Natasha, the bread is very wonderful! Did you bake it manually, or did you bake it? Did you knead it by hand, or xn?
Vanilla
Thank you, I didn’t expect that it would turn out. Kneading by hand, the dough came up in manual mode 40 degrees, baked on "baking" for 1 hour, turned it over - another half hour (maybe less, a little fried).
P.s. Before the advent of multi, she did not differ in such heroism, the family is in a pleasant shock

3 questions - how to stand the dough? - with manual dir. 30 or 40 degrees or by prog. yoghurt (whether the temperature in the latter is high and whether it is small 30 degrees) - the second, of which max. weight of flour, you can make a bun of dough so that it does not come out over the top in a closed multicooker while standing? (0.5-07-1kg of flour?) - third_ rolled oats on water - proportions of cereal water (multi-glasses) + mode and time
Vanilla
I made from 3 glasses of flour, when very little space came up. I already wrote,

put the "manual" mode of 30 degrees on the proofing, after 45 the world looked in - the dough came up to zero, touched it, everything was cold
, on manual 40 degrees turned out.

multi-glasses or 250g? and how much time at 40 degrees did it take to double the test?
Vanilla
Glasses are 250 grams, my dough stood for an hour (but I only warmed up a saucepan)

actually, for the test, 30C is the ideal temperature
40C is a bit too much (in my Dex 60 there is no 30C, so I use 40C - but I turn it on for only 20 minutes, then turn it off and then there is the dough in the proofer, the cartoon keeps warm like a thermos)
therefore, if the Manual 30C works correctly and heats the bowl to the set temperature, then you cannot imagine the best for proving and the program can be left on throughout the entire proving time

the limit - 0.65 kg of flour - does not rest against the roof during proofing (unless, of course, overexpose), but when baking it often rests against the roof, but not critical - because I always turn the bread over and bake it, no flaws are visible

Thank you, otherwise I would try it by typing, but the correctness of any mode in terms of temperature can you check the filling of water there and after waiting 15 minutes to measure its temperature?

yes, after waiting 15-20 minutes
only too much water does not need to be poured, about about 1 liter - if you pour a lot of water, then the time needs to be increased
Vanilla
Again I come back with a question about this 30-degree mode ... Someone from the owners of the 65th use it for proving bread dough? Of course, I am a beginner in bread, but I just don't have the patience to wait until the dough fits there, the option "I warm up the saucepan for 40g, and then turn it off, put the dough" more nra. Am I really impatient?
Alisa-Topol
Vanilla,
I first checked all temperature conditions with an electronic thermometer. My cartoon withstands them perfectly, somewhere I even made a plate, but lost it ... But I (in my cartoon) really have 40 * on yoghurt, and really 30 * on proofing. Yeast dough is perfect for 30 perfectly.Even the sourdough bread was defrosted in the cartoon ... There is more "by eye" to act ... But I bake in the oven in the form of a bread, well, or in a KhP on the machine - that's how the soul wants, and what kind of bread is baked .. ...
I had a little experience with another cartoons, where only 40 * ... For about a week, I nervously tried to catch that "golden mean" every day so that it would warm up and not overheat ... Well, I didn't like it ... all the same it dries up a little, as if overcooked ... That's why I was delighted with Dex 65, which is 30 *. I was the first to check it ... You need to check your cartoon with a thermometer, preferably an electronic one. Maybe it doesn't heat up by 30 *? If the dough doesn't rise?
And I have a dough for a maximum of 600 g of flour - my HP no longer kneads, and I often need 400-500 g. But 600g really fits ...
Good luck !!!
Vanilla
How long does it take for a normal dough to rise? And also share how to wash these stains, what I have tried does not take, but I am afraid of all sorts of acids ...

I will reveal a terrible secret, I do not pay attention to these spots, but in general the girls with CIF seem to have wiped them off and seem to (if not confused) with some means from Amway

here you need to focus more not on time, but on the fact that the dough has doubled
the time will depend on the type of dough, the amount of yeast in the dough, and if the bread is sourdough, the time increases even more
but roughly speaking, for ordinary white bread with yeast, the norm is about an hour, maybe a little less or more
I repeat again - it is better to focus on increasing the test
Vanilla
Alisa-Topol, irysska, thanks, I will, again, stay. Before the appearance of multi, I was simply not interested in these questions. Many of my girlfriends are surprised, "Can you bake bread there too?" Me too, but it turned out the first time.
Lole
Vanilla, after I bought the cartoon, I only melt the dough in it. By time - 1 hour. But, truth be told, the dough is for pies, not bread.
And so that the heating element does not get dirty, I got used to not putting the saucepan on the table (some crumbs, etc., so as not to stick), but first I put the towel / napkin on the table, and then the saucepan.

Girls! Please help me, I was going to buy a slow cooker dex 65, and I came across your forum, I don't have the strength to re-read the entire forum, my pregnant eyes hurt! I thought the new model improved the old one, but I read that there are a lot of jambs in the new one! Can you explain in more detail what these jambs are, and what is really better to buy 60 and not chase the new 65 ??
Alisa-Topol
lиly,
there is only one jamb in the 65th - an unconventional, very peculiar work of the "buckwheat" program. Of course, you can adapt - after the signal about the end of the program, hold it for another 20 minutes on the heating and the cereal (not only buckwheat !!!) will finish cooking.
Personally, I don't need this mode at all - I use the "milk porridge" mode even (oh, horror) if I cook porridge in water ... And the cereal for the side dish is cooked in the "rice" mode ...
Yes, back in some cartoons (I do not have this) after the "frying" mode, you need to let the multo cool down a little and only then turn on another mode, for example "rice" (for pilaf) or "stewing" for soup ...
And here is the manual mode and 30 * for me - just a song. In this mode, I defrost the dough, defrost meat and fish (when urgently needed!) ...
Good luck with your choice !!!

Natasha, these stains are terribly annoying to me ... As soon as they appear, I wash the disc with a regular detergent and a sponge for washing dishes with the rough side. Both fairies and cheap ATB rio, they can be easily washed ...
About experiments with milk. A liter of store milk was poured into the cartoon and set to 100 degrees of manual mode. I closed the lid, did not remove the valve (it was in closed mode) and forgot about it. Really, I forgot ... After 20 minutes I went into the kitchen ... and then I remembered!
My milk boiled normally, rose a little in volume, but it didn't stain the cartoon and didn't spit milk.A little bit burnt - I scraped off a slightly brown appetizing crust from the bottom, when I interfered with a spoon ... Then I threw in the washed rice, in the same mode with the lid closed, milk was prepared in 10 minutes.
Have you found a mode for boiling milk?
Vanilla
I already rubbed my heating disk with everything I didn’t, and I soaked it for the night, but these spots do not go away, I must watch right away ... I still boil the milk on milk porridge, 50 minutes. And if you need porridge, then I put it on for an hour and keep it heated for another half hour (so that it is the way I like it). I tried it on extinguishing, on "steam", but there it is still necessary to follow. sparta, tomorrow I'll try again at 100, I haven't gotten to that yet
lиly, I've bought it and don't regret it even once, all you need is: mv701: getting ready, it's a matter of skill.
I now have the main question - proofing the dough, I'm experimenting everything Today I put the dough in the cartoon after I cooked the broth, and didn't turn on anything, it rose, oh, oh! But all because I am not a baker, I am an experienced researcher

Girls tell me, for a family of 5 people (4 adults + 1 child) there will be enough pan volume.

You will have to chase after 60 if you mature, 65 - in any online store, but 60 - I can't find anywhere. And where there is such a price for it made, which is generally not real !!!!!!
sparta
vtusya, I think so ... depending on what to cook. Just at the time ...

Today I tried to steam eggs. This is a pleasure, I will say. Nothing cracks, does not run away, 20 minutes was just enough. The milk at 100 ° boils well and does not run away (thanks to Olya), I stew the bread at 30 ° (this is already Alisa-Topol), bake it every other day, thought about a bread maker, the chebys mixed it for me. Anything else new to experiment with?
sparta
Natasha, I steamed eggs in 10 minutes ... Soft-boiled eggs are enough for 7 minutes.
You're a young mom, aren't you? God himself told you to buy a bread maker. Hint to your husband that March 8 is just around the corner.
Apparently, at first you will have it the most demanded unit.
... personally, I can live without a multicooker and a pressure cooker, but without a bread maker, no!
My old one broke down, worked for 5 years. It's so hard without her ... I bought myself a new one a few days ago. Outrageously glad!

That is, just turn it off after 10 minutes? And tell me what is the difference between vegetables and fish in the "steam" mode, both for 20 minutes?
sparta, with a new thing,
sparta
Irishka, Hi! Thank you!
My first "unreasonable shopping" in life, when I bought a thing in advance without planning a purchase, not reading reviews and not looking for the right model by parameters in the internet. It doesn't look like me at all ... I went into the foxtrot, saw Gorenje "900 AL, complete with 2 buckets, 2 stirrers and a favorite blue light, I realized that my ... At home I found an irreplaceable function for me - home mode, where you can to set the time of proofing, kneading, baking by yourself .. In general, I was very pleased ... this hp is much better than the first one.
Natasha, in the vegetables-fish mode, the time is set - from 5 minutes and more. No, I set the time, it switches itself off.
And regarding the second question ... in vegetables and fish, the steam mode is set in the range from 5 to 30 and 42 minutes. And in the "meat" mode from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Thanks also!
And me on "you" ... like not yet aunt

7 minutes from what to detect? From the moment it boils? How much water to pour, and how much time to set in total, since the countdown starts immediately after starting the program
Who has already calculated how much water and how much it boils in order to add this time and set the right time?

And from the holidays all of you lovely ladies!
sparta
spawn_lmg, No. Put steam, any of the 3 programs, set the time to 7 minutes. From the beginning of the program ... You don't need to calculate anything.
Pour water into 2 glasses. Eggs - in a steam basket. At the end of 7 minutes, the cartoon will beep - you can take out the eggs, ready!

Girls, happy holiday to all of us !!!

It very much depends on the buckwheat itself, sometimes such a wooden one comes across, but there is normally digestible

lиly, I didn't really make a casserole, but a cheesecake fair https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=172915.0

Nooo, there is nowhere to put, there are not enough rezetoks. While I'm torturing the cartoon

Thanks for the cheesecake recipe, but I'll try it another time, I've already made a casserole!

Hello! Girls, we need your help as experienced. The first time I cooked rice today in a multicooker, when the water boiled, everything climbed through the valve. The valve was on a closed lock, please tell me what I did wrong. Thanks in advance everyone
sparta
Irina, good afternoon!
The valve must always be closed when cooking.
I did not have such a situation (I do not cook a lot, because I never "spit out" anything through the valve). But the girls from the neighboring Temka in such cases advised to rinse the rice very well until the water becomes clear (the Chinese rinse rice in 8 waters). In the next. once everything will work out for sure !!!
Irina_72
Thanks for the answer! I'll try to rinse the rice better. The lock was in the closed position, maybe I took more water than recommended. I was afraid that the dark rice might not cook. I am confused that the insert in the valve turns very easily, from closed to open, without fixation. So everyone?
sparta
This is normal. That's how it is with me in the first and second 65 Dex.
Irina_72
Thank you for your patience with my questions. Today I cook for the first time in a multicooker

Hello to all forum users! I am mastering the multicooker Dex-65.
There was a problem trying to make chicken soup today.
I loaded the meat, poured water, turned on the stewing mode - everything is according to the book.
After 30 min. I went into the kitchen and saw that water with foam was driven through the upper valve.
The entire multicooker is covered with dried foam on top, the display fogged up, half of the water in the pan.
Turned it off. I laundered everything. I put it on the stove.
Now I sit and think what happened ?
I ask experienced advice. If discussed, poke your nose.
Thank you.
Vanilla
It happens to me if you load a saucepan to the maximum, and I also noticed that a lot of foam is formed from store chickens, and it spits out through the valve. Now I either pour less water, or they control the boiling process. The cartoon is good, you need to get used to it

For 2 years I have been the happy owner of DEX 50. I began to miss her, and in the summer it is not very convenient to carry the cartoon back and forth to the dacha. I stopped at 65 models, ordered, then started reading the topic. At first I was upset because of glitches with "Buckwheat", then I resigned myself, decided to cook porridge at 50. For two days I did not dare to make sure that the mode was glitchy, but yesterday I did an experiment, I sent 1 multi-glass of buckwheat + 2 multi-glasses of water to the multi-cooker. A miracle happened! Buckwheat was cooked for about 35 minutes and turned out to be perfect without heating and other tricks.
Apparently, DEX fixed a glitch in model 65, "Buckwheat" mode is working!
I like the cartoon very much, after 50 the model does not disappoint. Milk porridge turned out great, cooked barley for 40 minutes. I wondered why someone had raw porridge in 50 minutes. 8 o'clock was too much for yoghurt, I'll try to put it at 6 o'clock today. I have not tried all modes yet. If there are any complaints, I will unsubscribe.
sparta
yanapp, thanks for such a helpful review! Now we will know, for the future I wanted the same, even though go exchange it!
Congratulations on your assistant!
yanapp
Thank you, sparta So now it makes sense to exchange, why not? Let's hope that my cartoon is not unique and this is a new batch.
sparta
I have already exchanged one buggy one. On exactly the same
Now I got used to all the glitches, I found an approach to them, I cook buckwheat 2 times, I make yogurt with an open valve, I turn on rice after stewing the meat after 5-10 minutes of rest multi ...
I would exchange it if I was sure that I would get a modified cartoon, and if there was an exchange through a service center in our city, I would run at a run. But I don’t want to start the hassle with the online store again ...
Basically, mine suits me ...
And you must write about your cartoon ... very interesting
Vanilla
Hello everyone. Has anyone tried making custard for napoleon in a cartoon? Specifically, the mode is of interest, you just have to cook a lot at once. I just want to try 80 degrees manually. Maybe someone is already familiar

Hello. Tell me which cartoon is better to take Dex-60 or Dex-65? Which is better?

Have you found dex60 on sale?

Natasha, in the Metro it happens sometimes ...
Tanya, unambiguously - dex -60, it works for everyone without any complaints ...
But I have a dex-65, I love her very much too!
