shuska, thanks, very interesting observations.
As for uniformity: everything is fried very evenly for me, I laid out the photos above, but I have the 26th, where the heating element under the plate is located very rationally.
Although, I saw products baked on similar sandwich makers from other companies, uneven frying is often visible there.
Sone4ka
I have 36th and unevenness is present exactly as described shuska... On the previous page there is a photo of a toast and a honey "gingerbread" that I cooked on a waffle plate - they clearly show that the heat in the diagonal corners is radically different - one corner is pale, and the opposite one is almost burnt. It's the same story with toast
shuska
From, to .. angry! Oh, sorry ... bad guys ... No, to place the heating element in the middle of the waffle sandwich. Then they would cook more evenly. Well, what to do, you have to put up with the uneven "tan" of our sweets

Girls, thank you I realized that this is not a defect in my sandwich maker, but a "defect in design thought"
Sone4ka
another small minus is the absence of a switch / switch on the sandwich maker itself or on the cord. It is not very convenient to unplug it every time, especially between bookmarks.
shuska
Yes it would be nice. Although in Phillips (I think other manufacturers also do not have such a switch)
Mona1
And I have such a surge protector. Each outlet has its own button. So I have all the equipment connected, I just click the right button. Only all the equipment at once cannot be turned on, a maximum of 2200 W in total, otherwise it will burn out.
🔗
These are the ones in Ukraine, and in Russia there are similar SVEN
I took the first link that came across, you can find it cheaper with a different cord length - 1.8 m and 5 m like.

Yes, it's a handy thing.
I exhibited picture in kitchen details.
Mona1
Well, mine is simpler. Yours there seems to be showing the voltage in the network, right?
Olga VB

Yours there seems to be showing the voltage in the network, right?
Yeah, but I didn't really need it.
It was convenient for me that in 2 rows, the number of sockets is suitable, and voltmeters-ammeters are convenient for those whose network is unstable.
And I have it connected through a protective relay.

HURRAH!!! My long-awaited assistant Sandwich Maker 6 in 1 DEX DSM 36 came to me. : yahoo: The first impression is very positive. She herself is so white, neat and suitable size. (y) Replaceable panels, all intact and intact without scratches or flaws. I did not hear plastic or some other odors, only when I first turned it on there was a little smell of burning. But this is understandable. : oops: Made one sandwich to try. Heated up in about 2-3 minutes. and fried me a sandwich for the same amount. It turned out very tasty. : yes: This morning I already made 2 boaters and again everything is fine, though I heard some crackling, BUT having read about it earlier, I did not worry.
I will continue to test and share my impressions. : girl_cleanglasses: Well, for now I am very happy with this device.
Olga VB
Why are you all bursting there?
Nothing is bursting with me ...
But since many, it’s probably within the normal range, eh?
shuska
Ol, so you have the 26th, not the 36th. Maybe that's why? I wrote that these two models are very different from each other structurally
Olga VB
Aaaaa ... Semyon Semyonitch!
Sone4ka
I'm 36
also pops up periodically
not often, but loud enough
shuska
Yeah, I also get loud clicks from time to time. I thought that this might happen when some relay turns on and off.

hi! girls tell me please, maybe someone knows, meat sticks very strongly to the grill shape, sometimes you open it, and the meat is so stuck to the upper grill that you can't tear it off)) this does not affect the taste, but still annoying, maybe you can do something with forms, so that it does not stick, I grease the mold itself and the meat a little with oil when I add a little oil to the marinade.

Greetings to everyone in the subject!
I'll join next week! Yesterday I ordered DEX - 36, I'm looking forward to it. Straight to me like without her and nothing to cook in
Mona1
kloki, I made a chicken fillet, it didn't stick to me, but it was pickled for a day (everything didn't fit into the ham maker). Didn't make meat.
Mona1
Prus - 2, Lyubasha, my light! At last. Well, we are waiting with you.
valuhka
Prus - 2, we wait, we wait, otherwise they cook everything with us, but few people unsubscribe. It is called who would say - even the day before yesterday I made puffs with cabbage, specially poured on the phone in the process (to see if it is evenly fried) and of course the result. Remained a trifle - throw the photo on the computer and put it on display. I even felt ashamed myself somehow. But I’ll fix it all the same (if only I could have time before Lyubasha, otherwise she’s getting masterpieces faster than I’ll post pictures

Good day! girls, I read about deh, I want him more and more, well, is there really no way to deliver him to Russia? can someone have information?
L
maybe an intermediary, that is, according to dehsu, who could redeem and send by mail? I want to buy it for so long, but there is no one in Ukraine. we don't have at all
Prus - 2
Valya, I'll get it for now ... Already on Tuesday, sort of. I want to take her on vacation with me. We are going to go by car, so I'll take the cartoon Deksik, and the harvester, and the tenderer, and here's the entu sandwich maker. And what, it will be convenient - butters, meat, waffles made - let's go for a walk - to the beach, to the mountains - take with us. And during this time the cartoon will do something for us to return. Well, the harvester is sacred - knead the dough, and the meat grinder, and rub, cut, and beat the cream. All the same, we go with the whole family to Europe, and there relatives, friends of the children - to treat everyone.
Without technique, hands will fall off.

It only comes to mind to look, suddenly someone will go from Ukraine to Russia and agree to bring it. Or here's another option came up: in Ukraine, someone will buy, send it to Crimea (while it seems like New Mail goes there), and then agree with someone from the Crimean people to send it to you by Russian mail. Or maybe you can buy Dex right in the Crimea? Ask the Crimeans.
L
thanks for the idea, I'll try with Crimea, although there is no one there either, but it sounds like something more real, it really hurts Deh, she has already studied the recipes, but there is nothing to cook on))))))
Mona1
Maybe one of your friends or you yourself will go there to rest, you can bring it that way.

Hello! I just registered because I bought dex 36 today, I immediately tried to bake donuts according to Sone4ki's recipe, but they turned out to be oak. like gingerbread, maybe I overexposed them, n very dry, please tell me someone ...

I made cottage cheese donuts and "gingerbread" on honey in the form for donations. If you baked those on honey, then they are) dense dryish biscuits - nondopryaniki))
but my cottage cheese turned out to be very airy

Lauretta
The fact of the matter is that cottage cheese, tell me, should they be pale? I tried to bring them to brown, probably overexposed ...
Olga VB
Lauretta, welcome to the forum.
Try to get started using those recipes that you know well, which you used, for example, for the oven.
Compare the results to understand, feel the new technique.
And then everything will go, go.
Lauretta
Thank you !, I will try. I think, of course, practice is needed, as in everything ...
Lauretta
Sone4ka !, and please tell me for donuts you measure 25 grams of dough with a spoon, is it a tablespoon? And do you first grease the mold with oil?

Sone4ka !, and please tell me for donuts you measure 25 grams of dough with a spoon, is it a tablespoon? And do you first grease the mold with oil?

yes, it's about a heaped tablespoon, but three-quarters full (don't know how best to explain)
a full spoon is just over 30 grams. for me with such a portion, for some reason, they climb into all the cracks
a kitchen scale and a couple of tablespoons help me)

and further. the bottom in my donuts is almost always darker than the top, because it is in contact with the plate a little longer. They do not immediately grow up, therefore I am guided by the fried bottom, prying the donut with a toothpick.
before the first laying of the plate, out of habit, I grease it with a brush, although this is not necessary. The daughter does not lubricate and nothing sticks.
Lauretta
Thank you very much, I will try again, I hoped that it would turn reddish, so I probably overdried it ...
Prus - 2
I haven't gotten to donuts yet, but everything else is just super! Already made waffles (4 times!), Pies from my dough https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=382813.0 with meat, with mushrooms. Sandwiches are sacred! Sedvichi with smoked ham and Royal cheese in milk buns (the daughter brought all this stuff from Warsaw) - on grill plates. Nuts are definitely the taste of the USSR! Now I have marinated the pork balyk steaks - in an hour we will fry.
But what I want to say - I was in a hurry this morning - I didn't grease the wafer plates - and they stuck! Be sure to lightly smear!
Olga VB
Lyuban, and photos?
or at least a reference, if you exhibit somewhere in other topics, please!
Prus - 2
Ol , there is only 1 photo - honestly, I was not going to upload anything - everything turns out like everyone else! And this daughter did it by accident - she sent it to a friend:

The taste of my donuts turned out to be even very tasty, but outwardly they still walked around, I just can't exactly weigh 25 grams, then 27, then 29. In general, we climbed out of the coast, I had to cut it, in general there is something else to strive for ...

Olga VB
Lauretta, look very cute!
And by the amount of dough, still adapt.
Then some measure would fit like a measuring spoon.
Try to weigh how much is included in measured a tablespoon. It seems to me that just 2 spoons will be 25 grams.
At least this amount of test seems quite appropriate.
Lauretta
Yes !, a very exciting activity, a good typewriter, I will fill my hand ...
Lauretta
Olga VB, Hello! I was very interested in your pies with feta cheese and Adegean cheese, just a little did not understand how it rolled out an elongated rectangle into 1.5 sheets according to the size of a sandwich maker, i.e. 1 double layer + 1 single layer. Please, if it is not difficult for you to describe in more detail.
Olga VB
Lauretta, this is the first time I did this.
And then, when I used the purchased "star" yeast-free dough, I rolled out each piece so that 2 loads were obtained from it.
that is, I take as a measure some kind of free panel, not sandwich, and rolled out the dough so that it turns out to be as wide as the length of 1 panel, and as long as the width of 4 panels.
Then I cut it in half in the middle, and put one of these parts in half on a sandwich panel, on top of the filling in cells, on top I close it with the second half of this part of the dough.
And the second half of the sheet goes the same way for the second load.
-------------!-------------
! ! ! ! !
! ! ! ! !
! ! ! ! !
! ! ! ! !
-------------!-------------
Here, each of the rectangles is clearly in the size of the plate, but we cut it not into 4 parts, but only in half, and we simply bend every second part upward after placing the filling.
Thus, from one package of dough, 2 + 2 = 4 full loads are obtained.
And the first time I rolled each sheet not into 4 sizes, but only 3, and it turned out 1.5 + 1.5 = 3 full loads.
I hope I haven't explained it too much.
Lauretta
Thank you very much for the detailed answer.

Hey everyone! today I made meat things on waffle molds, we call them tsybulanyki: chicken fillet of 400 grams was somewhere, three small onions were ground in a combine (in the original, onion and fillet are finely crumbled with a knife), but I didn't want to bother and I wanted to test the knives in a new one toy Bosch cube)), poured it into a bowl, added 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. spoons of cards. starch, ground a bit of pepper, salted and a spoon and a half sour cream and a full tablespoon per mold. They turned out very cool both in appearance and in taste. : girl-yes: There is also a photo, but once I tried to expose it, it turned out to be huge, now I will not risk it))
Olga VB
So what, that is huge!
Come on anyway!
Incidentally, such cutlets do not fall apart, keep their shape?
kloki
yes they hold perfectly, I did zucchini before that, I suffered a little with them, and these are easy to try
