Baaal hello! I missed everyone! And the baker too!
The children have already groaned: "Mom, you haven't baked us for a long time ...". We could have put an end here, because it’s true, but, delicately hesitating, continued "... pies with cottage cheese."
So I'm with puff pastries with cottage cheese in samsa!
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
Filling-Form-Bake as described in recipe... And it would be possible not to talk about it at all, if not for one nuance.
Today I did not act in a barbaric way with scraps, but neatly tidied up under a towel.
Then she laid it out, smeared it with sugar water (do not laugh loudly! 1/8 tsp. Sugar + 1.5 tsp. Boiling water), dipped it in sugar and rolled it: large - into triangles like curd cookies, small - rolled into rolls from a wide end to narrow. I smeared the top again with the same water, sprinkled with sugar, pushed it into the baker and baked 10 '(shoved it into a hot appliance):
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
Girls! Suddenly it turned out to be very tasty! Sugar dripped from them, turned into thick syrup (stretched with threads). And when I pulled them out, I turned them in this syrup, and then took them out. We got such tiny little ones, crispy in a caramel-type glaze on the outside, soft on the inside.
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
What can I tell you ... Next time I will make these things entirely from a pound of dough! Only in pizza, it will include more! And as a way to dispose of leftovers / scraps, I definitely recommend it!

This was the main thing. Of the side effects (this is interesting only to lovers of this kind of information) - for the experiment I smeared half of the "pie" in the first tab with vegetable oil, in the second - with sugar syrup (thus, from 1/8 tsp of sugar, for this I prepared it). Because just baking cottage cheese pies is boredom!
Result for those interested:

In both versions, the left side of the "pie" is smeared - it glitters:
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
For the second tab (with syrup), the baking time is slightly shorter, since I put it in a warm appliance (after the first tab, I turned off the appliance, made pies on the lower panel on the table, inserted the panel, turned on the appliance - this is infa for pedants like me)
I did not notice the effect of smearing!

I did not insert a photo after 5 'into the table, because during this time nothing happened at all - the photos are identical (the first is oil, the second is syrup; that with white balance - no idea, I took pictures with the same phone):

Great recipe name!

Presented a surge of outrage when anything but waffles was found in this "sauce of humor".

Sedne, I all look at Liege, but I don't like it when sweet crunches on my teeth, without pearl taste will be lost? What do you think?
Of course it gets lost, the pearl sugar gives the waffles a caramel layer.
Quote: Kubeba1
Yes, beautiful! And do all this all at once, or first put the yeast dough to rise, and then stir in the beaten eggs?
knead immediately, only without pearl sugar. Stir in pearl sugar after 40 min-hour and bake immediately.
eta-007
Marina Voronezh, Marin, where do they give pearl sugar? Need to try!

Kubeba1, Natus, thanks, hmm ....., marjoram. It must be a strange combination ... And kefir, in pea soup - is this from your experiments on humans? For a long time we haven't heard about the professor, how is he there? What have you been eating lately?
Marina Voronezh
Light, we, to my great regret, do not sell pearl sugar. I had to buy brown crystals, I liked the taste of the waffles. In general, there is 569 rubles at OZONE, but the toad strangled me.

Yes, about sugar - it's understandable, I just saw recipes several times where yeast dough is made first, and after raising it, butter or whipped proteins are mixed in (if it's also clear about butter, proteins - I don't know if they add extra pomp here - it's unlikely) ... I will try to find the video, I really liked it for some reason, I wrote out the ingredients, but did not save the link.

eta-007,

why is pea soup with marjoram strange? Very "sausage" spice. No, kefir in pea soup - this is from a book ("A Feast for the Whole World", probably, my experiments began with it. Although the book appeared on the wave of mass culinary literature in the late 80s, everything is serious there - with a list of references, with links). About the professor - on Saturday I brought them a cake, went to the test - and nothing remained of the cake, well, there were people there ... as many as three people, no wonder.

Made according to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=505473.0, there is also a report. We baked for 10 minutes, I don't know if it's a lot or not.

I was puzzled by this. I read that the multi-baker can be opened 180 degrees, for this there is an opening leg on top. The question is how to do this? I don't need to, but I want to understand.
Marina Voronezh
Lena, lift the top cover slightly up by the handle, and then fold it back.

Well, thank you! I wouldn't have thought of it. It worked, but what is it for?

Flax, this is exactly what your boys asked for with honey! I only changed the amount of sugar by 2 tbsp. Spoons and butter changed to 55 ml of vegetable oil. Chilled on the wire rack. Crunchy, huge holes inside. Weakly sweet. In the morning we'll see what happens. It turned out two bookmarks. Don't try to catch up to a square shape. In my opinion, shapeless are more interesting and faster to bake. I put it on a fully heated panel. Baked until the end of the steam. Light, airy slimming (because some holes) "crispy waffle olives"

Svetik, hello! What a recipe Do, pliz, Tyts on Sveta Sedne post with a recipe!
And I had to bake pies with cottage cheese again for an encore today! There is no spirit of adventurism in them! (In children, not in pies!). I again made "glazed" cookies from the scraps. And again, sooo delicious! I kept it a little longer, the sugar began to caramelize. I'm a cookie right on pizza with a spatula mixed with "syrup". We must try this way with the curd dough!

Well this is necessary - they figured out a cake for three, but you, poor girl, didn't even leave a piece for "after the test"!

This is me about this blatant fact, if that:

Details are not needed, probably - the cookies are about the same, only the proportions are slightly different (butter and cottage cheese 180g each plus an egg)
Cookies from Naina Yeltsina (curd) (Shyrshunchik)

Pear slices - inside a flat cake folded in half. Ruddy - because the sugar is caramelized.

As always, morning report: Very tasty. Not damp. Do not soften. I got half a square. The rest were eaten up before my breakfast. True, my boys put them in the toaster. But I tried cold ones. I will definitely bake. Fast and slim.

P.S. I inserted a link to the recipe.

Kubeba1Natusya, I don’t understand, did you dip them in sugar on top? Or just inside? In my nuclear reactor cartoon sugar will turn black and burn in 2 minutes.
Kubeba1

Or just inside?
Only inside, but if the edges of the cookie are weakly pressed, it crawls out and caramelizes. I tried to smear everything that got out on the cookie I was taking out.
eta-007
Kubeba1, Natus, the recipe is cool! I remember that my mummy was like that in childhood. Truth baked in the oven. I'll try on samsa and triangles. More puffs will turn out!

Svetik, thanks for the link!
If you are going to make cottage cheese, roll the circles thinly, no more than 8 cm in diameter (if in samsa oven), and when folding, do not press the halves of the druk to a friend. Then the result will be excellent. Checked by me!

Need to get to the top panel?
Accomplishment
Yes, they need to get to the top in the process. But the main thing is that there will be air between the layers, they will expand there and the sugar will melt here in a layer. The output will look like this:
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
I pressed on the sides for the photo, so that the layers parted and it was clear that this is not a monolith. And the layers are sweet. Delicious!
(Fuuuhhhh! Easily straight! Natasha snatched the wrong sleeve! I still have the right one)
And, my recipe is not the one Natasha brought, but I think the difference is probably a little bit in proportions.
eta-007
Hello everyone! Of course, I'm already tired of you with kefir waffles, but the great researcher of the dough Lenok threw doubt into my head and I want to share with you! And the doubt is this: she claims that the sequence of mixing products affects the result.
So, in this case, I stepped back from the recipe. At Sveta, oil is added last, and I (all out of laziness) first whipped up the liquid products, then mixed the dry ones and poured them into the resulting emulsion. I mixed it with a spoon and poured this dough (with a consistency like on pancakes or thinner pancakes) on a heated panel (1.5 tbsp. Spoons), then it turns out 8 even wafers. As a result, the wafers inside are dry and light-light. Not dampening until morning. Today I baked it again. Now, until the morning, I put them on edge out of sin, so that they would certainly not get damp while lying on a platter. By the way, yesterday I didn't bother like that: they cooled down on the grate and lay the night on a platter!
Accomplishment
Svetik, I didn't understand anything! Did you make the dough today as you did yesterday? Or what?
And not the mixing sequence, but the mixing technology!

Good night everybody!
Last night I had the urge to bake something quickly, while trying out Kurabieshki ...
Since the time was rapidly approaching the night, and there was no recipe in stock, I decided to take it from the book to the Baker ...
Best of all, my 7-year-old son commented on this decision: "Mom, did someone else read this book when it was published?" (they used 1600 grams of butter in the recipe

And then he added: "You, mom, are a very spoiled woman. I'm used to being told in the recipe on the Bread Maker - how much milk, how many eggs, what eggs ..."

In short, I decided to bake their oatmeal. Personally, I liked it, the men refused to eat ... the recipe needs improvement, there, kmk, it would be necessary to add nuts, dried cranberries, etc. ... it will be just like a Muesli bar, although, of course, sugar and butter are too much ... which did not hurt we in the office today to get it all together ...
Kmk, this needs to be done on another panel. Samsa? Large flakes make it difficult to appreciate the beauty of the carved edge ...
They were baked for a long time, about 12-15 minutes, probably. The entire mold must be applied completely, they do not rise.

I think it's real! Only without high expectations. Baking in MP has features, and you can't get around it!
I deliberately roll the dough very thinly, a 500-gram package of puff yeast-free is enough for 2 bookmarks. The filling takes 400-450 g. I would put less in the grill. I mold in a cold panel (more on the example of puff pastries here), it is imperative that a hole for the steam escape and it does not interfere with it, I don’t snap the latch.
I found a photo of a puff pastry with potatoes and meat:
