Catrin, probably, my raspberries were not so dry. Not only I get granules. Yes, not strong, but it turns out! But, this should not affect the quality of tea!

natushka, Natalia, and I myself sharpen and grind the mesh. I watched a video on YouTube, at work I took a grinding wheel and happiness to me I even wiped the toothed wheel a little.

But I haven't made an apple tree yet, and there is nothing to say
But today in the market I bought all the lemon balm and mint from the grannies, I'll try to ferment.

Before that, I dried it after a meat grinder. I didn't brew Mono, I threw it into teas, my elder respects very much Well, mint is like mint ...

Girls, don't you know - are New Zealand delphiniums poisonous or not? We have such a gorgeous rain broke today, and I thought of drying the petals, adding them to tea, they are so blue-violet, it would be beautiful.
Linadoc
Yanka, delphinium is not allowed. Washed off and let it float. Girls, don't drag everything into tea! Are you not satisfied with the plants listed at the top of each page?

When I twist, I think it's with bacon! True! The oily mass is so tight. Well, the first time is still twisted, and the second ... I can't twist the mono-cherry twice. Now, when with raspberries, then yes.
Yanka
Linadoc, yes, I just found that it is still poisonous ... It's a pity, the inflorescences are not one meter high, the flowers are half a palm.

Yanka, as I understand you, she herself is not indifferent to blue, it is rare, and in tea it looks very beautiful

Radushka, I also noticed that the cherry is very sticky. Apparently, therefore, the granules are very dense, if it is in the composition. I even noticed that the infusion with cherries, as it stands, is gelatinous. Maybe there are pectins? How in currants?

Added Saturday 16 Jul 2016 04:44 PM

By the way, the delphinium is also called the larkspur. And pickaxes, meadow flowers, which I also looked at, turn out to be also a kind of larkspur. So you need to be careful with beauty, girls. We study, we read
Unfamiliar kaku it is better not to touch the stretching!

I also dried lilac and acacia flowers. For beauty, I will throw. The lilacs burned out, however, a little, but there are interesting flowers цвет. I remember we ate it in childhood and made a wish if we found a three-petal or five-petal one.
As a couple, I write, write ... All on blanks? And we have incredible heat, I'm sitting in the house. Siesta at me

Girls! I avoided all garden scent teas - I didn't like them, except for raspberries. And then a few leaves fell: raspberries, strawberries, cherries, black currants. I decided to make a mix tea, otherwise it's not interesting to dry it just like that.
I took a handful of cherries and currants, raspberries and strawberries - all that were.
Raspberries - 40%, strawberries - 40%, cherries - 10%, currants - 10%.
Withered, and using the method of Zacharias froze-thawed three times. I wanted to wrinkle it with my hands like an ivanchu - figurines, dense, leathery, and even the strawberries began to dry before the rest of the leaves ...
I sprinkled everything with water from a spray bottle, rolled up rolls, cut into pieces. I thoroughly crushed this mass with my hands, sent it to fermentation for 10 hours, then dried it with frying at 150 g, and air-dried it.
Today I open the jar, where I loaded everything - it smells of raspberry-strawberry caramel !!! Smell sooo delicious! And cherry gives a kind of biscuit flavor. I myself do not drink such tea yet, but you can make gifts for gifts - it turned out very well!
Although the strawberries dried up and there was not enough juice for fermentation and I had to sprinkle the raw materials with water, the result was pleasing!

Rustic, sizable? Wonderful tea! I love it myself

Radushka
Anastasia, Hurrah!!! It's good that you succeeded in teawanted to make from such delicious leaves! Now you still have to start drinking it yourself and that's it!
Yes, strawberries look a little dry. And it dries up very quickly when it is dried. But, the granules are excellent! Such a composition, which you indicated, would be quite suitable for a meat grinder! Well, and to ferment for 12 hours, I just tried my favorite raspberry at first. But, it does not change from the time of fermentation. And 6 hours, and 8, and 12 did. Equally tasty!

Lena, the relatives just took the time to collect the leaves and bring them in their normal form. So I would have tried before.

Radushka, I sipped a little from my husband's cup - a simpler aroma, but mixed with ivancha - simple charm!
I would have my own dacha, but a car - I would uuuh, wind it up! But while in the plans, dreams. We will give birth to our first dream, we will feed it, and there we will take up others.
If the relatives still bring the leaves, I will. The husband tried to persuade them to bring another package of apple leaves, he reminded me 5 times, but it seems that it does not fit in the brain that something can be done from this, so without an apple tree ...
I also like granular more - for saturation and color. But now it's hard to twist, so I'm sitting there, shredding the leaves with a board and a knife, then kneading (I adapt to the circumstances) - it turned out great too!

I saw it in the store, in bags with something. But I'm afraid to buy, all of a sudden it's not that ... The girls at the very beginning of Temka spoke badly about the purchased items, they said it was not at all that. So I lick my lips like a fox on a grape, reading your comments

I am from Ukraine, Kirovograd
I’ll get together one of these days for an apple pile. I'll try Mono. And closer to autumn, when I am allowed to visit my friends on the currant "plantation", I will try the apple-currant. Well, mono, of course.
I'm only afraid the apple tree will be rather weak for me. My strawberries are weak in aroma, although I have not matured at all, for a couple of weeks in total. It can still be infused. In any case, I'll mix it later. I already like to add grapes and teas, if "with a lemon" hunting

Girls, yesterday she said that she bought mint from grannies. So I took 4 bunches of some kind of menthol from one, or something. I mixed everything, fermented, dry - the smell is FUNNY! already comes into the eyes! My child said yesterday that it smells like mint sweets!
And I'm also trying to make carrot tops. True, the reviews about it are contradictory, and I really did not understand whether to ferment it or not ... But I like the smell of tops, and how useful it is! Today I just twisted and dried. It looks not very good, does not hold granules. Dries up - I will try
If anything - add mint!

Svetochka, and I divide the carrot tops into leaves and stalks. I just cut the leaves, and scroll the stems and dry them all separately in the dryer. Then I chop the twisted stems and put them in different containers (leaves and ground stems). And then add to soups. Tasty. My little granddaughter loves this soup very much

The raspberries are drying, the smell ..... Thank you for the recipes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have already made cherries and black mountain ash, this is some kind of holiday! The girls today twisted raspberries into rolls, dries on the fly, the rolls crumble, so I came up with it (maybe here where it was already, I didn't read everything, took off, collect, dry, dry, while it rains) I wrap several leaves in one large one, the leaves are inside out , where it is fluffy, I roll the roll so that the front of the sheet is on top, it holds so well, the roll does not crumble, even when you cut it.

simpler aroma ,.

Perhaps simpler ... [/ quote]
Radushka! Here I meant that while the aroma in the can of the non-fermented Caramel tea is simpler when brewing than in the can. And as a month or two is fermented, it will become more aromatic in the cup.
Ivancha, which my husband and I are drinking now, is granular and very successful: it smells of honey and dried fruit. So the raspberry-strawberry came well to this aroma.

About the apple tree: I wanted to add it as a fastening element that gives a dark color. For some reason, last year's strawberries weren't much granulated with raspberries, so there were plans to add apple trees for granules. But it didn’t work out and it worked out what it did. Maybe I will continue to do so - to consolidate the success of "Caramel".

Alla, what are you, I don’t even dare to say that ... These are my husband’s relatives, they simply don’t understand why it’s at the wrong time to cut trees, and who will do this ... my hope is in my mother-in-law, that among cooking, washing, cleaning the whole crowd will find a minute to pick at least some leaves! And for this little I am already grateful, so we are waiting for what will be brought, and according to the result we will already think about which tea to wind.
francevna
Nastya, so I suggest not cutting the branches, but shortening the young shoots. We have shoots that we did not manage to cut now from one and a half meters. It is recommended to prune 2-3 times in June, early July. This is how I procure it now.

Tricia, Nastenka, Allochka means that by chance, over tea, she hinted that the infa was useful on a very smart site, they say the young branches need to be cut now so that the flower buds are laid, but the branches are just for you

Lasto4ka, Svetlana
My neighbor here, in the fall, then in the spring, pruned pears and apple trees like that; that they almost died. And there are almost no flower buds and the harvest too. This is how his acquaintance taught him. My husband also almost followed this example, but I did not allow. Last year, three times over the summer, the branches of the pear were shortened, so it is strewn this year, although rain and hail knocked them down a lot.

Why wait really! But somehow they don't spoil the cherry, but I'll probably try it!

Girls reporting on carrots
Made without fermentation, with frying and dried in a dryer at 60 °.
What can I say ... the specific smell and taste smells like a baked carrot. My husband said "fairy", my daughter didn't like it either, but somehow I liked it. It is difficult to call it fragrant herbal tea, it looks more like a decoction. But yes, I have a place for him. Considering how much use it is. I will do more! And next time I'll try to brew it with mint.
Lutik
Yes, mint can ennoble everything! You and I of Light are not like everyone else! Something is pulling us in the wrong direction. I made melissa with marigolds, and you generally made carrots. Can open a new heading-tea of their vegetables!
