Girls, I have a question: I'm going to pickle mushrooms (boletus, boletus). And only apple cider vinegar.
Should I go for the usual or will this one go?

"Normal", that is, our "canteen" is a harmful chemical garbage, banned in many countries for use as food. Of course, it is better to take any natural, apple, wine, etc.

Crown, which means there will be apple. Thank you!

Katerina, apple cider vinegar with a lower percentage. This must be taken into account. Recalculate somehow. Apple may not be natural, but only with an inscription, unfortunately. If preserved under the lid, then I would not risk it. If you just have, then look above.

Purchased has a specific taste. How not to spoil the mushrooms.

Tatyana, in terms of? We preserve our whole life with ordinary store-bought vinegar. Or are you talking about apple?

I once substituted apple cider vinegar in one of the local recipes. And it was ffffuuuu ... I don't do that anymore. And I wouldn't risk mushrooms at all.

Ekaterina2, Katerina, but no lemons? But, unfortunately, I won't tell you about the proportions, but my mother switched to lemon in canning. She likes the result better than the vinegar.

I, too, would not risk apple, I agree with the ladies.

Then you can also lemon juice, it is much more acidic than vinegar. I have been using lemon instead of vinegar for a long time, and when mixed with a little balsamic vinegar, it makes an amazing marinade.
It's even interesting how much acid is in pure lemon juice, relative to vinegar.
