What do you need:

1. White rice from 2 to 10 cups.

What to do:
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly, place in a bowl, add vegetable oil. Move the handle of the lid of the pressure cooker to the "Closed" position. We perform this stage with the lid open. Stir the rice periodically. Select the "Roasting" or "Oven" menu, the third temperature level and set the time to 1 minute.
2. At the end of frying, move the handle to the "Open" position, add hot salted water, at the rate of 2 cups of rice - 3 cups of water.
3. Close the lid, move the handle to the “Closed” position, select the “Multipovar” mode, set the time for 3 minutes (based on 2 glasses of cereal), the temperature is 120 degrees.
4. After the pressure cooker enters preheat mode, add green peas, corn, bell pepper, butter and salt to taste.

After cooking the rice, you can also add other vegetables or stews to the pressure cooker.

Close the lid and leave in the "Heating" mode for 5-10 minutes.

What do you need:
1. Buckwheat 2 cups.
2. Butter + vegetable oil 30 g. + 10 ml

What do you need:

What do you need:
1. Beets, medium (50-100 gr.)
2. Carrots, 1 piece (50-70 gr.)
3. Potatoes 2 medium tubers (total weight 150 gr.)
4. Pork 250 gr.

Fry on the "Toasting" or "Oven" mode third level, 1 minute.
3. After the end of the mode, return the broth to the bowl of the pressure cooker, add the potatoes (you can add cabbage, but it turns out to be very soft). We choose "Multipovar" 120 degrees 5 minutes.
4. After the end of the mode, leave it on heating for 25-30 minutes (simulate the effect of the oven), adding finely chopped cabbage, a little sugar and garlic, rubbed with salt. For the greatest color of borscht, it is recommended to boil some of the beets and add them to the borscht.
5. Already add sour cream and chopped herbs to the plates.
Also, to make the borscht brighter and more attractive, you can add beet infusion to it. To do this, cut the beets into slices, pour a glass of hot broth, add a teaspoon of vinegar, put on low heat for 10-15 minutes and bring to a boil. After that, the infusion is filtered and poured into the borscht before serving.

BROCKOLI SOUP WITH TOUNDS.

What do you need:
1. Broccoli cabbage 450-500 g (can be frozen)
2. Cream 200 ml.
3. Condiments: oregano - ½ teaspoon, basil - ½ teaspoon, red pepper and nutmeg - a pinch of each, salt to taste.

What to do:
1. Place the cabbage in the pressure cooker bowl and add water to level 3.
2. In the menu, select the "Multi-cook" mode, temperature 120 degrees, set the cooking time to 10 minutes and press the "start" button.
3. At the end of the cooking process, beat the entire contents in a blender in a puree.
4. Add cream, seasoning and salt.
5. Pour the prepared mixture back into the pressure cooker bowl and press the "Preheat" button for 5-10 minutes.
6. If you add 1 onion, 1 potato and 1 carrot at stage 1, then the taste of this soup will be more attractive, and the soup will be more satisfying.
8. Serve white croutons or croutons to the finished dish (brown the loaf pieces in butter in a frying pan).

9. Cream can be used with any fat content, but the most delicious is cream soup with higher fat content.

4. The soup based on Dor Blue cheese with the addition of walnuts is very tasty.

What do you need:
1. Head, tail, pieces of fish 500-600 g.

1. Cut vegetables into cubes.
