Ingredients

Eggplant 3 pcs
A tomato 1 PC. - 250 gr.
Turnip onion 1 PC. - 200 gr
Zucchini 1 PC. - 250gr
Rust oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt-pepper (spices) taste
Pink salmon fish 3 pieces 80 g each

Cooking method

We choose eggplants of about the same size (well, so that none of the eaters would be offended)
To try on, we put the eggplants in a dish in which we will bake, and choose the most comfortable position for them, so that they don't roll where they like!
Having determined the comfortable poses, we cut off the top of the "cap" along the entire eggplant 1-1.5 cm high.
Carefully cut out the middle from the eggplants, getting stable deep boats.
The boats are ready, we also prepared the fish in advance (what ... to cut off 3 pieces from the carcass - just seconds!)

We cut the middle and the lids into small cubes - the same with onions and tomatoes, and send everything into a frying pan for stewing (my beloved Kuzina coped with this task), flopping into it rast. butter, salt and pepper the mass, wait for readiness.

Mix the rest of the vegetables with sour cream and put them on top of the boats and around, filling the space of the dish, and put the whole structure in the oven.

I intentionally do not write the time, since everyone has different devices for baking.
I baked in a Panasonic steam at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then lowered the temperature to 150 degrees and left for another 20 minutes.
Well, that's all done!
