utj, This is lucky for you, usually the HP electronics are not picked up in services, only replacement, as a rule, is expensive or the unit is not.

Good afternoon everyone.
She took the bread maker from my mother for a while, but there’s a little trouble with her. Since she has been in the house for only 3 days, the story will be an absolute amateur)))
So, the thing that rotates and kneads the dough remains inside the bread during the baking process. Is there anything you can do about it, or is this little inconvenience just worth tolerating?
sazalexter
LuninaThis is a common thing for Moulinex, don't worry. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=205148.0

Hello! Unfortunately, this is Mulek's "trouble". This "little thing" not only remained in my bread, but also baked in it ... A HUGE hole was formed !!! Remove the stirrer from the bread with a wooden hook (the sushi stick is pointed like a crochet hook) or open the bread maker after the last kneading and remove it from the dough. And then the bread maker bakes without it!

Good afternoon, bakers! And I had an embarrassment with my 6118 mule. Cracking and knocking appeared when kneading the dough. My first thought was that the agitators fell off, but they were in place. She removed the bucket, but the rattle remained, on the forum they found information that the belt could fly off, you need to go to service. Information about services is different from bad to very sad, and my husband independently took up the autopsy. Everything turned out to be simple (almost). Complete disassembly of the mechanics revealed nothing, the gears are not worn out, the belt is in place, the tension is normal, the motor rotates silently. It was decided to lubricate and put everything in place. Regarding lubrication, the conversation is separate. The available high-temperature lubricants were only in liquid form, which is not entirely acceptable for shafts, and the husband went for lithol, since the Internet writes his temperature regime up to 150 degrees. Some kind of blue crap "mannol" with an anti-seize effect up to 170 degrees was bought in a car shop. The shafts were re-oiled, and along with them the teeth of the gears were thoroughly oiled and everything was assembled. My HP did not work like that with the new one. The noise has disappeared, I am delighted with the kneading. Certain fears were caused by the assembly of the unit, since the stove was disassembled on Friday, and assembled on Sunday. The husband was afraid to confuse with the bolts, but the Mulinex campaign must be given its due - each bolt has an intuitive (its) installation location. After assembly, everything works fine, despite the fact that the cause of the noise remained undetected. The noise effect could have been caused by not lubricated gear teeth. There was some difficulty in rotating the gears by hand in a certain place. The entire revolution took place smoothly, and when reaching a certain place, some effort was required. This seizure was cyclical and was observed with every revolution. But these jamming did not coincide with a bang. After removing the gears from the shafts, we noticed a slight longitudinal play of the shafts in the bushings - when the shafts moved back and forth, there was a slight metallic knock of the mating parts. This gave a reason to change the lubricant in the drive.
A week has passed - the flight is normal. Good luck to all!

Ua79, you are lucky that your husband figured everything out and your stove again worked even better. than new. And mine just cracks when kneading. The warranty has expired long ago. And I would not give it to the service center.Painfully negative impressions left from the service center in connection with my Moulinex (I have a model 5024). It would also be necessary to disassemble and see what is bursting there, my husband promised, but somehow it doesn't work out. I also have x / stoves, so he is in no hurry. But I still hope that someday it also works without a crack.
Ua79
Your stove just doesn't have enough lubricant (most likely)

We have a stove "Moulinex OW6002 Baguettes and Co" in our family, we have been using it for almost 1.5 years, before that there were no problems with the "brains", that is, there were no problems with the program. The problem arose quite recently - for the third time, after 20-30 minutes of kneading the dough, the oven gives a signal and turns off, resets the program to 00-00 (baking program No. 9). We turn on the second kneading and again the same problem after 20 minutes, we have to manually stand the dough without heating the ten. After the dough distance, you have to re-enable the program for manual baking of bread (program no. 15), it bakes normally, although the EEE error once popped up during baking.
What could be the problem, can anyone come across this?
I heard that you can restart the program to the initial factory state or reset the errors by pressing the + and - buttons at the same time with the stove turned off from the network and holding both buttons back on again. Can you use this advice and will it not permanently disable the bread maker?
We are waiting for practical advice.

Andrew Wangok, I don’t know the service of codes for this HP, I can’t help. Try to contact the service.

HP in operation for 5 years (OW 2000) plows about 200 days a year. After reading the topics, I decided to share.
First, the bucket. From scratch it worked for 2.5 years, then a leak-wedge I am a little friends with pieces of iron, I tried it myself. Briefly: the bottom of the bucket drilled out rivets, pulled out the remnants of the shaft sleeve, instead of the standard one, for which they wanted a lot of money in the spare parts store, I made a fluoroplastic one according to measurements, a cuff of 70 UAH, assembled on screws with countersunk heads under a cross, for 2 years 5 months of work in the same mode, no backlash, no leaks!
And bitter experience: 4 years of operation = motor brushes. Timely replacement will save you from additional costs, since I had to change the control triac and buy an engine, and in the old one the shaft and bearings were in excellent condition.
Everything was done by hand.
If someone is interested, I detail all the processes, there is simply no time now.

Good afternoon everyone! Sadness happened, my bread maker stopped kneading the dough. it seems that she does not have enough power to knead, that is, I fall asleep with the ingredients, she starts to interfere with them, and when they turn into a mass, she starts making sounds, as if something is jamming and stops kneading the dough. I pull out the lump - it kneads on empty, put back a piece of dough - it jams again. What could be the reason?? the motor works well by itself. dad tried to stop these things with his hand, which come into contact with the bowl in order to turn the blades, so there is so much power that he hurt his finger, but he could not brake them. maybe it's the case? I left it with water overnight, maybe because of this there is something on the pins?
tatjanka
Elena Davydova, I really sympathize with you. : oops: BUT the fact is that I had exactly the same problem, one to one, and therefore started looking for a kneader. My HP (Moulinex OW 5004 Home Bread Baguette) is about 5 years old, I don't know what happened, maybe something happened after the last wash. : pardon: Can I do something? Tell me please.

faced a similar problem, when kneading, you could hear the crackle of skipping gears, try to move both rods sticking out from the bottom with the bucket removed. If there is a backlash, the reason is the same - the development in the metal bushings and, with force, the teeth are skewed and skipped. I apologize in advance, I explained as best I could. An autopsy is indispensable, although there is nothing complicated about it.I also got this rattle, and, given the five-year experience of the bread maker, I decided to buy a new one. But you can dig into the old one without haste, it may still work.

Good time. I apologize if in the wrong section. Please tell me, I bought a multicooker for the first time (MOULINEX MK 707832). He warmed up the water.
Such a question: should the 2 dashes "- -" be constantly lit in the on state? Thank you.

Greetings to all!! People need advice !! Here is my present for the New Year .. Problems with HP Mulinex: after starting the program, the bucket is terribly sausage, the amplitude is large, rattle, clang !! The noise is terrible !! If you open the lid and hold the bucket with your finger, everything is fine !! But I don't think this is the way out ..
Please, if someone can suggest what to do, I will be very grateful.
Olga321
Thank you. Do you know, can I exchange it in the store for another model (Purchase 5 days ago), if I have already tried to bake bread, exploit it ?? !!!!

According to the law, alas, no, only if the store shows goodwill ...
Svetlana Mazqarovna
Olga321, you can, within 2 weeks, you can hand over, exchange. I took the sandwich maker, poyuzat and handed over, said that the power is small, does not bake. X / stove scarlett-400 was covered in six months, magician. took it back, they have their own service department in another city, they returned the money for a month. Well, the x / stoves are all kneading noisily, I put my Redmond on a tray, absolutely no noise, the main thing is the quality of baking.

Thanks for the support!!! ))

Hello! My name is Irina. I bought moulinex OW 12 01 neo a month and a half ago, baked bread perfectly. But for 2 days now nothing has been obtained. Has already baked 3 "bricks". The bread does not rise. I can't figure out what happened. I do everything as before, but it just doesn't work out. What to do? Tell me please.

Good day. I ask the help of specialists. Bread maker Moulinex OW502430 does not turn on the tena in the baking program, briefly clicks the relay for about 1 second and releases point 03 when diagnosing the tena, and in program 12, baking for 10 minutes is turned on only for a second. Checked the semiconductor temperature sensor shows 557 ohms in a cold state is it correct? Please tell me the possible reasons.

Good day. I have such a problem: the MOULINEX OW 1101 bread maker, when connected to the network, the display lights up, there is a sound signal and everything turns off immediately. Please tell me what is the reason?
sazalexter
hans, See the integrity of the power cable, the condition of the sockets, if everything is in order, take the HP to the service.
Sofia
Goodnight! Please tell me - is this possible? On the regular bread program, at the stage of proofing and raising the dough, did the dough kneading start for a couple of seconds? What does it mean? This is the third time I bake bread, but I just bought it a week ago.

Good day. I ask the help of specialists. The Moulinex OW6121 bread maker spontaneously ends the program and displays E01 on the screen. At the same time, the bread turns out to be raw, not baked. There is a suspicion of a thermal sensor, but I do not know which one to replace. Tell me the type and marking of the temperature sensor.

Hello everyone!
The machine is already 5 years old, it began to screech hard, when the shafts begin to turn.
I disassembled the stove and wanted to consult:

1) In the picture, I marked with arrows the place of connection with the shafts, there is a lot of scale and burning, can you clean it with some safe means? You can't get there normally, so I thought it was some kind of spray, there is anti-fat, but this is harsh chemistry, but you still cook the product there

Problems and breakdowns of Moulinex bread makers

2) Here the gear is directly glued to the shaft, which can be pushed there, it does not go away, I'm afraid it will break.

3) Between the teeth in some places there is still some kind of grease, mostly it has dried, advise you to add something there? It is necessary to smear between each and how delicious?)

Problems and breakdowns of Moulinex bread makers

4) I posted a video, but according to the rules it is impossible to type, wanted to clarify this normal belt tension? In general, everything seems to be spinning well, it's strange that there was a grinding

sazalexter
georg123, Disassemble and rinse, for example, with gasoline BR-1 "Galosha" (GOST 443-76) (or its analogue - petroleum solvent Nefras S2-80 / 120 TU 38.401-67-108-92), lubricate without extremism with thick silicone or silicone + PTFE grease.
georg123
Thank you very much, I will try. The guys suggested that the belt should be replaced, I will try to find the article of my bread machine model, but there are some designations on the belt itself, you can also see it in the photo, but there is no adequate information on them.
Do you need any special silicone grease? There is, as far as I know, taking into account contact with food products. I also found Teflon silicone lubricants.

I have a moulinex with baguettes, and recently the problem of the roof of bread falling off at the beginning of baking has ripened, and the same thing happens on different recipes.
Now I read the advice to cover the window with a towel.
Who tried it? Does it help?

Olga, and this topic you have not studied?

The bread rises, but falls inward. The reasons that the bread falls off.

As the ex-owner of 2 Mulinex bread machines (both with a window. One, like yours with baguettes), I can say that I never closed the windows.

The reason for the falling / collapse (not often, but it happened) of the roof of my loaves, most often, was too wet dough for a bread machine.
Olga
Before, after all, this was not the case, that is, we exclude the breakdown of the furnace?
Pysy studied the topic up and down

Good day! I can not disassemble my HP Mulinex model OW312E32.
I unscrewed eight self-tapping screws from above (after removing the plugs) and 4 screws at the bottom of the aluminum bath.
Something is preventing the front cover from being removed.
The purpose of the disassembly is to get to the screen from the inside and remove the remains of the cockroach.
Many thanks to the one who prompts.
