Two molds in a gas oven, one in an electric oven. On gas for about 3 hours, on the smallest heat, with several baking sheets at the bottom, a silicone mat, and still overcooked in my opinion. And it turned out to be drier - they drank cognac straight. In an electric oven - about 3.5 hours, the stick was all wet. But evenly baked, the cognac did not drink). Wrapped it up. Tomorrow morning I'll see what happened.
