And when she finishes the program for some time, she squeaks, then stops ... what does she want?
Notifies that the program is over, and beeps for a couple of minutes until the temperature drops to 90-100 degrees

but tell me how long does Shteba release the pressure on her own?
If the bowl is full of liquid, then 30-40 minutes can.
I also bleed the pressure or not according to the situation, it is especially necessary to be especially careful when the bowl is full of soup, for example, so that the liquid does not escape through the valve.
Be sure to put a towel on top, and turn the valve.
marinastom
Squeaks, of course, and below a hundred. Moreover, I have different times on different programs. Up to approximately 90 *. There were opinions, as if it warns, it is still very hot and high pressure.

Yes, I agree, that's the point.

So today I just lowered the soup, because I did not wait
I have a chicken soup in Orson. broth, along with a set of pressure, cooking and releasing the pressure (the CB itself) takes 30-35 minutes, from closing the lid to opening the lid, I already come to the squeak of readiness, in Shteba today I fiddled for a little more than an hour

I understood about the squeak.
Thank you girls!
I'll think.
That would be frying in Orson, the perfect saucepan for me would be ... eh

Well, yes, if the soup / compote, then 30 minutes can pass, but if there is not much liquid, then it can drain off in 10-15 minutes. For example, if I cook with steam under pressure, then I pour water at least, 100 grams, this is enough and the pressure is released quite quickly. Or meat in its own juice, also about 10-15 minutes.
And what is picking, I even like it, I don’t immediately run to the cartoon, go about my business, but when I’ve finished picking, it means you need to go to the kitchen, almost always this is a sign that the lid has already been unlocked. If it had not been for the pick, I can forget that I am cooking and come to my senses only when my husband has already come home from work!

Nobody takes it away from me yet, I will cook it, maybe we will make friends ...

so to speak, it is not always "love at first sight"
NataLia
Love did not happen, Shteba did not "go" ... it happens.
I packed it with peace of mind, I'll take it back to mom.

But I have already acquired another assistant for myself, so without suffering

Good day! Take a new one into your ranks. I'm really trying to make friends with the new Steba. So far, everything is very cool. I decided to make julienne in pots from Steba. I looked through the recipes ... did not find it. Please tell me which parameters are the most successful.

Good day!
Just bought a Steba DD1 Eco.
The first thing I decided to try was rice porridge. I poured and washed the rice in 2 measuring cups, poured 10 cups of milk, salt, sugar, all that. I set the "porridge" mode, the pressure was 0.36, the time was 15 minutes. The valve is closed (the nose is looking at the black point). Some time passed, the oven signaled the end of the process. I went over to try to bleed off steam, but he was not there at all. The milk inside is barely warm, the rice, of course, is not cooked at all. Remained firm.On the third attempt, the porridge was cooked on the same installations, but, as I understand it, rather from 45 minutes on the fire than from the steamer itself.
The stove is, as they say, "out of the box". The silicone ring is tight. The second one is included. Before cooking, I washed the bowl and, in fact, did not make any other preparations. I immediately began to cook.
Can you help / suggest what it can be and how to deal with it?
It turned out to weld in 3 passes of 15.15 and 10 minutes. The valve began to close only on the third run.

HellraizerK, cook porridge with a pressure of 0.7 I can't write for a long time. Pressure 0.3 does not work in all multis. It's a long story. If everything is fine with 0.7, then I'll tell you about the low pressure later.

If not difficult! I look at the recipes, a lot of things are cooked at 0.36 bar. It's a shame if the mode doesn't work ...

Venera007
And I didn't cook nirazu at 0.3, although I have Shteba 3 years, if not 4 .. 0.7 is more convenient for me.
Alex_Fil
HellraizerKmost likely, you cooked porridge in a stainless steel bowl. It has poor thermal conductivity - the bottom outside of the heating element heats up, the temperature sensor too, and the contents may not even boil or boil very weakly. The float valve may not even rise.
Cooking at low pressure is almost the same as without pressure, no speed gain. So Elena said correctly above - cook at 0.7 b. I myself almost never use 0.3, although there is an aluminum bowl with Teflon and a stainless steel.
HellraizerK
Thank you very much for your consultation !!!
Even thanks twice (For PM too)

Alex_Fil, Alex! I immediately sent to Gell all the explanations on the pressure that you gave me in due time, in a personal message. For which another thanks to you!

and I have a badaaa, yesterday I broke my staff
it seems to me a fuse, because a machine gun was knocked out in the dashboard
where to carry it for repair? tell me, good people!
to a regular service?
marinastom
Tan, don't cry!
Maybe you have a handy man in your acquaintances?
This happened to my nephew a few months ago, so her brother soldered the fuse and the Shtebka works as before!
gala10
Tatyana, ask Valery-Shtebovich if there are service centers in your city specifically for Shteba.
In general, I agree with Marina. In the spring, I ditched my Shtebka. Both the power board and the control board flew at once. After replacing at home, fortunately there is a handy man in my environment, everything works fine, mmm ...
marinastom
Tan, Shtebovich will send him to Comfort-Maximum, to the support service. I have already asked him.
But if there really is a fee, then order and must send. If only they were available.
I changed to DD1, or rather, my husband. There is a video from Kwakusik somewhere in the subject.

Marina, Galinathanks girls)
there are no hands, only humanities around
we do not have a branded service, I joked, I found a service with good reviews, I will take it there, I hope they will help the handy mistress
and all why, but because at 3 o'clock in the morning you need to sleep, and not cook milk mushrooms

oh, girls, I found Chelyabinsk in maximum comfort, I'll call tomorrow, find out who is what))))
thank you
but reviews, horror say, not service))))
marinastom
Tan, can you not bother with a branded service? The main thing, make a diagnosis to determine the breakdown. And so the principle is the same for everyone. Probably...
tana33
Marina, yeah, I think so too)
Sashunesha
Girls, my Shteba became moping - every now and then refuses to gain pressure. Well, she must probably go, old. How can we check it ourselves? Why does this happen?
marinastom
Did you try to replace the ring?
I, too, some time ago, began to notice that something was wrong ...
I changed the ring and everything worked out.
Twig
Sashunesha, it happens to mine too. Yesterday I lifted the valve, and there the plastic crumbled and the piece did not allow it to adhere evenly. I removed a piece, like the rules.
Recently, I twisted a screw from the inside, relaxed, pressure was also hard to gain. Apparently twisted it.
