Today I bought it on Avito, without instructions, and there’s no point in it if it’s in Japanese.
This is my first bread maker, I chose a simpler one, I would have a similar manual to push myself off and start cooking.
The first white button runs programs in a circle, there are only four of them, in time - 4:10, 4:20, 4:40, 2:10. But there is also, along the way with the programs, the risks are switched above / below the timer numbers, what are they about?
The lower risks are switched with the programs on the rise, heating the shade? The upper risks, three are lit, at the start (batch) the first one starts flashing. But on the short program, the first two risks burn, without the last.
I figured out the delayed start, 13 hours maximum, it is not on the short program.

This is MK Seiko HBS403.
Here is the instruction in Japanese 🔗 (suddenly fuller than paper).
There, you can understand a lot from the pictures.
But this is an old model.
Now this office has the following:

Thank you, my dear man, what I need, now I will translate it with a translator. There was no paper instruction, I found the last three photos from Japanese auctions, by number.

Chuika did not disappoint, even a noble bone can be seen from the box. For quite ridiculous money I bought it and it seems like a new one, well, maybe it was launched once. True, 110 volts, but this is not a problem for me, I’ll think of a thread, even without a transformer, but for now I connected it through the old Soviet latr. Tomorrow I will try the first batch.
Thanks again)

Apparently there you have
1. Button first menu selection:
light bread 4.10, either baked bread, but most likely whole grain, 4.20, French bread 4.40, dough 2.20
2. Button 2 - start the program
3. Red button - start the timer and cancel the program after the end of the mode. Maybe cancel completely at any time (poke it)
The screen at the top shows the current stages of the program: timer, kneading, pre-fermentation between batches, main fermentation, baking.
At the bottom, the type of crust is usually displayed in the stoves: light, medium, dark. But here in the instructions this moment is not clear, it seems like the first button not only selects the type of bread, but you can also select the crust below.
If you want to start a simple program: select the type of bread with the first button and, if possible, the type of crust, start with the second button.
When baked, turn off the program with the red button. Take out the bread. Unplug the stove from the outlet.
If you want with a timer, then select the type of bread with the first button, then press the red one (start the selection of the timer stitch) and then change the time on the screen where the arrows are.
As in all ovens, the screen displays the total time of the entire stitching cycle, including all baked goods. When you finish setting the time, press the second Start button.
Do you want to completely quickly stop the program in the process of execution: I did not quite understand whether to press the start, or red. Poke yourself. The logic is clear.

Recipes for regular bread use 280 g of flour, and for French bread 250 g of flour. Look at the forum for recipes for such an amount of flour, and for moisture, use the kolobok rule.
Or recognize and translate your instruction. You can online. Maybe on the forum, someone from Japanese will translate you, I wrote you general actions, I do not know Japanese.
I would also take recipes from Japanese ovens, such as Panasonic, and even better Hitachchi.
Hitacci is more like your stove.

What an interesting stove. I wish you delicious bread. Japanese stoves are only praised by everyone.

Thank you Tanyusha, if I knew what you would describe in such detail, then I would not translate. Everything is exactly as you wrote it.

The first and second - different crust color, 3 - French bread, 4 - dough.

The third button stops programs and turns off the stove.

The timer is preset by its own arrows and the first risk is added to the upper scale, which, when the program starts with the second button (blue), starts blinking.

Thank you very much for the hint to take recipes from other ovens, I thought so, the main proportion should be observed, and even without frills, ordinary bread made from whole grain flour will be enough for me.

Aval, and I wish you delicious bread. It is an unheard-of luck to grab a real Japanese made for the Japanese market, and even new, judging by the photo.

If possible, post your impressions and results. Very interesting.

Thank you for your wishes)))

There are a lot of good lots on Avito, apparently not everyone has the patience to bake bread, so they sell it. According to my Wishlist, I have a choice between this one, LG-156 (like) and Panasonic-254, but that one was broken, too, like buying a pig in a poke, lucky, not lucky. And after watching the videos, I didn't like Panasonic, as always, marketers hyped up the hype.

I also liked the old Goldstar model. Even some 20 years ago, the technique was not killed, but now, like disposable cups, poyuzat, crumpled, threw out, bought another.

So, the first bread is not even lumpy at all - I myself did not expect such a result. It was baked well, but too soft, in taste and texture it looks more like baking than bread.

What kind of flour I have, I don't know, it's been worth it for a long time, I rarely bake pies for her))
I took 216 grams of white (like whole grain), 54 grams. gray, he ground this himself from wheat, 166 grams of water (I looked at the table of ratios here on the website), 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 0.5 tbsp. l burnt, 1 tbsp. l. oil / fat, 1 tsp Pakmaya.

And instead of salt - masta miso from herbs from central Russia, I think the Japanese stove especially liked it

Bake on the first program, loaf weight - 440 gr.

Pretty girl from the first loaf, as expected. You have a very good Japanese girl.
But all the breads from HP seem to me more delicate than from the oven, but try to play with the consistency, determine your favorite for yourself. If it is drier, it will be a little rougher. And the programs are different ... try it.

Aval, track what time on the timer the last workout and pull out the paddle after it. There will be a neat little bread, almost whole.
If, of course, you want to.
