Hello! Girls, if it's not hard, measure the exact parameters of the plates. I have already re-read Temka and would not mind buying such a device, but my husband says that it is small.
Olga VB
Oksana, The 26th (for 4 pies) is small for some, but the 36th (for 8) certainly cannot be called small!
I have 26, we have enough.
For example, I can not eat a whole waffle kiss at a time.
Pies and sandwiches, too, can not be called small, you can certainly gorge on one. The husband, however, can eat 2 at a time ...
There, only cupcakes and donuts are small, and everything else is quite dimensional.
Plates for the 26th 23.5x13, but this is an external dimension, the working surfaces are slightly smaller.
In fact, the sizes of the sandwich makers are more or less similar, but Daxik is definitely not small compared to the others.
Ulyana
Olya, thanks for answering. And I need the size of the plates for comparison with Shteba 4.4 (my husband likes it). And I am somehow more impressed by the Dex 36 (it has a lot of replaceable plates) and the price is normal. I already have a Delphi 3-in-1 sandwich maker, but it is too small for our family (we are three adults and five kids). And my husband stopped trusting Dex, although this company has a multicooker 65, Dex 40, a kavomolka, scales, a yoghurt maker, a juicer (they haven't even used it yet, it was a gift to Dex 65) and an iron. So he knocked the soil out from under his feet (the first time was sent right away, did not work, and now he burned out) And so I like everything Dexovsky. So she laid her eyes on the sandwich maker.
Olga VB
For such a family, perhaps, the 36th is needed.
And do not doubt Dax, they also give a 2-year warranty, and no one has yet complained that they did not replace a defective copy even at the end of the warranty.
Perhaps the irons for them are new products and not yet finalized, but they changed you when it was not working.
And the sandwich makers seem to be quite normal. And their other devices do not cause any complaints.
And the sizes of products for all sandwich makers are more or less the same, only the difference is in how many pieces are calculated - by 4 or 8.
Shteba, it seems, is also nothing, but it's better to talk to the Shteba girls on another branch ...

my epic with the service ended last week and hurray! Hurrah! received a new sandwich maker and have already tested it quite successfully - the flight is normal
at the weekend I'll still torment her with cheese cakes and grilled vegetables, I hope the result will not upset me)

Sone4kaand I congratulate you! Really - where are the test results? I used something new (at least for myself) to prepare cheesecakes in the form of flower-cake and squash pancakes on wafer plates - I liked it! I thought about taking a picture, but that's how it ended at the level of fantasy

made curd donuts
Cottage cheese - 200g.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Flour - 6-7 tbsp. l. (with a slide)
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Slaked soda - 1 hour l. without slide
Vanilla sugar to taste
Salt - a pinch

trial made 20 grams - not enough, did not grow and spread
I added flour to make the dough abruptly and weighed it out with a spoon of 25 grams - that's what happened. Full, airy, with a slightly crispy rim.

Sone4ka, cool what! Did you put the dough in a ring on them or how, so that in the center of the hole it turned out ?, It's good that you have a 36th model, there are donuts molds of more or less normal size, and in my 26th they are so tiny, shallow, I can't even imagine, how do you get something like yours. And sprinkled with powdered sugar?
Girls, in general, in the 26th did someone do what in these molds?
Olga VB
Sonechka, very cute!

there were 6 spoons in the recipe, I added a seventh with a good top and it got better, so I indicated 6-7.
and yet, the first time we did it on store eggs - there was no taste or smell, and the second - on homemade eggs. I liked the taste less with homemade, it tasted like an omelet)
Mona1
In general, no one commented about donuts in the 26th model, I decided to conduct an experiment today. We ended up with two dishes, but how different!
Sandwich maker 6 in 1 DEX DSM 26/36
At first, I was going to quickly make donuts, well, this is a recipe, not a recipe, but like dough like pancakes, toko more abruptly, fried in oil in a hot frying pan. And at the same time I rolled balls of dough and threw them into a sandwich maker. Here, without oil (before the first zakid, I walked a little with a brush.) Here is the result and then I decided that it was a bit bland and melted the chocolate and I got such things for tea.

Tanya, very nice "things"!
And no one responded about the 26th, probably because they had not tried it yet.
I'm also going, going, ...
Mona1
Well, it was just an experiment to see the size of the finished ones. To be honest, I thought they would be smaller, but it turned out to be a very cool size. Here is Toko dough you need to look for a recipe. I didn't like it very much. Unleavened dough, not crumbly and that's it. No charm, as they say. I tried to refine a bit with chocolate.
I made syrniki in cupcake tins, so they came out much smaller in size, although if you look at the metal forms and compare them, then donuts seem to be smaller in capacity.
Olga VB
Thank you, remember and take into account

I also liked their size) while this insert is my favorite.

Grilled vegetables on the grill - not inspired. There is no contact with the top plate or very thickly chopped vegetables must be added.
I had a contact grill, where there were no problems with this - even a leaf of pita bread, at least a 4-cm piece of meat - everything was grilled in close contact of both plates and with a little pressure from the weight of the lid, which is very convenient Here, this is completely different, because I have not yet penetrated.

yesterday we were fried zucchini pancakes. I also couldn't target on which plate is better. There seems to be nothing on the grill, but we need to turn them over or make them thick, but we are used to centimeter ones. On the panel for sandwiches I could not find the dosage so that it would fit snugly and brown on both sides.
we haven't reached the syrniki yet, maybe tomorrow morning for breakfast and we will experiment.

but in general, in general, the impressions are pleasant, as often happens from a new toy
UPD. I also forgot to tell you how I tried to make tiny donuts from yeast dough in a muffin bowl
I weighed 25 grams of dough each, flattened it into flat cakes, put a cherry, rolled in starch and sprinkled with sugar in the center, blinded it with a bag and maybe everything would have worked out, but while I stuck 12 kolobochki, the first ones have already climbed high up, much higher than the horizon. I had to bake in the oven. The result is very cute buns
conclusion: this socket can be quite successfully used as a baking dish in the oven)

I also baked zucchini pancakes by means of pro and mistakes. I liked the waffle plates the most. It seemed to me that there is the greatest contact with the heating surface, so they are well fried, there is no need to turn them over, etc.
Mona1
Val, write a recipe, be a friend, otherwise it’s just the season, and my husband is a zucchini fan, I will please him.
valuhka
Tanya, there is no specific recipe, but approximately it looked like this: I rubbed two large zucchini on a coarse grater, after 5 minutes squeezed out the excess juice (there will still be a lot of it), salt it, add 2 eggs and flour until the pancakes are thick or a little thinner. Something I wanted to pour 1-2 tbsp. spoons of semolina. It stood literally for 5 minutes (the water was still separating, but I did not add flour anymore) Before the first tab, I greased the plates with oil and as soon as the light came on that the device was heated, I laid out 2 tablespoons. spoons and spread a little on the plates. It was baked (fried) for about 7 minutes. It is better not to look in at once, so that they (halves) grapple with each other, and not only with the plates.
Mona1
Well, okay. Like potato pancakes, Toko more flour than there. Thank you!

As for the flour, I was probably in a hurry. Not so much of it is needed, the dough still does not hold its shape. You compared it well with potato pancakes, the dough probably turns out the same, but it still keeps on due to eggs and flour, so it's not very thick either

Hello everybody. Can you please tell me, is it possible to buy such a thing somewhere in Moscow? Or in an online store, but with delivery in Russia. Something I have not found anything, only in Ukraine. Maybe I was looking badly ...
Olga VB
I also looked in Russia at first - I did not find it.
I bought it in Ukraine.
Mona1
Dex products are sold only in Ukraine, as, for example, Brant - only in Russia. Maybe there are Ukrainian online stores that did shipments to Russia, but I'm not sure if they are doing this now for obvious reasons.
Sone4ka
made croutons
taking into account that the bread was hopelessly dried, and the egg was not whole, but the remainder of the baking, it turned out very badly
in the first photo, the width of the piece is about 6-7 mm and kept until golden brown - this is clearly too much, but still tasty.

this piece is about a centimeter thick, maybe a little more. I took it off earlier than the first one, after 5-6 minutes (I definitely did not notice it) - that's the thing

in thin places crisps, if overexposed, are quite hard. The kids liked these inclusions of croutons, and I prefer those that are more tender.
In general, I think you can add a little vegetable oil to the egg, then the crust will be crispy.

Girls, and I, too, by the end of the week expect this miracle 6 in 1.: yahoo: I had to strain my friends from Ukraine. : oops: A few months ago it caught fire, and then something died down. And then the last straw was a vacation with a child, where he was lying on the beach by the pool and only ran to the bar for hot toasts with cheese and sausage. * JOKINGLY * And once you buy, it's all in one, maybe waffles with nuts will turn out delicious, and then it will come to donuts.

Is this the same recipe for waffles and donuts? In what form is it better?
Sone4ka
Olga VB, the taste is nasty)) and those that are in the form of waffles, and those that are "donuts".
I had a little more than 100 grams of dough left, I baked it in a cupcake pan, turned it off and was distracted, cooled down right in a sandwich maker, so in them the crumb became dense and brown, like in real gingerbread)
if I hadn't cooked them in a multicooker for a couple, maybe I would have treated them less critically, but I have something to compare with))

I cooked it according to this recipe several times - snapped up)

if you are going to cook in a cartoon, weigh a few balls of 25g for a sandwich maker, for a sample. I didn't really like it, but eaters ask for supplements)
I was only left with one)) I warmed it up in the microwave and decided that maybe I just wrote it off in vain, there is something in them. Next time I'll add cinnamon instead of vanilla.
And more)) they are so dense - you really kill your appetite with one, and with my cottage cheese donuts I could throw myself obscenely, the yak fell into the dry land and everything was not enough, although I weighed 25 grams there and there)))

Made according to recipe from Povarenka to steamat in MV, I took seeds instead of nuts, I have not tried it yet (only crumbs).

Ol, she planted the gingerbread directly on the MV double boiler. They also increased 2-3 times, but not 6 times.
I did it several times. We liked them very much. I do it with nuts. I added spices for gingerbread a couple of times. I liked it too.

I bought myself this 36th miracle)) And decided to write a small opus on the topic
Well what can I say ... There is something to compare with. I also have a Philips HD 2430 (3in1)

In appearance, Dex, of course, is much more careless than Phillips. When they took their sandwich maker, we reviewed two sets of attachments in order to choose more or less without scratches and coating defects. Phillips didn't have that. At Dex, even the exterior paint of the body is uneven. The panels themselves at Phillips also look more impressive (heavier and the coating is somehow more serious). But, I must say that Phillips' coverage began to peel off after 4 years ((How will Dex's - we'll see.
By the way, after the second use one of Dex's waffle panels burst. I think it's a casting marriage. Now I am negotiating with Dexline to exchange a defective panel. Let's see what happens.

About the size of the entire device.
The size of the 36th model is very slightly different from that of Phillips. Which I was very happy about. And this despite the fact that Dex bakes a double portion of sandwiches, waffles, grills, etc. at once! But the 26th model was very surprised by its size. Despite the fact that it (26th) is designed for only 4 sandwiches, it is quite small! Well, just not serious ... Maybe it’s in my husband and I’s eyes, because one of the reasons for buying a new 36th dex was the opportunity to bake 8 boutiques and 4 waffles at once ... But all the same, the 26th well, very small! It seemed that even our Phillips is much smaller by 4 boutiques
Still, visually comparing, the 26th and 36th were very surprised that the design of these units is completely different! As if we are considering sandwiches from different manufacturers. Up to the mechanism-fastening behind the sandwich maker ...

About sound when working
I was unpleasantly surprised by the very loud sound that this device makes when warming up. Phillips is completely silent! Therefore, it bothered me a little, but the store employee replied that this is normal for this device.

About heating
It seemed to me that the sandwich maker has a slightly uneven heating.
Waffles, nuts and muffins are baked at the edges less than in the middle. This is technologically justified, since the heating element is displaced to the center of the case and the edges of the panels, it can be seen, are warming up weaker than the center. I will not say that this is critical. The waffle has time to bake all over. But I would like to have a more even distribution and, as a result, a more beautiful finished product.
Girls, how are you? If possible, discard, pliz, pictures of baked waffles or nuts while still in the sandwich maker. I would like to see if this is just my problem

About the nozzle panels
The set of attachments is certainly impressive. Everything except cupcakes. I don't understand why the manufacturer made such small notches for the muffins. Yes, even on top, instead of a recess, I made even bottoms. Could make something like a nozzle for donations. But no. I already had an idea to buy a set of cupcake panels and use two panels with notches (so the cupcakes can grow up). Yes, you can buy it. But when we received the sandwich maker, we found that the two lower panels will not, because one of the panels has a technical rim and two panels with these rims will not (the b-tsa will not close). In short, the idea of additional attachments had to be abandoned.
I want to say that in general, the manufacturer's idea with the design of the rest of the panels (except for cupcakes and donuts (I haven't tried donuts yet) is pretty good. When cooking the same boutiques, if something spills out of them, it does not remain on the panel and is not poured inside. In Phillips, this moment takes place. Cheese and mayonnaise from boutiques flows out and flows under the panel to the heating element. After cooking, you have to wash
This moment is absent here.
I tried all the panels, except for the donuts (I haven't found the recipe I liked yet).
Sandwiches - cool! And very quickly, which is very important for our family (4 people). Score - 5.
Grill - fine. Fried a salmon steak. The crust was not very fried, but the fish was not bad. It's a little annoying that the sandwich maker is not adjustable in steak thickness, as in Phillips. But so far this problem is only theoretical, since "thin" products have not yet been fried. Score - 4.
Waffles - did Liège waffles... It turned out delicious. Score - 5 with a minus (due to uneven baking).
Nuts - Made according to this recipe Nuts - the taste of childhood !!!
this is generally a delight! Very fast and clean! Before that, I recently made nuts in a Soviet hazelnut grove on the stove ... Oil flowed from all sides ... long and dreary And then 5 minutes and 24 halves are ready! Although the shape, of course, is not the same as that of Soviet nuts (nuts are elongated), but the size is good. The only thing, again, is the unevenness of the frying of the extreme rows of nuts. But still the score is 5.
Cupcakes - tried to do Halva cookies... Nothing good happened. The cupcakes were not baked on the inside, while the outside was crusty and dark. I decided to finish the cake inside. To do this, I cut the muffins in half lengthwise and tucked the oven into the grill panels. As a result, we got crackers ((
Part of the dough was stuffed into wafer panels. More or less it worked out here.
In short, cupcakes in this unit are a very conventional concept. By the way, interestingly, the recipe for cupcakes does not include Type in the instructions at all, and you should not bother with them. The score is between 1 and 2.

Summary: in spite of a number of shortcomings and unpleasant moments, in general, I don’t regret buying this device yet. There is something to work on, to look for suitable recipes.

PS I apologize for many bukoFF, I hope my message will help someone
