Galya, thanks for another delicious picture.
Are you addicted to veganism or are you just fasting?
The cupcake is rather thick, probably? or soft and moist ...

Julia, Thank you! My husband and I are indifferent to chocolate pastries, but this recipe is an exception. A very good combination.

Neither one nor the other, but I love such recipes and do not bypass them. I love when there is little fat and oil, and in this recipe I really like the ratio of flour to fruit mass 1: 2.
Olya, the cake is soft and moist, but not dense. Depends on how much chocolate is in there stuff I tried to put it into this one with all my heart, so I condensed it a little. You can safely reduce the amount of chocolate in half, but I wanted just this.

Well, yes, casserole, actually.
When I looked at the first picture, I thought that the bananas were not slices on top, but stumps across the whole cake ... I imagined how it would be in a cut ...
Oh, why do you do everything so beautifully!

We have an avocado at the present time, almost 200 rubles. thing, even looking in their direction is not a hunt. I think to replace starchy apple. Listen Galina, you've already made such a list of interesting things for me ... I haven't tried grapefruit with a banana yet ... They still won't get along with me - either one will be eaten, then the other.

Oh, about the casserole, I wasted it. Something out of the corner of my eye it seemed that flour 1-2 tbsp. l., and this is you about sugar. A glass of flour is fine for a cupcake.

About driving fast, too, not a fact!
Yesterday I bought bananas for both grapefruit and this one. Took with a margin - 4 pieces. I came home hungry, well, I think I took it with a margin and ate two. And then I realized ... buttons, something to spread out!
That's how I harness ...

That's how I harness ...

Half a banana is enough for buttons, a small cupcake turns out. And you can do without buttons at all.
Ol, if you still harness, then I recommend frying the buttons slightly, slightly, and then put on the cake, not fried in the baking process, they look like chips.
Premier
It's late! Nuts have become buttons!
A good cupcake turned out - brutal in appearance, but very delicate inside. And chocolate ...
And fry in oil, or what, so as not to dry out?

And fry in oil, or what, so as not to dry out?
so that it softens slightly and does not turn into chips. I was afraid that they would burn, but they just dried up
Premier
In order not to dry out, I understood, did not understand in oil, or just?
Gala
Olya, did not see your question, there was no notification
I would try to dissolve the sugar and put it in it for a short time, or maybe just simmer it slightly in butter
Premier
In short, the cake is good without buttons, you don't have to practice frying. Moreover, the dried buttons have their own gusto!
Gala
Olya, you understand everything correctly.
