Chocolate cupcake Carrots in the garden

Ingredients

carrot 150 g
eggs 6 pcs
sugar 300 g
vegetable oil 200 ml
flour 360 g
baking powder 2 tsp
cocoa 15 g
lemon zest
vanilla
orange food coloring
green cream optional

Cooking method

  • I thought that the princess would not give up a cute cupcake for her morning tea or coffee. Especially the youngest one is Princess Ariana. Moreover, carrots are useful for children, but not everyone loves them. And we will take it and hide it in a cupcake.
  • So:
  • To begin with, we divide all the ingredients (except for cocoa) into two parts.
  • Chocolate cupcake Carrots in the gardenThree carrots on a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon and add to the carrots
  • Chocolate cupcake Carrots in the gardenBeat eggs with sugar, pour in oil and mix thoroughly.
  • Chocolate cupcake Carrots in the gardenAdd carrots with zest, sifted flour, baking powder and orange dye to the egg mass. From all this, knead the dough of a cheerful orange hue and bake.
  • Chocolate cupcake Carrots in the gardenHere is such an orange cupcake. My top is slightly ripped off, it is he rested on the upper baking sheet.
  • Chocolate cupcake Carrots in the gardenCut the cooled cake into plates and cut out pieces that look like carrots
  • We make chocolate dough from the remaining ingredients.
  • Chocolate cupcake Carrots in the gardenPour some of the dark dough into a mold lined with baking paper. We stick our carrots with their nose down into it. Here I have problems. The carrots did not want to stand on their spouts. ))))) Then I took a skewer and strung plump carrots on it by the wide end and dipped them into the dough. In this case, the edges of the skewer lay on opposite ends of the mold. Our carrot will be large and, as it should be, such a carrot will slightly stick its ass out of the ground)))) Pour out the remaining dough and bake.
  • Cool the finished cake. If we want to squeeze green cream on the carrots like leaves and taste. With such a very budgetary set of ingredients, the output is a delicious, moist and bright muffin.

The dish is designed for

900 gr.

Note

A small historical and political note. Today, the throne of the Netherlands is Willem-Alexander Klaus Georg Ferdinand. He belongs to the Oran dynasty and is the seventh king of the Netherlands from this dynasty (if it is interesting, I will tell you about it in the course of the competition). He and his wife Maxima have three daughters - princesses: The eldest - Katharina-Amalia, someday she will become the Queen of the Netherlands. The middle one is Princess Alexia, was born on June 26, 2005. And the youngest is Princess Ariana, was born on April 10, 2007. In addition, by law, the title of Princess of the Netherlands is held by the sisters of the king, as well as the spouses of the crown princes. This title is lifelong for the Dutch queens after their abdication. Therefore, to the three young princesses we add their grandmother - the former Queen Beatrix, and her three sisters, Margarita, Irene and Christina.
We will have to try hard in the competition to please them all

And Heart and Carrot - a wonderful unusual performance! And I'm sure there will still be a continuation from that booklet

Yeah. I made a very nice soufflé here. But the pictures of the process disappeared. Only the final one remained, and then there were already leftovers. Here I read and think, put it out or later, when I redo it?
