Meatballs with potatoes and mozzarella (multicooker Aurora)

Ingredients

Minced pork 350 g
Potatoes 700 g
Mozzarella 250 g
Sweet pepper (medium-sized) 3 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 5-6 st. l.
Milk 2.5 tbsp.
Ground paprika 1 tsp
Salt, pepper, bay leaf taste
Boiled rice 3 tbsp. l.
Dill, parsley taste

Cooking method

  • Thinly chop the potatoes and carrots into slices or slices. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the bell pepper coarsely.
  • Pour oil into a saucepan, put onions. Top with potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. Salt, pepper.
  • Add rice, salt, pepper to the minced meat. We form small meatballs and place them on vegetables. On top of the meatballs are pieces of cheese. Fill with milk. Sprinkle with ground paprika on top. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.

I laid out the vegetables not in layers, but in a shuffle. She cut it with a shredder. The plates are very thin. It turned out unexpectedly tasty. The potatoes and meatballs are the most tender.
