What is my mistake: I transferred it to the dough and, as a result, the dough rose and the edges turned out to be uneven. I tried to cut, but then I decided to leave it as it is. And the principle of laying the dough was slightly different. First, I put the dough without candied fruits on the bottom of the mold, then the main dough. The cupcakes popped out beautifully, soaked them in cognac, wrapped them neatly in parchment and then wrapped them in foil.

This year I made 9 cupcakes from 2 servings. But I divided the fruit filling 1400 g (1 portion) into two portions of dough. For me, 1: 1 is a lot of fruit.
From two kneading doughs, 3080 g +1400 fruit and nuts = 4480g
From this amount, I got:
7 pieces rectangular cupcakes measuring 6X16cm (bottom) 8X18X (top) Height of the dough bookmark 4 cm, ready-made 5 cm.
The dough was laid in 420 g each. In finished form, we got 380 g each
2 pieces diameter 25cmXh4cm. Dough 690g each. In finished form, they turned out to be 630g. Height 5 cm.
The dough rises 1 cm.
The forms are not large, the fruit is less than the norm, so I baked for 2 hours at 1500... No newspapers or rugs.
I baked it open for an hour and a half, and half an hour before the end of baking I covered it with parchment.
It took 200g of brandy to soak all 9 muffins.

There are these words - Lay the bottom and walls with a layer of baking paper so that the edges of the paper rise at least 5 cm above the edges of the form. and these are the ones in post # 18 on the first page - The edges of the paper should protrude at least 5 cm above the side of the form.
