Unfortunately, your profile does not show where you are from. But marzipan is easily made at home if you have almonds and a coffee grinder (just take non-fried almonds, otherwise you will be tortured to peel). You need to prime the cupcake under the marzipan, you can also paint marzipan like mastic and it hides all sorts of unaesthetic qualities better than mastic ... but for my taste it is tastier and more harmonious with this cupcake + if you pack it well, it will remain soft and will not stick!
