Pickled mushrooms Fast

Ingredients:

mushrooms champignons, oyster mushrooms 1 kg
salt 2 tbsp. l. under the knife
sugar 1 h. Lodge.
vinegar 9% 40 g
2 glasses of water about 0.5 l
peppercorns, bay leaf, garlic to taste

Cooking method

  • Wash and cut the mushrooms as you want. Boil water with all ingredients, add mushrooms and boil for 20 minutes. Leave to cool in a saucepan. When cool, arrange in jars and pour the marinade in which they were cooked, and in the refrigerator. I do in the evening, and for lunch or dinner the next day there is a wonderful snack


The total cooking time is approximately

30 minutes.
