I have a Mulya 6002. It looks like he once again interferes with the dough - how are you ?? I tried different programs, but everywhere it interferes for the third time ... for example - at 8 (White bread) it interferes, then rest for probably 5 minutes, and then interferes ... and then, as it were, I have to rest so that the bread rises ... but after the dough has risen ... somewhere in 20 minutes it starts stirring again ... and all the dough falls off ...
Is that how it should be ??? or what is the problem ??
Lagri
Yes. this is how it should be: first she kneads the dough, then a break for 5 minutes and again kneads longer, 15-20 minutes, then the dough rises, then kneads again, because the ingredients are added, then rise again, and before baking a couple more mixes (molding test). So don't worry, your stove is doing it right.
uiic
Lagri thank you, they reassured))) but how he began to interfere where the dough had already fully approached ... and after kneading - it never rose a second time ... So I started to panic)))
Lagri
Even when the Baking mode is turned on, the dough still rises, I noticed this. So the test still had time to climb a little higher. Well, how did your bread, by the way, rise, turned out to be successful, or what?
uiic
Yes, I made wheat-rye .... I got up well))) I am still at war with this mule - I have it for less than a month))) so I look at it
Lagri
Congratulations! Good luck with your bread baking!

What to do in a situation when the bread baking program is interrupted due to a power outage?
Once, 45 minutes before the end of the program, the lights went out for 15-20 minutes. I was not at home at that moment. when I returned, the x / n showed that the baking was over, but the bread was raw inside. Not knowing what to do, I just brought it to an edible state in the oven, but of course the bread did not rise. It was very sad

Yesterday I put the dough in the "Yeast dough" mode in my cotton 5024. When I was taking out the dough from the bucket, I noticed that some kind of dirty dough was near one of the shafts. There was something leaking or something. What could it be? Tell me, pliiiz. The bucket bought a new one in August. What to do now?
sazalexter
Lagri The stuffing box leaks, alas, nothing can be done. Then the bucket just wedges or the knot is destroyed.
Lagri
: cray: What a pity, it's new ... I just bought it in August and it chirped so quickly? sazalexter, I have an old bucket (scratched in several places, but I use it to knead the dough), so if anything, it will be possible to rearrange something later into a new one, or is there no longer a guarantee that everything will work well and do not need to rearrange anything? Any advice ...

Unfortunately, you won't do anything ... You have to buy a new bucket. I had THREE buckets. At the service center, they told me that it was beyond repair (although people claim that they change the oil seal by acquaintance) and that the bucket serves with intensive use for six months or a year ... One way out is to look for Kulibin ... or prepare money for a new bucket .. The price, of course, is still the same !!! A third of the cost of the stove itself !!! We have 330 hryvnia, multiply it by about 3-4, and you will get the price in rubles ... True, this is the price of last year.
I now have a bucket in a disassembled state. The husband is "looking for" the oil seal ... For about two weeks we bought bread in the store, and then bought a new x \ oven. True, not Mulya (I don't want to step on a rake), but Panasonic. Works quietly, quietly. And the top of the bread is rosy, and on a dark crust, even too rosy ...
Good luck!

It is difficult to disassemble, but possible. The only thing is not to spoil that scratched bucket, but it makes the dough! And you can't bake in it, is bread baked?
sazalexter
Lagri Use it calmly for now, bake on a scratched bake, do not be afraid of anything

Just do not wash with detergents so that the coating does not bubble.

New bucket - no way !!! I really regretted that I bought the second bucket (for 2 thousand!). Let him finish it, but I will never buy Moulinex again. Although I really like her. Apparently I was not destined to buy Mule, I was exhausted with her. Last year, somewhere in the spring, I bought a Panasonic 2502 (due to Muli's breakdowns) and they both worked alternately. Then Moulinex started to go to the service every now and then: the belt flew twice and some other troubles, but then it was still under warranty. I like Panasonic.

It makes the dough and even after baking does not stick very much. After baking for 15 minutes, I cover the bucket of bread with a terry towel and the bread comes out well. I do not bake in it because of the harmfulness of the damaged coating of the bucket when heated to a high temperature, at least I read about this on the internet. I use detergents - only households. soap.
sazalexter
Lagri Do not read about the "harmfulness" of Teflon, it is definitely harmful to health, and it is also harmful to be nervous about a broken HP And the rest, from the evil one.

Okay, I'm taking note of everything.
sazalexter

I'm from Russia.
P.S. I understood everything, you watched my punishment. Corrected.
You are a joker, however, sazalexter.

sazalexter, I had a question: if there is metal dust under the bucket and scuffs are visible - how to evaluate it? Should you worry? In a year of work I wiped this dust for the first time, I thought that it should be so.
P.S. Confused and went in the wrong place. I asked about Panasonic.
sazalexter
Lagri It seems to me that there is nothing wrong with that, my SD-255 and De'LonghiEOB 2071 have such dust.
The bucket is mobile here and there and wear in places of friction is inevitable.
Lagri
Moulinex has had such a story for a long time, but there were other problems as well, and this is Panasonic. Thought it shouldn't have been here ... Thanks for the answer.

For 5 years, the entire menu was completely erased, for a while a sticker in Ukrainian helped out, now our panel is pristine, no information :-) but it should be, I don't remember everything.

Who solved the problem?
inika
The problem with the Delph bread maker, during the baking process, did the display go out and the oven stopped working?

And I ditched my Mulichka before Easter, she, such a clever girl, did so much work on the last batch, 5 minutes remained until the end of the batch, suddenly there was such a sound like a light bulb burned out. The husband was at home, looked ...the engine burned out, I cried, here's a radish, did not give the old woman a rest, she served me for 4 years by faith and hard work. True, 3 years ago we changed the bucket, then we bought it for 180 hryvnia, and then the kettle burned out from the neighbor and the husband took the oil seal there, or whatever it’s called, changed it in the old bucket and don’t believe it, I have been using the old restored bucket for 3 years, but the new one is , this is how the happiness of some is based on the misfortune of others And so I got used to my Mulichka, that we ordered a motor in KIEV, I already received it 280 gr. + 20 shipping, and in the service they told me 400 gr + 150 hryvnia for installation, yes, but a bucket now it costs 260g.
Children scold me so that I could buy something in a modern way, I already went to Panasonic and Kenwoods, read a lot - my head is square, I need to go to bed
Lagri
Lyuba, if this will console you, I want to offer you an option. I also had troubles with my x / p Moulinex, I also worked hard with her and took her to the service center several times. But after two trips to the service center, I bought another x / p Panasonic 2502, which I loved no less, but continued to put my Mulka in order. I also bought her a new bucket, which leaked after 7 months and no guarantee. In the end, my Mulechka kneads the dough and stands it, can even bake baguettes, but she doesn’t do something yet, I don’t bake bread in it, Panasonic bakes it. And in principle I am satisfied, although it is a pity that Mulka cannot fully work. But I have a great Panasonic stove !. So I think: why not buy you another x / stove ... And little by little, set up your favorite and there will be another one to help her ... Good luck!
Lyuba 1955
Maria, then you advise Panasonic? I'm so distracted now, Kenwood 450 was at first my dream, and now I lean more towards Panasonic, for the second week I've been reading all the topics about these stoves
Lagri
I also read a lot, so as not to be mistaken in my choice and fell in love with Panasonic in advance. It's already the second year since I bought it, I'm sooo happy! I advise. Go to the Panasonic theme, there you can advise which of the three models to buy. Mine is the best for me, but some people don't like the yeast dispenser. If the clicking sound of the yeast dispenser is okay, go for model 2502, stainless steel body. If it interferes, take 2501, but the case is plastic, it is almost the same as 2502. And 2500 - there is no Rye Bread program in it, although many people bake rye bread without this program. I also read about the Kenwoods, but I think Panasonic is better. At least almost everyone is crazy about this stove. The only thing that was a burden for me was the temperature equalization (this oven just stands for some time before kneading and the temperature of the products evens out, but this is to improve baking). So I also found a way out: when I don't want to wait for this time, I turn on the stove, and then I start preparing the ingredients and putting everything in a bucket - so the time before kneading is sharply reduced. In general, the sand is super! Do not doubt. Good luck with your choice.
And I still love my Mulechka, she is like a dough mixer for me mainly - kneads and stands the dough. Although sometimes it creaks so much that I'm afraid the belt will fly off again: it flew 2 times and only because of this there was a x / stove in the service 2 times. And in total it was 5 times, but there is no guarantee and if we will repair it on our own.
Lyuba 1955
Oh, Mariyka, thank you very much, your words are so necessary for me, deeply somewhere I already decided to take Panasonic, but I needed support, a push, so to speak. And I also plan to use Moulinex as a dough mixer-proofer

Girls, if possible, I have a question (I will never calm down with the choice), but the lid of the yeast dispenser cannot be completely unscrewed? because I really like the option in stainless steel, but the sharp sound is embarrassing ... Or block it tightly ... Or maybe someone knows how to tune to a quiet click:

It seems to me that none of this can be done, it's easier to get used to. I even use this sound as a signal to start mixing and go to watch the kolobok. Although go to the topic of Panasonic - maybe they will advise there, there are many specialists.

And I didn't bother. I did not have much love with Mulinex OW 110130, although it worked for six months, launched it 4-5 times a week. A month ago, plastic began to melt on it - the front part of the lid and the upper part of the stove, which is covered with a lid. At first, I could not understand what the pungent smell was when baking, and then I saw the yellowed and wavy plastic ...
Yesterday I just took the stove to the store and took the money. So I will now look for a model from another company.
Kateryushka
Good day! Accept the newbie
Tell me how to proceed. Mom picked up HP Moulinex OW500230 in the markdown department. According to the act, there were no stirring knives in it. Have bought. I put it on for the first time, but it does not start to interfere. The timer counts, somewhere in an hour (or maybe more) it began to warm up slowly (the dough did not knead). Doesn't change the program.
And what should I do with her ??? Pliz, save the people
Lagri
If it is possible to hand it over to the store, then it is better to hand it over. Or to a service center, if under warranty.

And she will not begin to interfere, there are no mixers

Something I have suspicions that they will not be accepted back, because when buying, the absence of mixers was indicated. But, of course, you can try. Alternatively, order mixers in the service and use it for health.
Kateryushka
Well, I'm not quite there. Mixers are.
And how to pass it if 2 weeks have passed
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Aaaaa, there are stirrers. Well you write that they are not. So I think, why are you going to interfere without them then.

And the return of low-quality, albeit discounted equipment is possible. The consumer protection law (Article 18) has not been canceled.

Well, the stove has some kind of guarantee, which means that it should be adjusted to the service center if it is too late to take it to the store. While there is a guarantee, use it.

If she doesn't even change the program, then how to use it? You will not do anything yourself, give it to the specialists. Or what did you mean?

I changed the program after all. Maybe it was a glitch at the first start
I'll try to contact the service, but still I wanted to hear at least approximate reasons and the ability to eliminate them with my own hands. I just think that the guarantee will be denied and my husband will dig himself (otherwise he just does not know where to stick
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Kate, You in idle check if the engine is turning at all. Even without a bucket, you can do it.
Kateryushka
no, it doesn't twist
Lagri
Maybe the belt fell off? I had this: the stirrers were standing still. The service was being adjusted. Does she make at least some sounds?
Kateryushka
beeps when turned on. and a mustache does not even buzz
Lagri
Take it to the service center if you fail to hand it over to the store. And if it doesn't get better, then with an act from the service center to the store for money.
Kateryushka
I handed it over to the store I went for a warranty card (I took the HP with me just in case), looked and said that it was not being repaired

EEEh, where to shake off the stirrers now ???

After the vacation I will look for a new one. Thank you all for the advice
Lagri
I have a problem: after running the "Yeast dough" program at the bottom of the bucket and on the dough like this:

Problems and breakdowns of Moulinex bread makers

I don’t understand what it is. Rust or something, and where did it come from ... Help, plii from The dough is ruined, but I'm more sorry for the bucket ...
sazalexter
Replacing the bucket, failure of the oil seal.
