Why didn't you fit the electric dryer recipes section? It's just that many people dry tea naturally or with the help of an oven, in the tea club there are already recipes for drying Ivan-tea. For those who have a dryer, this process is slightly different.

I will delete the question later

Liza, I think, the administrator, having transferred your recipe, was guided by the fact that the tea recipe is in the "Tea Club".
Can I ask you too? Why didn't the Tea Club suit you?
Allow me as a moderator and a person who has been engaged in tea for several years to ask you questions.
1. I am very interested in who inspired you to create this recipe? Is this how tea is prepared in your area? How did you come up with this recipe? I'd love to know.
2. Why did you call this tea dried? It is clear that you dried it, but after all You have applied fermentation, which means that it can no longer be called dried. It will be already fermented tea. Dried is a product that has been dried without changing its characteristics prior to drying. Let me give you an example not related to tea. For example, there can be dried plums, and there can be sun-dried. And everyone knows that dried plums, before drying, were simply pitted and sent for drying, although it is possible with seeds. And dried plums were boiled in sugar syrup before drying, and then sent for drying.
So it is with tea ... Dried can be called tea that has not gone through any process before drying. That is, they simply took the raw material and dried it in a dryer or in another way.
2. Why did you name your tea Ivan-tea? Ivan tea historically called a drink prepared from leaves... If you named your tea Ivan-tea, then you could add what it is made of in the name. And the plant from which Ivan tea is made is called narrow-leaved fireweed.

in the tea club there are already recipes for drying Ivan-tea.
Have you looked at these recipes? We do not have recipes for drying Ivan-tea in the "Tea Club"... We have there are recipes for fermentation of Ivan-tea... And this is a significant difference that affects the taste, color and aroma of the drink. Dried fireweed, when brewed, looks more like a medicine than a tea. Nobody argues that dried fireweed does not exist. But it is harvested according to all the rules for harvesting dried herbs. But in this case, it is not fermented.

Agree. And drying of the fermented tops of Ivan tea in the dryer on our website is described in the recipe
Granulated tea from fireweed flower brushesIvan-tea "White-pink" (from the tops)
(lappl1)

This recipe gives 3 options for making tea from the tops - in the dryer, in the oven + from the tops with leaves in the oven.
Lisa, in no case do I want to subject your recipe to any criticism. On the contrary, I am always glad when our tea-makers write new recipes. Moreover, I myself ask them to upload recipes. I am glad for your recipe too. But in asking questions, I wanted to clarify very significant points that can confuse some tea-makers, especially new ones. To be honest, they didn’t confuse me, but surprised me ... And it would be strange if I didn’t react to your recipe. That is why I wanted to clarify the points to which I drew your attention. I would be very grateful if you answer.
And, of course, thank you very much for uploading the recipe.

Ndaaaa ...
and not tea, and not medicine ...
newbies will do it, and then questions will go ...

Lena, and what’s not tea? Very much tea! I do almost the same flower ..., only I do not force the petals with a meat grinder, I slightly wither, I gently wrinkle the handles

Ludmila, I am not an expert in tea preparations, the idea of drying was thrown up by a friend, I finished it for myself, the tea turned out to be delicious. I called Ivan-tea fireweed because in our area in ordinary speech it is simply called that
Excuse me for causing such confusion with my recipe. I have not yet managed to get to the tea club, mainly while the dryer, sausages and bakery. I looked for the recipe in the forum for electric dryers, but did not find it. Your recipe has put everything on the shelves in my head, thanks, very interesting and next time I will take into account my mistakes: rose:
This was the reason for my question about the transfer of the recipe - if there was a link to your recipe for making tea in an electric dryer, it would be easier to find it for those who are not yet in the tea club.

Then delete the topic, please.

Ol, you're fading! even autumnal, dryish, that is, you do it mainly according to the recipe, but here ...
Liza, you will excuse us, I'm just a tea maniac, so I immediately saw no connections. And try to wither the raw materials, then the meat grinder-fermentation-drying, then you will get yummy ...

Ovelini, Liza, Yes you? What confusion? It's just that, as Lena said, we are such tea maniacs that we root for everything connected with tea. And so we also bake bread, and make sausages, and dry everything we can in the dryer.
And come to tea topics - we will be glad. You will learn a lot of interesting things. Maybe you will also get carried away with tea the way we do ...

Liza, so the fact of the matter is that we not only dry tea in the dryer. And in the oven too. And in the airfryer. And in a frying pan. Therefore, we do not designate this detail and post all the recipes for teas in the "Tea Club".

Liza, what are you? I will not delete anything. Because every recipe has the right to be published. So everything is OK. Only I suggest that you slightly change the name so that it more fully reflects the essence of the recipe. Do not mind? Think for yourself, and if you don’t come up with anything, we will help.
Ovelini
Elena, yes, I have now read your branch, tomorrow we will go again to the Ivan-tea fields, I will try to wilted fireweed first

LudmilaThank you for the invitation, I will definitely join you, you need to understand this topic, I suspect now that the leaves of currants and strawberries, which I previously simply dried, can play in a different way in tea, that there are still some secrets. It's nice that there are such enthusiastic tea-maniacs (in a good way) from whom you can gain experience in this not an easy matter, thank you.
