Have you found dex60 on sale?
I bought it from my hands. New. And in the internet, but difficult to find, and expensive.
Stromy
Hi :-)
Take to your friendly ranks! I read the whole forum and stopped with my husband at the 65th model as a gift to me on Dr. We decided that we will somehow cope if there are glitches with buckwheat.
Today they brought it :-) I wrote out the recipes and now I'm spinning in the kitchen :-)
Rice went first. I sincerely hope not to be disappointed :-)
sparta
Stromy, hello, namesake!
Welcome to our humble ranks!
What are the first impressions of multi?
Did you like the cooked rice?
Girls from Ukraine, maybe someone can tell you which milk powder looks like real?
I bought Etalon cream, something not cream at all ... and not milk ... I want the taste of childhood ...
Stromy
Thanks, namesake!
I am so delighted with the multicooker! From lunchtime I managed to cook rice - enough for dinner for three and for 2 more dishes. I made meatballs in tomato sauce, a liver cake. I wanted to stew zucchini with potatoes for dinner - I did not calculate the time a bit, so it turned out rice and meat with rice for dinner.
Now the milk is languishing. I want buckwheat milk porridge in the morning with a delay, but I haven't decided yet - will he suddenly run away? Scary so far.
Everything is prepared with a minimum of body movements, so to speak. Figs I would have cooked lying in bed, even if even two and a half very tasty dishes yesterday

Hello everyone!!! half a year ago became the owner of dex 65. read reviews about dex decided this particular company. and just then a new model 65 came out, I think new is better. this is my first cartoon. my first disappointment is the condensation that, when the lid is opened, flows in a stream onto the bowl and further down, I got the hang of putting a paper towel. then after 5 months of use the program of rice stopped working. I am from the beginning och. I was upset, but decided that you can cook on buckwheat. this program worked for me. Today I have a complete shock of frying the meat, and bam-does not work. shows only the time and that's it. not even a choice of programs. I am terrified. bought over the Internet. nearest serv. center 150 km

my first disappointment is condensation, which, when the lid is opened, flows in a stream onto the bowl and further down
And at first I got used to not completely opening the lid, but somewhere around 45 °, waiting for everything to drain into the saucepan, and then quickly opening it completely. Someone wrote about it, I liked it.
sparta
Girls, and I specially bought dense moisture-absorbing napkins, cut out crescents from them (where the lid connects to the main part), when opened, everything flows down onto these napkins, they absorb condensation great ... nothing flows past and over the pan ...
If you need a photo, I'll insert it later ...
ledi
Olya, of course interesting, let's take pictures
sparta
Something like this ... True, napkins "shrink" over time, after buying a multi and my invention, I did not change them, anyway they perform their function

sparta, I thought you already told all the secrets, take note!
sparta
Natasha,
Try it i like
Ninok
sparta, good day! Somewhere I sowed a multi-glass, now I puzzle over what volume was there in ml. Help, please, tell me what volume is there. I have a 65th Dexik. There is a 180 ml baby bottle, if I will try it later. Thank you!!!
sparta
Ninok, hi!
I went to get a baby bottle and scales from the bins ... and I don't use a measuring glass, the box contains 3 glasses from multi, pressure cookers and x. P.
The lower division is 1/4, on the scales - 43 grams, in the bottle - 45 ml.
Average 1/2, on scales - 90 g, in a bottle - 93 ml.
3/4 division - 130 ml, on the scales - 130 grams
Why do you need a measuring glass? Do you live far away? (I can give mine)
pandorray
So I became the owner of DEX 65!
After boiling water, an experiment with buckwheat was immediately set up
Flight is normal !! It took about an hour for 4 cartoon glasses.
I continue to experiment!
I want to put yogurt today. Tell me, do you pour milk directly into the bowl?
Alisa-Topol
pandorray,
you can put milk + sourdough in a bowl, or you can in jars in portions. But I always put a napkin under the jars (so as not to scratch the bottom) and fill the bowl with water up to half (or a little more) - I need to look at the jars.
In jars, of course, it turns out beautifully!
pandorray
Alisa-Topol, and what jars do you take? Did you buy specials?

Happy Birthday!
Alisa-Topol
pandorray,
Thank you!
Special jars for yogurt makers. I bought it completely by accident - the yogurt maker crashed in the store, and the jars are whole. They literally sold them for a penny. Rather, they just brought it out for sale. I looked - like my size! There were 6 glass jars with lids in total, and I only have 4 in use (2 spare). You just have to look carefully in small shops and you will be happy!
pandorray
I didn't find any jars yesterday, poured milk into a bowl, set the manual mode to 40 degrees for 20 minutes, then added the leaven and placed it on yogurt. After 8 hours, a liquid viscous mass was obtained, it tasted like milk.
What's wrong?
UHT milk.
sparta
Julia, about jars. I bought at aukro-expensive ... But in our cartoon jars from under the baby food toddler fit perfectly ... The only negative is that they have metal lids.
Try to make it with homemade milk - I can't get normal yogurt from the store. And he sourdough depends a lot - try on another.
Alisa-Topol
I just pour milk (farm) into a bowl or jars (not to the top). I add the yoghurt starter or my own yoghurt. I put the jars in a bowl and pour water into the bowl up to half of the jars. I turn on the "yogurt" mode
Or I put milk on languishing for 6 hours (at night). Pour baked milk into jars, add fermented baked milk or my own fermented baked milk. And again the "yogurt" mode.
Everything is fine, fast, simple.
Alisa-Topol
sparta, I'm so glad to see you!!!
How are you?
sparta
Lenchik, well!
We arrived normally, enjoy the mountains, fresh air and, most importantly, tranquility !!!
But my soul hurts for Donetsk and Luhansk people, even if you don’t read the news ... howl hunting what they are doing ...
Alisa-Topol
Well, at least everything is fine with you!
pandorray
sparta, thanks, I'll try to look for jars.
There is a problem with homemade milk - I can't stand the smell of it ...
I had the sourdough "acidolact-tours" from old stocks. Yesterday I ordered more new ones.

Alisa-Topol, do you make baked milk only on simmering?
I read somewhere about extinguishing (even before your message) and put it on this mode. I smeared oil on the border, but still started spitting through the valve. Turned it off and put it on languor.
Alisa-Topol
pandorray, "quenching" in dex is stronger than in Panasonic, and milk will run away. If you don't want to bother yourself with languor (and why?), Then you can set the mode on the "milk porridge" 2 times - and there will be baked milk. But longing is better (for me) - the taste is different.
Never oiled a border. If the porridge is already very "running away" - like corn or wheat - and you really want to boil it in milk, then you can put the top steamer in a bowl with milk and cereals. And cook necessarily on "milk porridge".
Actually, I cook these cereals in water on the "milk porridge" mode, and add milk and butter to the ready-made porridge for lovers.
pandorray
Alisa-Topol, so I did 5 hours on languor, then I did not like the pale color.
I put it on extinguishing - I run periodically, I spy, it boils slowly, turns brown, but does not seem to run away.
There are 20 minutes left, then I will pour it into the jar.
Hands are already itching to bake honey cake

try to put three ordinary glasses. 0.5 l cans. and the yogurt did not work, maybe because of the sourdough itself, maybe the shelf life is running out?
alisanna
The girls want to buy a Dexik 65, but I read somewhere that there were problems with the buckwheat regime. What do you say, how are you with buckwheat?
CurlySue

try to put three ordinary glasses. 0.5 l cans.

The consistency of the yoghurt will be highly dependent on the sourdough culture.
Which one did you use? There are just such, liquid-viscous, I do not like these either.
I use GoodFood starter culture
and yes, I ALWAYS have 4 0.5 liter cans in my cartoon, just put 3, and the fourth one - by lifting the next one.
It's so convenient for me, just enough for a week.
pandorray
I don't remember what sourdough I had (company)

Today I wanted to boil milk on the manual sun and found that the touch buttons do not work - temperature and product selection
Maybe I'm not pushing them like that? Although I have already tried it in different ways ...
Vanilla
You need to keep your finger on the button a little longer, they don't work from a simple touch.
alisanna
Girls, please enlighten! Oh, these agony of choice! I have already decided that I will take the 65th, and then it turns out that there is a 55th with a larger saucepan. How do they differ?
alisanna
Is the pan thickness the same?
alisanna
Good day, I want to unsubscribe, because about 2 weeks ago I bought a dex-65, the first thing I did was cook buckwheat, it's normal. In general, today I cooked on my favorite programs stewing, frying, steam, rice, buckwheat, manual. I haven't tried baking yet, until everything turns out like in the 60th. Outwardly, I like it more, passing by I want to stroke, since the touch lights up the display
Alisa-Topol
alisanna, good luck! Try, learn, experiment and delight your family with delicious and healthy food!
I am glad that Dex corrected the "buckwheat", otherwise so many copies were broken about this! Although, it does not bother me! The baking works great! And in the summer, in the heat, you don't want to bake in the oven at all. So good cartoon helps out! Sponge cake, after all, in my opinion, turns out better in panasik, but in dex all kinds of liquid pies, grandmothers, muffins come out amazingly ... The dough fits in it wonderfully - I don't load cotton with this business. The yoghurt is amazing. Just keep in mind that if you make yogurt in jars, then you will need more sourdough, and if in a bowl, there will be quite a bit of sourdough, so I look at the amount of sourdough ...
In short, welcome to the Dex DMC 65 lovers club!
alisanna
Elena, thank you for the kind words! So you have dex 65 too? I didn’t try to make yoghurt in a cartoon, as there is a yoghurt maker. But in a yogurt maker, I don't always succeed, maybe in a cartoon it will come out better. Hello from Odessa!
Alisa-Topol
Greetings from Taganrog!
Yes, I took three dex65 - for relatives and friends. Relatives from near Donetsk ordered, and we arrived, paid and took them ... All three deks still work perfectly, without any complaints (except for "buckwheat", but it doesn't bother me). I drive mine without pity and rest, together with Panasik and cotton!
Check out this thread about yogurt for a lot of helpful tips. Basically, if the yogurt doesn't work out, the sourdough is to blame.
Good luck!

Greetings from Riga !. It seems that the rice mode is not microprocessor-based. I noticed that it always works the same in the region of 45 minutes. Then she specially checked - she poured very little water into the bowl, turned on the rice mode, waited for the water to boil away (10 minutes), and then the cartoon had to be forcibly turned off in order to avoid damage to the bowl, since she was not going to finish the work. I have another question. How can high temperatures be used in manual mode if the cartoon cannot be closed? By the way, the so-called manual mode allows you to set only the same temperatures that are already set in other programs.
Rinka
Hello everybody.I decided to write my own review about this cartoon. became the owner back in November 2013. my first joy was. the rice and buckwheat programs worked. the only thing ...: girl_red: the cup from below peeled off the malekh. but then bang: swoon: and after half a year it just stopped working: cray: bought on the internet. I wrote there, sent * (at their expense), waited a couple of weeks, called. we will change the pier for a new one or others with a surcharge. there was really no money for another at that moment. : agreed to the same model. came ... a complete disappointment - the rice program does not work, buckwheat does not turn off, I did not see it, everything is burnt. the steam program is written, the timer turns on after the water boils .. nothing like that. in general, sheer chagrin. to be honest, I look forward to when he stops working again to change. know for what
Arnica
Sad ... Can't you change it now? After all, the programs do not work normally, it is not known how long to wait for something. In the topic we choose a multicooker, a pressure cooker, you can find the answer to the question: what to choose.
mari_lu
Tell me how to make the clock in the multiserver work constantly? After the purchase, they shone for several months and that's it. Is there a place for batteries somewhere? Tired of constantly adjusting the time when you turn it on.

There, however, dex-50 was dismantled. But the principle, I think, is the same. In general, the battery should be changed in the service.
yanapp
Girls, I’m complaining to you)) I noticed in my 65 Dex that the pie rises more on one side than on the other. And recipes with the addition of butter-margarine are not obtained, everything just sticks together into a brick. Something with the temperatures? What to do?
Dex 50 doesn't behave like that.
Vanilla
After a year of daily use, the multi finally sorted out all the modes. Something does not work out very rarely, I already know all the jambs in advance and is ready. But yesterday another bummer! I have two saucepans - my own one and bought them additionally, I drive them alternately. So, inside at the bottom of the pots (on the additional one earlier), small bubbles-swellings began to appear, and then the coating peeled off and holes formed. It's a shame that I took care of them so much, bought special spoons and ladles, hardly touched the bottom. I suspect that if this teflon peels off, the casters will not be able to use. Is it possible to match a ceramic bowl to this cartoon? Is it just me?
yaroslav3030
After a long painful search and choosing a multicooker, today I decided. Acquired Dex-65. Not yet printed, left for the weekend.
As a beginner, my question is:
1. At the beginning of cooking. what kind of water to pour: cold or hot. What is filtered. I know about it.
2. Where can I find simple recipes for DEX-65. Are the recipes suitable, one to one, from DEX-60 (time. Temperature. product quality it. e).
Thanks to all!
yaroslav3030

Tell me, where, in addition to the recipe book, can you also get recipes for DEX-65? I'd like to cook baked meat, roll or boiled pork. Tell me these recipes.
Vanilla
Recipes can be taken on this site, write in the search. From dex 60 recipes are suitable. I pour cold water, only into an unheated saucepan. In general, try to save the casserole, this is an important part of the multi. Inspiration to you!
yaroslav3030
I bought a second pot for Dex-65. I will take care, scientist with a frying pan. I would like to cook barley, forgotten youth (army). Who knows, share the recipe for DEX.
