Ingredients

Chokeberry 1 glass
Cherry leaves 150 pcs.
Granulated sugar 300 g
Vodka 40% 0,5 l
Water 1 l

Cooking method

  • Pour rowan and leaves with water, simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • Leave to infuse for a day.
  • Then strain, add 300 g of granulated sugar, heat to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  • Cool, add half a liter of vodka, leave in a dark place for a week.
  • Due to the cherry leaves, the liqueur tastes like a cherry.

  • The original recipe also contained a tablespoon (!) Of citric acid.
  • I did not dare to put so many lemons, I put them on the tip of a knife.
  • I didn't quite understand what citric acid was for.
