Ingredients

hot boiled water 400 ml
black tea (packaged) 2 tsp (2 sachets)
Apple 1/4 pcs.
fresh ginger 3 g
condensed milk 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Apple ginger milk teaRinse the apple thoroughly under running water, dry and cut into thin slices. Grind the ginger into a gruel or cut it very thinly, adjust the amount depending on your personal taste, I added less.
  • Apple ginger milk teaPut apple slices and chopped ginger in a small bowl, add two full large teaspoons of condensed milk, mix and refrigerate for 1 hour, but 30 minutes was enough for the apples to absorb the taste of ginger and condensed milk.
  • Apple ginger milk teaAdd a serving of apples with condensed milk to a heated cup.
  • Apple ginger milk teaPour the brewed tea into a cup. Gently stir together the tea and apple-ginger mixture with a teaspoon. Take a bite of the "ginger" apple and take a sip of the tea, a delicious combination of the freshness of an apple, the tang of ginger and the sweetness of condensed milk.
