A pin fell out of the cover - a pressure valve. I can't find it.
Where can you buy this pin? I only see pins for Redmond on the Internet. Will they fit?

And surely something fell out? It seems that no one has had this yet.
It would be better to have a photo of the cover with the place from which it fell
marinastom
Come on! It can very easily fall out if the ring is pulled off "in the heat of washing" or for some other reason.
I think you need s-t ask, I think it will help.
Ilmirushka
Veta, do not know who ordered something, used it? Does everything fit?
Twig
Ilmira, yes, in the second topic someone bought, but not from this particular seller. I threw myself into my favorites, that particular seller ran out of goods, I pulled the link from another sell, there are still others. But in my opinion, the rings are standard.
marinastom
This link only rings, and I realized that the girl herself had lost the float.
krysya
Good day,
I found the float myself. rings are lost.
Twig
I came to write that I still remembered, while they were waiting for the rubber band, they attached the rubber band from the pipette to this pin.
But the float is more difficult. Can you also try to search among the materials at hand?

Twig
Ilmira, it is necessary not to the basket, but to throw in the favorites, then it will definitely be saved. And then the basket has to be cleaned periodically.

I found out what can be ordered at Comfort-Maximum.
I only wonder if the valves from Redmond are suitable.
I suspect they are substantially cheaper.
Twig
krysya, I suspect that they come from Radik, in Comfort the maximum supply is expensive, and the prices
Try pipette and aliexpress.

Twig, waiting with Ali is not an option, Shteba I have a working tool.
I'll try it.

Twig, which I periodically do with interest! As I begin to clean, I am hooting over myself: "Why do I need THIS", "and THIS is why I’m afraid", "THIS was something I was under anesthesia"!

As promised, I am unsubscribing for 6 years. teflon bowl AS 5 for Steba DD 2 XL.
This morning a letter came from Ozone announcing that the 6L Teflon-coated AS 5 bowls for the Steba DD 2 XL are now available.
Now I got to the ozone site, no longer, everything was sorted out. But there are other online stores. Since the rules of the forum do not allow you to press external links, then search by search on the Yandex market "Steba AS 5"

It has already been written about these bowls that they differ from those that were before. There is some difference in coverage, but this is not the most important thing. They write that the rim of the bowl is small and somehow the lid on it does not fit, or does not close. I don't remember what. But more recently in the topic Shteba wrote. Read who needs it.
optimist
Masha Ivanova, in my opinion Edward wrote this))) if I'm not mistaken ...
Masha Ivanova

If anyone has written about the differences between the new Teflon bowls, it is definitely not me. I had not followed the topic for a long time and remembered that he promised to unsubscribe when the original bowls appeared on sale.In addition, I did not wait for their appearance and bought myself 6 liters a month ago. Teflon bowl named Redmond RB-A673. The lid of my multicooker closes normally on it, I have not tried baking in it, but I cooked pork in French a couple of times, I have no complaints about it. The only drawback is the native Shtebovskaya plastic lid (for storing food), which fits perfectly on a stainless steel bowl, this Redmond bowl does not fit.
Alex_Fil
Yes, it is quite difficult to catch on sale an original bowl from Shteba AS 5 for XL of 6 liters, aluminum coated with Teflon. But, as already written on the forum, for XL, bowls with a non-stick coating from Brand 6060 pressure cookers-smokers are suitable, without a heating element, that is, without a pin-smoker. These bowls are also aluminum, 6 liters, rather heavy, weight 667 grams, wall thickness about 2 mm. A good alternative, especially since they appeared on Ali, at the T-Mall site with free delivery in Russia. The price is almost 2000 rubles. But this is offset by free shipping. According to reviews - the cup is good. Suitable for baking or some kind of roasting so that it does not stick to the coating.

Here is the entire post from the topic about Shteba xxl from OZet.
Multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL "Reply # 9365 24 September 2018, 16:30"

"I bought a new 6-liter teflon bowl AS5 for XL in Yulmart. Externally, it differs slightly from the old one bought a year and a half ago.

It looks like the metal is different - if you click on the bowl, it sounds different, and the coating looks a little different. And the lid on the bowl is not fixed - it has a very small side.

Has anyone already bought a new version of this bowl? What are your impressions?
Is it a fake, a marriage, or an unscrupulous supplier? "

A few days ago, this bowl was in several stores
TeddyF
Thanks I got it. After buying an unoriginal bowl, I do not see the need for an original one. Therefore, I can not say anything about the quality or design features of the original bowls from the last receipt in stores.

Good people, who knows - tell me what to do. In our Shteba (DD2), the black valve suddenly did not allow steam to pass through when open, that is, pressure builds up, as when closed. In all likelihood, it is clogged somewhere. But within the foreseeable (if not disassembled into parts), then nowhere is the contamination visible. Not in the valve itself (in the removable part), nor in the part that is built into the lid of the multicooker. Apparently, it is necessary to disassemble the removable and non-removable parts of the valve. But how can you do this without damaging anything?

Evgeniy, on the first page of this topic, everything is written and photographed in detail.

within the foreseeable (if not disassembled into parts), then nowhere is the contamination visible.
EvgeniyThe black valve consists of a plastic mandrel (black) and a metal part inserted into the mandrel. Sometimes, when heated from the released steam through the valve (when the pressure is released), it happens that the metal part, as it were, crawls out of the black plastic mandrel. This interferes with the normal operation of the valve in the future, since the curly guides around the perimeter of the mandrel do not provide for the valve to be lifted and it remains on the stem with a hole through which steam escapes when the valve is turned.
In the photographs I showed the normal position of the valve assembly and the wrong one. Remove the valve from the cover and check: the valve should look like the first photo. Otherwise, just apply force to drive the metal part into the black mandrel, the bottom edges of the mandrel and the metal should be almost flush.

In such cases, I put the valve on the table, metal down, and press it with my palm.
By the way, it was long gone. T-t-t !!!
But I still monitor.

Thanks to those who answered. I checked my valve with the photo: it seemed to be in place or almost in the right place. But still I gave it. It has not yet been possible to seriously check the work, they did not prepare in Shteba. Only boiled water, like steam comes out of an open valve.Praise to hlebopechke and to you Stebians!

Girls and boys! I haven't cooked condensed milk for a long time, I've lost my skill. Bank with a key. While put with the valve open for 3 hours at 99 ° C, the water completely covers. How are you doing?

I'll wait and listen. I never took condensed milk in such a jar, thinking that it would be impossible to cook it in a jar.
Arka
Did you stand and listen?
And everything was cooked for me. Well then I put it in the night, got it in the morning. The can is all right, but I cooked without pressure. I was counting on the fact that at least someone cooked in a faster way, but something was quiet ...

Girls, tried condensed milk boiling at night in Shteba, "Soup" mode, 20 minutes. At about 90 degrees on the display, the heating turned off and it cooled in water.
Actually, it may not be necessary, but I needed a boiled pot for the cream. So I rarely make a cream with condensed milk, and even less often with boiled milk, but here it is! And in stores it is entirely "milk-containing product" I had to buy Rogachevskaya ordinary and cook it myself, but now I know for sure that, firstly, Shteba can do it, and secondly, the problem of finding a quality product has been solved!
Arka
BiryusaThanks for the tip!

So where will she go? I cooked for 3 hours! The caramelization is wonderful! The color is darker than Olga showed. But not overcooked, the consistency is pleasant, not "dry", so to speak.

Girls, help, enlighten me, the dark one. I buy the dd2 Shteba with an additional ceramic bowl (sold in such a set). I wanted, of course, an additional teflon-coated bowl. I read in the subject that a saucepan from Brand 6050 is suitable. I have a new one for Brand 37501 (Philip's golden), no one tried this ?? It is, however, a little different from 6050. Or don't bother ordering Teflon for now - the ceramic will also serve for some time.

Natalia, literally on the previous page of this topic, I said that the Brand 6060 bowl is suitable for the DD2 XL 6 liters, but not 6050 and 37501. I even brought links under the spoiler where to buy, although the bottom link is no longer working, but you can order the first one with free shipping within Russia. Reviews, like, good about this bowl, not only on Ali.

Hello. Unscrewed the valve, rinsed it under running water, put it back together. But steam continues to escape during cooking. It doesn't work if I put something heavy on top of the valve, but it's also impossible. What to do? Thank you.

Made a curd casserole, as always, Steba only pleases.

dav230, Alyona, you yourself have answered your own question.Washed and collected - it's good, but you still need to hit it well so that everything falls into place. When the valve is in the socket, then when turning over the icons, it should seem to bounce, on the black circle it should be lower, on the light one a little higher - this means that the valve is assembled correctly. And you need to knock so that its metal part goes into the case until it stops. Good luck!

Gatta blanca, congratulations on Shtebochka!
Beeps when all modes are off? Strange, it doesn't have to be this way.
Beeps only if the bowl is very hot (Fry and Steam modes) or at the end of each mode
