1010 there is also induction, which is golden.
Oh, yes, they with different prefixes are in front of the numbers

julifera You messed up a little, induction is 1054, tenova 1010

Carolina has 1010 live with induction, Toko all in Korean
And this model costs more than 1054

Questions and answers about cooking in the Cuckoo 1054
Tanyulya
That's right, 1010 is with different letters - induction and ten. I have ten, I'm sooo happy with it. And the gold one with induction and they differ from each other, by the way, the heating element, it seems to me more comfortable. But this is my opinion.
sazalexter
Tanyulya I won't say about convenience. I just know that induction is more efficient, lower power consumption, better heating dynamics. I've been toiling with a shade stove for 17 years, I sleep and see when I buy myself an induction unit
julifera
sazalexter, that niche, figured out

I just wanted exactly 3 important functions in one pressure cooker:
- induction,
- setting the cooking temperature,
- so that the real cooking time coincides with what was set, as in idle 1010.

And then it turned out that in induction 1010 the brain is exactly the same as in ten, that is, without the possibility of choosing the temperature, I think that there is no frying and oven there either, and with an open valve it also does not cook ...

Tanyulya - can you get more details from this place?
Than ten is more convenient?

To be honest, after my gas, when I come to my parents for induction, I have no patience to fry anything there, not just for a long time, but for an awfully long time and also poorly.
I have no idea what state I would be in if they had an old plate with pancakes, this is generally death ...
In the Cuckoo, heat at least concentrates everything inside and does not go outside like on a stove.

sazalexter, what's the matter?

All this is in 1054, except for the real cooking time, with this there are special features

I mean, comparing THESE MODELS.
So of course an induction cooker is better. I only compare dozens.
There is no way to set the temperature at 10. Fries are of course worse than 1054.
In tens, it seems to me that teng wins over induction, precisely because of the impossibility of setting the desired temperature. But I did not use the induction ten, so being an expert in this situation is not entirely clever for me, I just express my observations using different models.

Tell me what dishes can be cooked using the Multipovar program, without pressure? And how this program works, what's the point in it. Thanks for the answers !!!
Aunt Besya
Turning off the pressure in the "Multicooker" program turns the cuckoo into an ordinary multicooker! If you have, for example, Panasonic - this is how it will become.Everything that you cook in Panasonic (or another multicooker) can be cooked here - select the desired temperature and it will turn out to be either cooking or stewing, IMHO
mila 13
wah, read the entire thread Again doubts arose - whether to buy exactly 1054 ... Some girls, I read, a lot does not work ...
Ah, if doubts gnawed, I would weigh 15 kilograms ...
Cook
mila 13, I have never had a similar saucepan. At first I was bad at it too. All sorts of thoughts began to visit .... why did you buy it? The girls helped me on the site. And now I can't imagine life without her.
Tanyulya
mila 13, and what would you like to cook in it? I cook everything, I just can't get a biscuit on the Biscuit mode, and everything else is without problems. I fry pancakes in it and cutlets instead of a frying pan, I also want to weigh a little

A for garlic in all honesty, I would like to cook quick delicious meals, delighting the stomach and nerves of my husband
Tanyulya
sweet, the soups are sooo tasty. Meat, my husband eats and praises, he likes it very much, the side dishes are great, the dairy ones are wonderful, the main thing is to understand the principle. Baking ... casseroles, muffins, girls bake bread .. I think she meets your requirements. And still .. the choice is yours. Good luck.

Mila 13, I also watched who cooks for almost a year. Now there are no problems with this. You will start cooking with already proven recipes, and you will succeed !!! Kukushechka is a super helper in the kitchen !!!

For the first time I used the baking mode, baked a cake (2 eggs, 490g condensed milk, 110g flour, 80g starch, baking powder, orange peel) Turned on the mode Oven for 60 minutes, at the smallest heating level - the cake was baked well (not baked for sure!) - BUT! - highly! badly burnt at the bottom, for some reason, as well as on the sides. What did I do wrong? And in what mode did you have to bake so that the bottom was not baked? (mine generally like not very baked crust)
Tanyulya
quincefrankly, I don’t know why, I always bake on level 1, since I don’t like too much tan. I only have cottage cheese casserole sometimesit turns out so more than necessary blush.
zvezda
I also think that you shouldn't have set level 3 for an hour !!!
Tanyulya
Quote: quince

but why level three, when I put the smallest one! I wrote it right away
and I make casseroles on a Multipovar with a temperature of 90 * and then the crust is not fried at all
I understood what you were doing at level 1, that's why I am perplexed
quince
And yet, girls / ladies, how do you bake in our cuckoo - in which mode and more precisely, please, all its parameters when baking. I wonder how to bake, say, a simple cupcake (or whatever, write what you baked). I don’t understand why my poor little pie was so burnt, but I don’t risk baking anymore ... Oh, and by the way, if I turn on the Toasting mode even for 1 minute for minimal temperature level - frying for borscht starts to burn almost immediately, something is wrong here, or I'm doing something wrong ...

Roasting also has time and levels - depending on what and how long to roast.
If you quickly fry the onions with carrots - you can at 1-2 levels at 110 *.
If the meat is on the bone, then you can give 2-3 ur and 110-120 *
I set the time for 15-20 minutes - and there, in fact, I turn off the cookie.
And at the same time, I periodically stir with a silicone spatula. For frying to the bottom 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil can be poured, or even less.

Baking also - as appropriate. See as an example Tanyulya's baking, all modes and dough recipes.

Good day! I carefully read the forum, which helps me a lot, thank you very much. On Saturday, I became the happy owner of CUCKOO 1054, as a result, for the second day in a row, I study the instructions and the recipe book. And so I wanted to ask, it is not entirely clear to me in what cases the long cooker, pilaf, cupcake and stew modes are used. In the recipes from the book, they are not indicated anywhere, and on the forum most of the recipes use the multi-cook mode. Advise how best to use them, I will be very grateful!
Admin
In this thread, Tanyulya put up the converted recipes in a new way from the instructions for Cook - look - there all the modes are displayed, on which and what you can do.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=78776.0

And according to recipes Tanyuli walk, all modes are given there too
Aunt Besya
bim bom! Congratulations on your purchase !!! Throw away the recipe book right away, it is completely unusable, we have all seen this!
On the "Stew" mode it is very convenient to stew vegetables, I fell in love with making squash caviar on it! I use peppers, zucchini on a dolgarke .. But I don't use the "Pilaf" and "Biscuit" modes. Zvezda like on "Biscuit" she made jam
Today she makes homemade sausage, she will free herself, she will write herself!
Tanyulya
Good morning, BimBom.
On the Multipovar it is most convenient.
I stewed cabbage at Dolgovarka, I liked it.
On Plov, you can cook porridge with meat, meat, On Stew, meat stews, medium-sized meat like goulash, chicken in chunks.
Biscuit-biscuit does not work, but you can stew a chicken and make a fish, but Star I even cooked jam, I know I was satisfied.
Everything needs to be tried and tested. Maybe you will find a convenient and necessary mode just for yourself. Good luck to you.
Natay
Good day. I'm still trying to buy a current (not available yet), but I'm already studying recipes. And the question arose about baking a biscuit. I understand that the diameter of the saucepan at the bottom is 16 cm. It will be some kind of irregular cake. Tell me how you do it?
Natay
Quote: zvezda

I'm afraid to upset you .... but in my opinion there won't be any in Kiev in the near future .... can you try through Russia ???
Bim-bom !!! Congratulations!!!!

And it is possible in more detail where such information comes from?
Tanyulya
Natay, good day. At the moment, this is information from the official representative of Cuckoo. : yes: But maybe something will change tomorrow, let's hope. But so far: pardon: If you have friends in Russia, can it be easier to buy through them? Good luck with your purchase.
Lyi
I ask for help, urgently!
It is necessary to program pilaf for 5.30 am. I dialed 5.30, pressed the timer, received an answer - the dish was programmed.
But I have a strong suspicion that it is programmed for the afternoon, since now the display is 10 hours 30 minutes and the PM icon.
How do you fix all this?
julifera
Quote: Lyi

But the fact is that when I typed 5.30 it was reflected, as required by AM, and then after pressing start (timer) time appears (now) 11.30, but with the PM icon.

Lyi

So everything is correct!
Ready for 5:30 AM!
Cook

Unfortunately, I didn’t cook with delay. AM is before noon.

Thank you my dear!
Now you can go to bed with peace of mind.
I have already programmed Kuku once instead of morning for afternoon. Everything was good for me, and my reserves (overall) allow me to endure a large hunger strike without prejudice to myself.
Now I was scared.
Cook, Excuse for troubling. Everything has already been decided.
Here on the site will never be lost. Everyone comes to the rescue.

But the fact is that when I typed 5.30 it was reflected, as required by AM, and then after pressing start (timer) time appears (now) 11.30, but with the PM icon.
Maybe this is the way it should be, and I am panicking in vain?
But I don't want to leave my beloved son hungry.
Cazalexter, this site doesn't show anything.

The RM badge probably shows that it is evening. And in the morning there will be AM. Can this be?
Lyi
It's good that I woke up at 5 o'clock! My cook didn't even think about cooking, and froze at the time of 11.10 RM.
I had to turn it on without a timer. It's good that I felt like set the time an hour earlier.
Please explain to me what I did wrong and how to work with the timer and not get screwed up.
Tanyulya
1) Check the current time set in Kuku.
If the current time is not correct, then the time you set will be incorrect.
2) Place the food, close the lid and turn the lever to the “Closed” position, the “Closed” indicator light comes on.
If before pressing the “Timer” button, you did not turn the lever on the cover of the device to the “Closed” position, then the “E01” icon will appear on the display and the timer mode will not work.
3) Click on the "Timer" button.
Set the time on the Timer using the "Up", "Down" buttons.
The "Up" button sets the hours, and the "Down" button sets the minutes.
It is important to know that on the timer, the time is displayed only in 12-hour form. Therefore, in order to set the time correctly, you need to pay attention to the display readings - AM and PM.

English time AM and PM.

A.M. - before noon, P.M. - afternoon
AM - night time from 00 to 12 noon
RM - daytime from 12 noon to 00

Example: If you want to set the time to 19 pm, the display should show -7.00 PM.
If you want to set the time to 7 o'clock in the morning, the display should show - 7.00 AM.
4) After you have set the end time for cooking, you must select a cooking program.
This can be done using the "Left", "Right" buttons.
5) If you have selected a program related to automatic programs (Stew, Chicken Broth, Stew, Biscuit, Pilaf, Cook, Steam Cleaning) displayed on a light background, then everything described below in this paragraph should be skipped .. ...
If, however, you have selected a program related to manual programs (Steamer, Multi-cook, Roast, Dolgovarka and Oven) displayed on a dark background, then you must set the temperature and cooking time. First, the time is set using the "Up", "Down" buttons. Then we press the "Input Mode" button and using the "Up", "Down" buttons, set the temperature we need.
6) After selecting the cooking program, press the "Start" button or the "Timer" button.
When you hear the voice message "The dish is programmed", you can safely go and go about your business .... or sleep

Well, something like this, in general, this is information from the instructions on pages 18-19, you just need to try a couple of times and everything will work out. Good luck to you.
Lyi
Tanyulya!I read the instructions many times.
But the fact is that when I typed 5.30 it was reflected, as required AM, and then after pressing start (timer) time appears, but already with the PM icon.
Please try to set the timer on your own. Do you, too, first, when you set the timer, the AM icon appears, and then, when you press Start, the numbers and the PM icon appear?
Maybe something else needs to be done or is it just me?
Lyi
I'm still waiting for an answer.
Didn't anyone use the timer?
Today I need to program the timer again for the morning. But I still can't do anything.
Even surprisingly, there is usually a lot of advice, but now it's dull.
sazalexter
Lyi for example multi-cook - temperature - mode / input - time - timer / reset - start, something like this
here's another https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=89210.0
Tanyulya
Now, I just ran home, and on the weekend I was not at home, now I will press the buttons and write.
Mostly I use the timer at 1010 ....
Tanyulya
Well, in general, everything is just as I wrote in the post above. We select the mode if it is automatic, then the time is there by default, if it is manual, then we set the cooking time ourselves. Most importantly, you must have a precise clock set.
AM is before noon RM is after noon.
It should be at 6 am, that is, we set the timer to 6-00 AM, press START, the cuckoo says that the dish is programmed and that's it

And, as practice has shown, at 5.30 in the morning she does not even think about cooking, but waits for the afternoon.
Please check on your Kukushechkas, when you press Start, you also change to the PM icon, and how, in this case, to ensure that the AM icon remains after Start.

My icon from AM to PM does not change. Everything is fine ... Now I have 10-07 on my watch

Maybe I have an AM badge on my watch, not a PM. Now the multi-cook will work, I'll check. And then I paid all my attention to the installation, but currently I checked only the numbers, not paying attention to the icon with them.
Thank you.

Experienced users, tell me, please, but you can boil eggs in Kuku. I just watched on YouTube how eggs are boiled in the Spanish Robochef CMC-HE-1051F on the Pressure program for 1 min. temperature 110 degrees.
sazalexter
LarisaL Even I don’t understand why cook in a pressure cooker, something that’s already cooked so quickly
LarisaL
I dragged the old gas stove to the tenants to another apartment, but I haven't installed the new one yet, I'm waiting for the kitchen to be made to order.
