Yes, an ambush! I sympathize!
Thank you very much for your support. I really, really want everything to work out and she worked hard.
Arinna
Masinen, girls, good afternoon. I bought a basic Shteba for a summer residence at Ozone. A stunning steel bowl, a vandal's dream, The multicooker looks more beautiful than in the pictures, reliable safe legs - I liked it.
And now the problem: I put the beets in the steam basket from the Cuckoo on the vegetables mode. Water - 1 liter (instead of 0.5 according to the instructions). The pressure built up, everything, as it should be, left with peace of mind for 1.5 hours. When she returned, she stood on the heating, showing the time and temperature. I opened it, there was no water in the bowl !!! Absolutely! The next time I noticed that there were traces of fruit drink at the bottom of the cabinet, she was clearly spitting, since I never forcibly release the pressure. All the same, I watched her, it turns out that after turning off she gets tired of keeping the pressure and begins to release a thin stream of steam, so all the water from the bowl has evaporated. What to do? It seems that no one complained about it.
Masinen
ArinnaIs it coming out of a black square valve?
Arinna
Yes, Masha, from the black valve.
Masinen
it is necessary to check the nut from below, whether it is tightened well.

Or maybe disassemble the valve, maybe the silicone gasket could move.
Arinna
Thank you! I'll try, although it's practically new. The valve just opens a little by itself. Of course, if you correct it slightly, it will close, but then it turns out that you cannot leave it.
Arinna
Masinen, I report, I removed the valve and the cap inside the lid. The nut is screwed down conscientiously. Personally, I don’t screw it at all. Therefore, I put everything back, I cook so far only in it, and peep. It's okay for now. Maybe the weight was wrong ... I hope. By the way, the bowl was not damaged, and the steam basket, too, although there was a little water left at the edges of the saucepan. If the gasket had moved, then the pressure would not have accumulated, or would have poisoned all the time.
At the same time, I want to ask where you put the lid after cooking. Somehow I don't want the condensation to spread over the table or into the lid, so I adapted the dish. Or maybe there are other options?
marinastom
Arinna, I have two Shtebs, they live in different places.
The one in the city apartment: I immediately carry the lid to the sink. without turning over. or pour the condensate directly into the pan (if something liquid is being prepared).
The one in the village. I cook in a cool hallway. For the lid I have prepared an old rag, in several additions. As soon as I took it off, I immediately put it slightly obliquely on this cloth, everything flows down onto it. After a while I just throw out this rag. Something like this.

And I do the same, very convenient.

And my headquarters went to the service, it's good that it's still under warranty, the pressure of 0.3 turns out to be not working for me, but I don't need it, I'm always at 0.7, but then I decided to try it, but fuck, it doesn't turn on and there is no count , the lid is blocked, the float rises as expected, and the pressure is not set and there is no counting, the same way the frying mode did not turn on again, I somehow raised the question here, someone turned on, someone did not try, today the service called back, said the marriage , exchange or refund at the store. I am disappointed if I will take it again - I don’t know, but I don’t know which one to take instead.
Masinen
Olsu, Olya, sympathy ((
Well, everything happens, and marriage happens, not without it.
PolyaP
Good evening everyone. Today I became the owner of dd2 BASIC. Before that (from the 14th year) thanks to the forum, there was dd1, but it stopped turning on. I reviewed other multicooker, but still the choice fell on the staff. Like it very much. Tell me, please, I cooked chicken on "meat", but the multicooker did not go to warming up - is this correct or is there something wrong in it? A ceramic, white bowl was also purchased for it, does anyone use it? I was afraid and cooked in non-stick. And yet, the gap between the lid and the stem itself is almost 1 cm, in the old one there was not such a long distance, I did not throw it out and was able to compare.
Creamy
PolyaP, in the new version of Shteba, it does not automatically switch to heating. This action must be set as a separate program. Just study the instructions, everything should be written there.
PolyaP
Thanks, I must have looked. Did anyone cook in a white bowl?

PolyaP, I don't have a ceramic one, but the girls wrote that they cook all kinds of porridge and stews in it. Frying and baking in it was not advised, because it quickly fails - everything starts to stick to it.
I also have a gap of about cm, but after the pressure is set, the lid does not loose, steam does not come out, so everything is OK! By the way, the covers for DD1 and DD2 are similar, so you can use your old cover when working on a new Shtebochka
As for the fact that the heating does not automatically turn on after the end of the programs, then in the last batches of Shteb DD2 this is technically laid down. But heating can be turned on with the Heating button or manually set before starting work in other modes under pressure. How this is done is probably indicated in the instructions.
PolyaP
LIGHT LANA, thanks. Yesterday I put lids on both multicooker. The gap in the new one is equally larger with the old cover and with the new one. Apparently this is a matter of design. The steam did not come out, the dish was prepared, as always)), delicious!

Girls, please tell me what I'm doing wrong:
put the ham in a ham maker, press HEATING, 70 * lights up, blinks for 4 hours ... I press the START buttons, HEATING - shows the temperature 69 *, I add the + button to 75 *, I press HEATING again, I get two lines ...
I was tormented for about twenty minutes, spat, and left the original 70 * and time 4 hours ... What am I doing wrong?

1. If you need to change the time, then press the heating, then use the +/- buttons to change the time to the desired one, then start.
2. If you need to change the temperature, then press the heating two times, then use the +/- buttons to change the time, then press start.
3. If you need to change both the time and temperature, then press the heating, change the time with the buttons +/-, press the heating again, again +/- change the temperature. Then we press start

lana light, Sveta, thanks for the clarification, tomorrow I will check points 2 and 3 for the first, I had no problems, but now I measured the temperature inside, it shows 68 *, although it was set to 70 *, and cook for an hour and a half ... you can intervene in the process and add missing a couple of degrees, or is it better to increase the time?
lana light

shows 68 *, although 70 * was exposed,
The temperature is shown not by the contents of the bowl, but at the bottom from the outside, where the sensor is located. And 2 * C the difference is not critical to me. Good luck with the ham!

not the contents of the bowl
I measured it with two thermometers - the readings coincided with the display, but for reassurance, I put it for another hour, with the change in time, as you wrote - it worked !!!
Raspberry Zemlyanikina
Girls, the question is: there is a goose cut into pieces and Steba. What mode and time would you recommend? I was somewhat confused.
kavmins
Raspberry Zemlyanikina, geese are different, old and younger, as well as the size of their cutting) then, do you just want to boil it or stew it? if the goose is relatively young, then boil for 20-30 minutes is enough, then try for softness and if necessary - add more time ... here only by experience you can understand

Can you please tell me if all the details of the valve are on the photo on 1 page? I disassembled and there is still 1 metal ring. Is it just not in the photo or is it not from the valve? If from the head, when to put it on?
Michael_87
Can I turn off the sound for this multi?
lana light
no, unfortunately not disabled!
Michael_87
Sadly, you have to uproot)

Show the photo. Maybe it will be more understandable.

Bought DD2 XL ECO in January. I expected that I would immediately buy an AS 5 non-stick bowl, but there were none. I have been monitoring the Internet for several months, there are no non-stick 6 l bowls for DD2 XL either on ozone or in other stores. To owners of stems and 6 liters of multicooker from other manufacturers, the question is: what models of multicooker bowls are compatible with DD2 XL?
Ozone has non-stick 6L bowls for Brand 6060, Redmond RB-A600. The dimensions of the latter seem to fit: the diameter at the top edge is 23.7 cm, the height is 16.1 cm. Who thinks or knows what about this?
Arka
The height of the native bowl is 158, it will appear on sale in the summer, according to reviews it is better in quality than alternative ones.

I also need a bowl AS 5 !!! TeddyF, TeddyF, Edward, write to Temka how they will appear, if not difficult !!! And then I also watch them, but I'm afraid to miss !!!

Members of the forum, what is known about the bowl for the big staff ??? I'm going to order, but if I can't find the cup right away, then it will stand with me for a long time and wait in the wings.

A question for those who recently bought a multicooker. Is it normal that in the new model there seems to be a larger gap between the lid and the base?
And yesterday, on the porridge, something was floating on the side and condensation leaked onto the sidewall.
It hasn’t worked out yet, or what? I never noticed this on the old DD2. And in the new one, the safety valve is different and the design of the cover is slightly different
But this hovering from the side strained the fact that the lid, when closed, has a gap of about 2 mm from the base in the closed position. Does everyone have it?
SvetaI
animegravitation, the first page of this thread has answers to your questions
animegravitation
Thank you. I'll try to cook of course
I just did not notice this in the last DD2. Have you changed the plant?
Even the second valve is different in design

Question about DD 2 ECO? if you set the porridge mode with a pressure of 0.3 (there are vegetables in the bowl) and after a while you see that the time report has gone, and the pressure is not typed up (the lid opens quietly) - is it a breakdown?
Ilmirushka
Quote: gps3g
and the pressure is not reached (the lid opens quietly) - is it a breakdown?
no it is OK. Pressure is not built up when there is a shortage of liquid, there is almost nothing to boil.

But what about the pressure sensor ?, logically - if the pressure sensor did not work - then should not Steba go into the cooking mode under pressure?
Ilmirushka

but what about the pressure sensor?
I am not a technician or a STEBA consultant, I am an ordinary user of Stebka, but for many years, and I am telling you based on practice and experience.

I adapted with a pressure of 0.3 - I put it on 0.7 for a minute or two, after the end of the regime immediately to 0.3 - then it gains

lana light
And I don't bother with 0.3. I tried it several times, it was also gaining pressure, then no, and then I just decided to cook everything either at 0.7 or without pressure. They work great! They are enough for me to prepare any dishes. If everything is already tasty and fast, then why do I need this 0.3 pressure ?!
Do not drag Shtebochka to the service because of this ?! I need her every day!
liusia
This 03 program does not build up pressure, but works like a normal multicooker. Do conventional multicooker work under pressure? Of course not. So this is by no means a marriage, but a feature of the multicooker-pressure cooker. At 03 we usually bake charlottes, liquid pies, etc.

Quite right! The pressure is only 0.7, and 0.3 is just a normal program like a multicooker. This is what the manufacturers said.

I don’t know if girls are gaining 0.3 or not. I cook meat on it for a long time. The lid does not open immediately after the end of the program.
