Sorry cardboard box
Eh ... Today I put my brand new banks in the closet and realized that I needed more !!!
francevna
Radushkawhy mint with chemistry? Written green tea with mint leaves.
Radushka
francevnait's me so bitterunsuccessfully joked. Do you think it was grown without pesticides?
francevna
Radushka, yes then the last rain has passed and everything has begun to disappear, probably what chemistry it brought. If you don't add bad things yourself, it will bring it by the wind and rain.
Radushka
Alla, I'm talking about the tea presented! Although ... now chemistry is everywhere, I guess. You're right
Tatka1
Radushka, help! I know you will tell me))) I thought that I could not take out a photo from the gallery in order to report because I was writing from a tablet. And now I'm trying from a computer and still does not work. What am I doing wrong?

Girls! This is my mix: apple, cherry, raspberry. On dry fermentation for 2 weeks. The smell is wonderful!
Lutik
Tatka1, And if you also conveyed the smell!
Tatka1
Lutik, Ninok, Vinnytsia region not that far! Come and sniff!)

This is my first mixing experience today. Made raspberry + apple tree, raspberry + pear, pear + cherry. I liked the apple tree the most.

Pure crimson did too. very interesting shade. To me, it tastes like natural tea brewed with some kind of dried fruit.
Tatka1
Radushka, love you! : a-kiss: What a wonderful man! Thank you for the thousandth time!))

Not with any, but, namely, with dried raspberries! I love raspberry tea! And my oldest daughter loves raspberries and pears! And the youngest loves the "rustic" mix with cherries and currants! And the husband loves anyoneme
Tatyana (sternly), don't embarrass me!

SOME of their MOJITO provoked me here! I went and found last year's grape, which no one drinks, grapes with cherries and cherries (no one drinks either), added this season's granulated mint, brewed it. How delicious!

I used to add my dried berries to black or green, but now I mixed my mix with dried strawberries, orange peel, rose, cornflower and added a bit of mint granules. Whatever the heat, we always drink tea in the morning. Very tasty!

Hey-hey, I can hear everything! Tomorrow morning, or rather today, I will brew, I will report

Added Thursday, 21 Jul 2016 00:27

While dangling in a pillowcase, and there was no time today, my mouth is full of troubles during the day (and this despite the fact that I'm sitting at home. I swear more than at work!) And we went to visit today. I just came home. So that's all tomorrow this morning girls
I can't wait to try it myself ...

Added Thursday, 21 Jul 2016 00:29

Tatka1, the tea is beautiful! Smart girl! And dried the zest! I also dry all kinds of flowers-petals for beauty, I will add to gift teas
Yanka
Girls, the question is ripe. Who dries different teas how? And then they already shove me with electricity, like, the stove shakes a lot, but electricity is expensive at the dacha ... Well, I myself understand that drying one baking sheet at a time is somehow impractical ... there was a lot of it. But, for example, if you make a little bit of different garden mixes, simultaneously for fermentation, and then simultaneously for drying - will the smells mix and be absorbed, or not? Three baking sheets, 1 - currant + apple tree, 2 - raspberry + pear, 3 - cherry + blackberry, for example, how will it be? Or is it better then "similar" - currant + apple, raspberry + apple, cherry + apple, or three mixes with cherry? I would like to do a little, but do many different things ...
Radushka
Yanka, Tatyana,
Quote: Yanka
the smells will mix and be absorbed, or not?

I think they will be absorbed and mixed. I wouldn't do that. Yes, my oven doesn't allow me to do that either. There the baking sheet is quite small. And in the dryer I DRY, not dry. Although, if dried immediately in a dryer, then just two batches of tea can be dried in one "sitting". But, anyway, I would do the same. After all, the whole point is to preserve and seal a certain bouquet.

it seems so to me

Good morning girls! Here is my mono cherry tea. Granules are small (I like, neat), color is black.
Lutik
Tatka1, And I turned out greenish, let's try faster!
Tatka1
Ninok, I got a green mix (apple-cherry-raspberry), brown-mono apple, and this one is just blackening) In the morning I drank. As a mono cherry is tart for me, but mixed everything with flowers and mint (the one in the picture above) - just right. Flowers do not give much taste, purely for decoration.
By the way, I want to ask: did I have a tea rose after a month of storage changed its color (became in places like a burnt out)?
Lutik
LutikThe tea report is wild cherry and apple tree is wild too! I did it at night and it seems to me overcooked. The granules are strong, dark. The tea is rich dark, the taste of the apple tree is not audible. You can feel the taste of the bark of a tree if you take and chew a piece. Not bad, my husband likes it, so I'm thinking of adding cherry granules, or waiting for dry fermentation? In general, it has the right to life!
Radushka

How mono cherry is tart for me

Handsome came out! Twisted it twice? And my cherry, right, stinks. I only use it as an additive ... ma-a-a-a-a-lazy ...

Nina, Congratulations! "My husband likes it" - it's worth a lot! I would not add the cherry right away. You can put it down and then, just before brewing. I can taste the apple tree with dry fermentation in a jar over time. Do not rush!
Lutik
Tatka1If the smell is excellent, I think everything is fine, or it has burned out a little. Where are you keeping? I'm not really special yet, I think the girls will tell you. When dried, my rose looked like rusty - but the smell is delicious!
Tatka1
Radushka, yes, I twisted it twice: a large grid, then a small one.
Mix of green granules in color came out, I mean.

Lutik, I keep in tea cans, in boxes of feta cheese.

LutikNinochka, I want to remind you that both Luda and the girls wrote: there should not be a special smell before dry fermentation, after a month dry it will change a lot. So wait) Everything will be kind!))
Lutik
Lutik, Indeed, what a hurry! I'll leave it as it is for half a year so that you can decide on the cherry!
Tatka1
Lasto4kawhere are you flying? It's time to drink Mahito and we report to our taste!)))

The rain brought moisture, and the spores of all kinds of fungi awakened. So everything began to hurt

Lasto4ka
Yanka, but it seems to me that the smells will not mix. Indeed, in the oven active heat treatment is in progress, steam from the granules | leaves is pushed out. Plus, they are fried and kind of sealed, keeping their juices inside. So boldly sushi. I think tea is saturated with aromas already during dry fermentation. Then dry granules | leaves suck in everything that surrounds them or has at least a little moisture.
I was so smart ...
Dearie, I don't fly anywhere. Sleep after yesterday. Have patience! Here's what else we need from the Chinese, besides tea, we still need to learn

Tanya, my roses have become reddish. The smell of the most fragrant ones became not very good, but those that smelled weaker began to smell very pleasant.
So, let's experiment

Tatka1, I want black cherry tea! We must collect the leaves! when to do everything?
Tatka1
Lasto4ka,: lol: in vain I ran into Radushka))) I wrote this to you!) There is nothing to lie down, here is a mahito and be treated

Added Thursday, 21 Jul 2016 09:58

Ninochka, I'll tell you this: I made this cherry for the first time and so cool right away: both in appearance and in smell. I collected the same leaves and what do you think: I barely twisted it, they were greasy, a lot of waste turned out and, as a result, they dried up. I threw it out. So every new tea is like the first one, you don't know what to expect. Well, in any case, I have))))

smells will mix
I dry in a dryer, both mono and different, nothing has ever been mixed and absorbed. Each tea smells like its own smell and smells like sweat. I think it will be the same in the oven! Therefore, I am for saving electricity!
Tatka1
Irish, and you just dry everything in the dryer? Never done it in the oven?
filirina
Nope, we don't drink black tea. Therefore, I do not see the point in frying. And I don't like any extra hemorrhoids. I need fast, trouble-free, tasty

Lasto4ka, well, nichos!) View-gorgeous!
Lasto4ka
For the purity of the experiment, I brewed separately fried, not fried, and then mixed the granules and brewed blended. Where I will not say which, because I did not notice much difference. Roasted had a more pronounced tea aroma and less acidity. So just get in the way.
I'm not sure if this is the same mojito, but yes, girls! The tea has a pronounced sourness, the aroma is subtle, but quite expressive: mint and grapes. The cherry got lost, but I purposely threw it quite a bit. I think she will still show herself. I smell like lemon tea
I drink teas without sugar, so maybe sweet it will show itself a little differently.
The aftertaste is a little strange, as if slightly tingling the root of the tongue ...let's see how it shows itself after standing. But for myself, I have already made a conclusion: yes, MOHITO to be!

Added Thursday, 21 Jul 2016 10:47 am

: girl-q: And now, along the way: I mixed the leaves, without weighing them, stuck them in. But the proportion is something like this: 70% grapes, 20% mint and 10% cherries. The granules were not strong, so I twisted it for the second time. It helped.

Lutik
Q: girl-th: we have a large foreign garden, but it is all processed with chemistry, I won't be able to mojito! Have to search!
