Egg 4
Sugar 220
Lemon juice and zest 1 lemon
Lemon flavor 0.5 bottle
Vegetable oil 100 g
Ricotta 250 g
Starch 80 gram
Flour 260 scales
Baking powder 16 gram
Powdered sugar For sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar. We add the rest of the ingredients sequentially in the order indicated in the recipe.
  • Any vegetable oil (I have sunflower oil).
  • Ricotta cannot be bought from us, so I replaced it with mascarpone.
  • Grease the form with oil and sprinkle generously with semolina.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • The cupcake grows very quickly, gives characteristic cracks and browns.
  • Check with a splinter, it comes out dry.
  • Take out and leave in the form for 10-15 minutes.
  • Turn gently on a plank and back (bottom) onto a wire rack. Careful, the cake is quite weighty!
  • Very unusual structure, delicate, moistish, slightly sweet
