Tatka1
Radushka! All clear. I went to cut off)))))
Lutik
Tatka1Look at the red mountain ash, chew the leaf, I really like the aftertaste!
Tatka1
Girls, I've read here about a goof. Well, well) It also turns out to be useful. The question is off-topic: it is written in the internet that fruits are added to bread. If someone has a similar experience, write in a personal, pliz. I love experiments with bread)))
Lutik
Tatka1, Tanyusha, don't make it up, it's better to bungle unusual tea, which no one has!
Linadoc
Here's the sequel mix report... I made 3 variants of mixes (maybe it's Village, but I did mixes purposefully).
Option 1. "Raspberry Mix". Composition in parts - Ivan-tea with flowers and boxes 1: raspberry 1: pear 0.3: apple tree 0.3: barberry 0.3. The method is according to Zechariah. Double scrolling, no granules crumble. Fermentation for 1.5-3 hours. Frying all granules, drying at 65 * C. When brewed, the color is saturated with a pink-red tint, in the taste of Vanka and raspberries are in the lead, sweet-honey-fruity taste and aroma and a clear sourness is felt.
Fermented tea made from leaves of garden and wild plants (master class)

Option 2. "Currant mix". Composition in parts - Ivan-tea with flowers and boxes 1: currants 1: goof 0.3. Double scrolling, no granules crumble. Fermentation 6.5-8 hours using the classic method. Frying 2/3 granules, drying at 65 * C. When brewed, the color is rich with a honey tint, the taste is dominated by Vanka and currants, a sweet-currant-fruity taste and aroma with a slight astringency.
Fermented tea made from leaves of garden and wild plants (master class)

Option 3. "Fragrant" ... Ingredients in parts - Ivan-tea with flowers and boxes 1: blackthorn 0.5: pear 0.5: blackberry 0.3: loch 0.3: basil 0.2: mint 0.2. The method is according to Zechariah. Double scrolling, the second scrolling was hard, the granules are very dense, like wax, iron-concrete, remained "worms". Fermentation for 1.5-3 hours. Frying 2/3 granules, drying at 65 * C. When brewed, the color is rich with a touch of mahogany. The taste is fragrant honey-fruity-sweet with a light mint-basil flavor and a little astringency. I immediately liked this tea very much.

All teas were tasted by me without dry fermentation, 3-4 days from production.
Lutik
Linadoc, Cool, and what kind of basil did they take? I have an ordinary one and is already blooming, you just need leaves or can you also flowers?
Podmosvichka
Linadoc, but what does it mean without dry fermentation?
Radushka
Podmosvichka, without the recommended exposure in a sealed package for two months
Tatka1
Linadoc, here is a photo report! Everything would be so! Cool teas!) 👍🏻
Lutik, Ninochka, well, I'm like that, I'm interested in everything)))
Linadoc
Quote: Lutik
What basil did you take?
I have purple, a lot. I took the leaves along with twigs and flowers, the top 10 cm, below - only the leaves.
Quote: Podmoskvichka
dry fermentation
Dry fermentation takes place during the storage of the tea for the next several months and greatly improves the taste of the tea.
Lutik
Linadoc, Thank you! I already have new tea in my head, oh and I'll get it!

Tatka1, Tanyusha tomorrow I will collect zyzyfus, you didn’t want to be the first one, so I will be !!
Tatka1
Lutik, I haven't gotten there yet. He's with a friend, I thought for the weekend to her, and they drove to the sea. So as soon as I get it, I will cut off the whole)))) How is your turn?

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 07:42 PM

So! Ninok! Again, will you do mono and will be offended at it?))))
Lutik
Tatka1You know he's changing! it's good that I didn't throw it away, it's very interesting what it will give out in half a year! I've already invented a new tea! With basil!

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 7:45 pm

Tatka1, No, now only mixes! And the mixes are not ordinary!
Tatka1
Lutik, I will mix everything that I collect, and, of course, now I'm a goof!))
I also have basil, but green.
Lutik
Tatka1, I have already collected an explosive mixture, Zyzyfus, but quite a bit a bitter leaf seemed to me. Marigolds, basil, raspberries, there's more in the freezer. I love strong smells!
Lasto4ka
Girls, do you have raspberries, too, diaphoretic?
Tatka1
Lasto4ka, I don't have it separately, only in mixes. Like nothing special happens to the body. What have you got?

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 09:44 PM

Lutik, don't shove basil everywhere. All the same, such aromas (basil, mint, tea rose) can get bored. Have you ever made a purple basil drink?

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 09:47 PM

Pour boiling water over a couple of twigs. The color will be inky (dark blue). When it cools down a bit, you add lemon (in extreme cases, lemon. Acid) And the color immediately becomes bright pink. Then honey to taste. I love this cold)

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 09:49 PM

Pay attention, Nina, Linadoc put quite a bit and did not reflect on the color. And you, look, with your love for aromas, do not cram a bunch of it!)))

Lutik
Tatka1, No Tanya I will have basil for the first time, and a rose is only in one tea! And we will create amazing tea, I can already see it! and add mint, and cherries of course! During fermentation, strong odors go away - checked! Everything will be great! While all my teas are great, well, I boasted a little! My basil is ordinary green and is already a bit old. Didn't make a drink. share the recipe.

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 9:56 PM

Tatka1And I'll try the drink, buy a purple one and try it!

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 10:00 PM

Tatka1, Wrongly written - when drying, strong odors go away. I want the teas not to be repeated, so as not to get bored1
Tatka1
Lutik, well, that's it!) Van Gogh paints a picture. It's right that you are bragging, you create it yourself, and it's always nice)
So I got a little distracted from the seams, thanks to the report Linadoc) Rest already, hard worker!)
francevna
Linadoc, Lina, such teas are bright, colorful, I don't have such a color .. Yes, I don't have fireweed in my composition.
But I don’t dare to add basil to tea, there is not enough purple, but green is enough.

Thanks: girl_red: Nice, damn it
The first was cherry. Second raspberry. The third is from pear-apple-cherry-strawberry. Ready for tea according to Radushka's recipe: raspberry-pear-goof, and raspberry-apple. But I have everything ahead, I'm only in the acceleration stage ...
Lasto4ka
I would probably also make the basil separately. Like mint. And I would add to the mood ... although you can make one rustic for a try ... persuaded, tomorrow I'll buy it and put it in the freezer, then I'll mix it with something

Added Saturday 30 Jul 2016 11:03 PM

Tatka1, but I have raspberries and mono, and in the mixture it gives a noticeable effect of "sweating". Although now the heat is such that whatever you drink - everything gives such an effect ... and still

ABOUT! Otherwise I already thought that I was winding myself up]
Likar Nadiya
Hello! I'll tell you my story of a tea-making lesson. Being pregnant, like many in the position of girls, I had swelling on my legs. This worried me and I decided to look for some herbal collection that would be safe for me and the child. And I stopped at a decoction / infusion of black currant leaves. I collected the greenery, filled everything with water, I wait. The smell of currants was very strong, I liked it. I really hoped that the taste would also please. But it was not there...There is no taste not only of currants, but even some kind of fishy aftertaste appeared. I had enough for this "treatment" as much as once. I started looking for information, maybe the dried leaves will reveal the aroma more. As soon as not entered in a search engine. And somehow I accidentally came across your article. Until I decided to try, the leaves all fell off, and in the fall and winter there is nothing to try. I waited for the summer and started to work))) I read for a very long time, re-read your article, comments of members of the forum, I was inspired. And so I decided to try to make tea. There is almost everything in the yard - raspberries, cherries, apple trees, black chokeberries, cherries, peaches, dogwoods, mulberries, strawberries (it is true, it is not enough, only this spring was planted, it has not grown yet, but I know where to pick up strawberries), grapes, black and red currants. It was this abundance that inspired me to work. I did everything according to your recipe, step by step. I reread the article several times: before, during and after cooking. In almost a month, it turned out to make tea from cherries, raspberries, sweet cherries, black chokeberry, apple, black currant. While I tried to brew cherry tea, because I made it first. Indeed, the longer it is stored, the better it becomes, dry fermentation does its job (I tried to brew it after a week, the taste is weak, but I was not upset remembering the dry process; after a month everything became much better and brighter). I look forward to trying the creation from the rest of the fruits and berries.
Today I also cut off the peach, put it to dry. And I also remembered that there was a wild pear growing nearby, I think it's worth trying it too. Abricoski also grow not far away, the fruits are eaten, and you can collect the leaves. And tomorrow I'll go for mint, there is a meadow opposite the house, where there is plenty of this greenery))
liliya808
Linadoc, very intrigued by your option 3 Fragrant. Want Want. But there is no Ivanushka, what could replace him in this mix? There is a full yard of garden plants. But I have no experience in mixing, so I try to use your proven recipes.
Lasto4ka
Likar Nadiya, Nadia, hello! Welcome to our seagulls! This is a very infectious and useful business. Moreover, having the same variety of plants as yours, it is simply a sin to buy store tea.
Elena Kadiewa
Likar Nadiya, well, that's how I love such reports, with re-reading of the topic, with tests and results! They didn't write in detail, apparently there weren't many questions, right? Welcome to us, we are very glad! Do, make seagulls - separately all sorts of flavors and mixes, they definitely will not let you down, the aroma is not one, so another plant will give!
And he does not grieve, like some here (I will not poke a finger in Radushka!) That there is no Ivanushka, how much you have, unlike me!
Good day to everyone and new tea!
Linadoc
Quote: liliya808
But there is no Ivanushka with what to replace him
Do it simply without it. You can replace the apple tree and increase the pear to 1 share. I pick apple leaves from three different varieties of apples, they all have different tastes, if done mono. But I cannot choose, so I collect from three at once, although I have 9 apple trees.
Likar Nadiya
Elena, there were questions, but I was looking for answers here, under the article. I reread, remember and understand that something is wrong, I should correct it next time.
Ivan-tea is another story. My husband and I were very interested in it, we could find it and do it)) But while I google, I read the botanical characteristics of fireweed, so as not to pick up weeds)) A relative of Ivan-tea grows around - small-leaved fireweed.
Lutik
Likar Nadiya, Nadia, do not be afraid to experiment, create your own tea, your own recipe! The whole process is how exciting, my husband and I are already involved! all my experiments are successful! It is very difficult to spoil tea! But when you sit down near the boxes with jars and begin to open and smell in turn, you are bursting with pride that you did it yourself !!!

Chaedels! Tell me which leaves of plants are good in combination with chokeberry? Dad promised to pick black chokeberry leaves, but I'm afraid the quantity will be small, he will not understand that half a bag of * T-shirts * is very small. I shared the finished tea with him (he is also a lover of herbs), I hope to come to an agreement on the supply of leaves

The topic was a question about garden tradescantia (I will not stir the topic to copy the question), and what flowers are blue, cornflowers have long faded and I am now picking chicory flowers:

Radushka
Svetlana, well, not clandestinely ... but, I collected 100 g of leaves in a season. And the hope that I will scout more, has not lost yet! And, since I'm only going to add Ivanushka to the mixes, I don't need much of it (YET!)

although appetite comes with eating, they say

Tatka1
Likar Nadiya, Nadia, welcome! Let your creations delight and bring pleasure in tea drinking!)))

OKSANA 34, Oksanochka, I didn’t make black chokeberry, but, as far as I understood, it was very fragrant. You can mix it into any rustic one. Only then don't add the cherry, so as not to interrupt the smell.
And I asked about Tradescantia, experts said that you can use it, which, by the way, I have already done. It seems alive. Very beautiful, by the way, it opens up in the tea!
This is the only flower that I have blue, and that is not enough. So I collect 10-15 buds every day. But it's worth it
Tatka1
Lasto4ka, you or one of the girls wrote that if bright flowers are dried in a dryer at a high temperature, then the color remains, but the aroma goes away. Right? That's what I need. They only have enough beauty, and let the smell from the tea be.
Lasto4ka
Tatka1, Tanya, I dry all the flowers on a high temperature in a dryer. Tradescantia, on a low one, has time to twist into a pipe, but on a high one it keeps. Marigolds retain a light aroma, but not "marigold", and do not smell in tea. Acacia smells nice, but I don't remember how I dried it. But in tea, the aroma is practically not manifested. Tea rose is granular and simply dried, it smells awesome like pink jam! But in tea it appears little, gives a pleasant aftertaste
Radushka
Lasto4ka, Svetlanado you have a lot of roses? Make liquor! YOU ARE WELCOME!
Tatka1
Lasto4ka, OK, thanks. I’ll walk around the neighborhood in the evening, pick something to decorate tea. Of flowers, I have tea rose and cornflowers in my tea, but otherwise all the zest and dried berries are different.
Radushka
Tatka1, Sunflower sushi! Beautiful and retains color, and does not have its own taste
Tatka1
Radushka, this stuff is full, narvu

and I usually make tea rose syrup. small jars to treat all their own)))
Lutik
And I add flowers for taste and not for beauty, I dream of planting a monarda!
Radushka
Lutik, and? What, is it so hard to get it?
liliya808
Linadoc, Thank you
Likar Nadiya
Svetlana, yes, it is really contagious, it is also healthier than ordinary tea
