup. definitely won't run away. if required, you can turn it off earlier.
girls, about the guarantee. you spit on her. IMHO !!! the main thing is that the cartoon works right away and that's it. contacting service centers under warranty - it turns out to be more expensive. the experience is already sad.

Thank you!
I had a question about the SHORT. So I can't figure out how quickly the tenn begins to heat up on this program, and what is the intensity and duration of heating (boiling)? The fact that at the end of the cycle there will be the strongest temperature is understandable, but here's the beginning ?? (after what approximately time should the liquid boil ??).

fair? I also got the impression that this regime is slowly diverging at once. when I cooked for the first time, I dropped in every five minutes and was worried.
If you describe my observations, then the SHORT looks like this: the first third of the time - everyone is asleep in the bowl, the second third - something starts with something, the third third of the time - the tin is complete. something like this.

but it is better not to cook pilaf on this program! not for pilaf. crumbly will not work, and even the bottom will have a good crust.
pilaf, as they said before - only in VARKA (if we are talking about the 58th).

above Angela gave a wonderful list of her recipes. she made friends with KOROCHKA.

This one squash caviar I cook in this mode with the lid open, but turn it off before the end of the program. Need to try.

I have it all in bookmarks, but I tried only pork and hearts (my hands don't reach the rest). it turns out very cool. I would even say so - at first everything is stewed in its own juice, and at the end the program is trying hard to remove the liquid. that is, if initially the products used a lot of juice, then the KOROCHKA at the end of it will slightly remove the dish and will not look like juice. if there was not a lot of juice, then KOROCHKA will slightly weld the dish.

I also wanted to pay attention! girls, do not forget that the multicooker is, first of all, VARKA. no need to turn it into a frying pan.
if you still really want to, then fried potatoes will be approximately like in a frying pan, if you cook a small amount - 2-3 potatoes, no more. does it make sense?

For example, a universal one:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=75003.0
Only I don't mix everything together, but half the dough to the bottom, then the apples are rolled in cinnamon and starch, and then the second part of the dough is poured out. Do not open pastries 60 + 15 min. This is my universal recipe - I change the fillings for what I have ...
I do not pour oil, but wipe the walls with a cold piece of butter, and sprinkle with semolina, it immediately sticks to the walls, as I do with any baking.
I transfer it from the pan to the steam insert (I insert the double boiler and turn the pan over), and the pie falls out.
And then finally the field is not plowed:

Take to your ranks! :)
Today they brought me 57 model and she is already working. The first thing I decided to do was rice with vegetables and steamed cauliflower.
She pulled out the cabbage after 30 minutes. It could have been done before.
But on rice here I read that they recommend rice and water 1: 1. Taking into account that I put in a decent amount of vegetables, I decided to add another 1/3 of the measured cup. But when I took out the cauliflower, I found that there was almost no water, the bottom even began to fry, I added another half measuring cup of water.
I'm waiting for the result
Anny
So the rice is amazing!

But there was a question about the preliminary setting ... I decided to cook wheat porridge in the morning. And even apparently did not do that :( because the program did not turn on :( Did everything clearly according to the instructions.
Can you tell me how you did it in stages?

Can you tell me how you did it in stages?
the first question - have you set the time in your multicooker?
if so, here is the algorithm:
The DELAYED START option works according to the principle of the end of cooking AT THE SET TIME, that is, it is enough to specify the time at which you want to end the cooking.

To use a delayed start you need:
1. Select the desired cooking mode.
2. If necessary, change the cooking time using the SELECT HOURS / SELECT MINUTES buttons. As a rule, we leave it unchanged.
3. Press the SETTINGS button. Using the SELECT HOURS / SELECT MINUTES buttons, set the cooking end time.
4. Press the START button.
The display will show the time set for the delayed start and the START button will light up.
Anny

I chose the soup program, then on the left of the lower buttons, you can set it like the end time - I set 8.30 and pressed start. The start button lit up and the display showed the time 8.30. But cooking never started :(
SupercoW
Anny, did you set the time in the multicooker itself?
Anny

cooking time or what?
on the soup program the time was displayed for 1 hour

and set the end time only. Or maybe I installed something wrong ???
SupercoW

I probably picked the wrong word.
CLOCK! I mean the clock, installed on your cartoon? when you turn it off, what is displayed on the display? the current time should be displayed. Is that so?
Anny

Yes, the first thing I did was to set the clock :)
