Keto bread made from flax and coconut flour

Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs
flaxseed flour (from light flaxseed) 2 tbsp. l
coconut flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
baking powder 0.5 tsp
sour cream 20% 100 g
glucomannan 0.5 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

Beat eggs well with salt.
Add flour with baking powder and glucomannan, stir.
Add sour cream, stir. The dough will be the consistency of thick sour cream.
Transfer to a prepared dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 for about 50-55 minutes.

Messalina can be done without glucomannan. Everything will work out. I haven't tried it with psillium.
