Actually the question is: is it possible not to soak the cupcakes at all, or can there be options for non-alcoholic soaking? I baked 3 cupcakes, soaked 2, and left one for now. Can't imagine how to give alcoholic cupcakes to young children. Or will the alcohol somehow disappear during maturation? Do you give cupcakes like this to kids?
