Hmm, this is my most real analytical comparison based on my own experience of using both panels.
After the appearance samsa I sandwiches I use it exclusively for its intended purpose, that is, for sandwiches. Pies - only in samsa... Because: 1) a lot of eaters - a lot of small pies are better than a few large ones; 2) I like it when there is less dough - more filling.
And what are your preferences - such is the choice. And all this is written in that post.

Pizza. Somehow I did not think to bake pizza in MP, especially since I never thought to bake a bulk one at all, but I had an improvisational-experimental-utilization evening upon my return a couple of days ago.
Dough - bulk yeast from here... 2 servings. The experiment consisted of:
1) no eggs were found in the house - I replaced 2 eggs with 35 g of sunflower oil (you need 70 according to the recipe, I forgot to multiply by 2);
2. I wanted to and finally made the dough a little thinner - 700 g instead of 800 (based on 2 servings).
It was necessary to dispose of 3 broken sausages and a tomato. And here's the result:

Everything turned out to be quite edible, but I will not make the dough so liquid for the MP. It is easier to work with it than with thicker one, but the products are too delicate - in particular, I could not get the pizza out of the baker, it just tried to break, I had to fold it in half. And the dough dripped from the sausages - it was necessary to pour more (I cut the sausages into 4 parts, but it would be better for 3+ thicker dough).
Conclusion: you can bake such lazy sausages in the dough, but take the dough according to the density, as in the original recipe... You can also bake pizza, but you don't need to use bulk dough, you get more pancake with pizza filling. But from the usual, familiar to you pizza - it is quite possible.
Regarding the technology of pizza preparation, I can recommend the following. In a cold or hot MP (I prefer a cold one, since it is easier to mold, but in the case of pizza, you can also hot mold - forming is simple and fast) put the dough (200-250 g), filling (except cheese) and bake about 7-9 minutes (7 - hot, 9 - cold. The exact duration depends on the individual characteristics of the device). Then sprinkle the pizza with cheese, close the device and after 2-4 minutes the pizza is ready (you can simply melt the cheese (2 ') or slightly bake it (4'). I have baked the cheese on the gluing.


Bulk yeast dough - 220 g
Large tomato, thinly sliced ​​- 1 pc.
Semi-smoked sausage cubes - 130 g
Cheese - 100 g

The smell at the first start was unpleasant, min. 2-3, but just not too specific a stench .... Regarding the exchange and return - not in a hurry with this, alas (but, suddenly you are lucky). I quarreled with them when instead of the promised Teflon, they put all the ceramics. My PO, where I took the order, did not accept a return, I had to stomp at another PO and take it there, and then wait for the company's verdict. Look at the types of dough in the first post - there are puff pastries with meat eta-007 there is here and yeast with meat... If you want both pies and sandwiches, and all this in one panel - then, of course, you should take a sandwich. If only pies - then a matter of personal preference in terms of shape / size / amount of filling dough, etc.

The second tab on the pizza panels, without paper, was baked for 8 minutes, then turned off the baker and left it for another 5 minutes, these crunched and tasted more or less like Savoyardi - I specially bought a pack to compare
Next time I will make donuts on panels, it seems to me that they should bake perfectly, and the shape is beautiful, not like my worms, and it will be convenient to put tiramisu in circles in cups, and I will try some on thick waffles.

In donuts, you can make any muffins where the dough rises to the top panel.
For some reason, I actively do not like the shape and smoothness of the resulting products, just brr (maybe sprinkle with powder). Therefore, from my point of view, I would change. I think there are donut fans too
