It happens to me too, I noticed when idle, if the dough is liquid.
And the backlash must be necessary, otherwise you will not shake out the bread.
Look carefully, maybe the blade turned on the shaft and licked the edges ??

Sometimes it rattles - it probably depends on the bread recipe. And the edges can probably lick off over time - after all, duralumin mixers hit in my opinion. I still have a new stove and there is no wear, but the backlash was originally conceived in the mixers correctly, I agree.

Aunt Besya
I also wanted to find out this question! I bought it yesterday, yesterday for the first time and saw it in my eyes. There really is a sound when mixing. What should it be, how loud? What is considered the norm?
Dakota
And from the vibration during kneading from under the bedside table, my stash falls - A watering bottle, an old cat's tray, adapted for color transplanting works. And so it purrs when mixing, but dances - the bedside table is flimsy.

Cotton thread "Poppy" folded in two or three times. We make it long so that the lid is almost perpendicular to the stove, but does not close, that is, the lever that can break the "ears" is neutralized, the center of gravity is shifted. Of course, with great effort, you can break everything - but the attached lid will already be partially protected. Without my thread, you can see that when the lid hangs on its own weight, leaning back outward, the "ears" on the case noticeably strain, especially in a hot state.

ok14, thanks, a good option for protecting the cover. But it no longer suits us.
By the way, remember I wrote above that we ordered a new cover in the service, so they won't bring it to us - Moulinex refused to supply or they already ran out of these covers, or there is another hidden reason

I think Moulinex, with his many years of experience, has some hidden reason why he makes such not 100% reliable connections on the lid. Although it spoils the reputation. Or what? Are their inventors fizzled out? I would have done it differently in their place.
In general, if this happened to me, I would not go to any service, since this is not an electrical breakdown. I would just remake this veil of my own accord. That is, it would be beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to make a new curtain out of something. I do not like clumsy work and therefore would have altered (repaired) no worse than their design department.

I also had an incident with OW5002. Didn't want to post on the forum because it was unlikely that others would have the same problem. But okay.

At the very first production of bread, at the end of the process, the indication on the lower half of the display turned off. I thought there was some kind of non-contact due to some expansion from the heat. I thought it would cool down and everything would be restored. But no!

Well. Carefully disassembled the bread maker into small parts. Twisted, turned the scoreboard in my hands - I don't see any contact. And suddenly, in one place I see that some Chinese man, when assembling at the factory, cleaned the dirt between 2 contacts so that he cut 3 nearby tracks. And they, the paths, are like hairs. And the cut is almost invisible - there was not enough remnants of the track even for one loaf (the micro-residues probably evaporated when heated). At the factory, during the check, they turned on for a second and everything is OK, just like me at the beginning of the device.

Well.Cleaned, soldered, turned on, the display works completely. I put the bread maker back together and think: "Wow. Such a joke is probably 1 in 1,000,000. It's good that a simple breakdown for me."

It is unlikely that anyone will have the same problem. But anything can happen.

ok14 can I bring you my bread maker for further improvement. My husband is not armless, only there is not enough time, so we take off and put on the lid with every baking. but hope does not die - his hands will reach the bread maker.

Can not . Inventiveness is very expensive, since it is not consumer goods. It can only be a hobby. It is even more expensive than buying another bread maker. But I don't sell it at all.

I wanted to say that if you do it for others, then it will no longer be a hobby, but a job. I don’t want to be engaged in a hobby, except perhaps in my main job.

There are many almost new household appliances in the landfills of Western Europe. They throw it out there, not repair it - the cost of repair = 80% of the cost of the device.

Soon or already with us.

There was a question for the owner of the 5002 model. The instructions say that in the event of a power outage, the program is saved for 7 minutes, and resumes from the point of shutdown. In the morning, the electricity was turned off for literally 1 minute (maybe a little less), after the light was given, a prolonged signal sounded and the stove turned on, but ... everything is great again, from the beginning of the program. Has anyone faced such a situation? Why didn't she continue to work from the place of stopping, as stated in the instructions?
Mueslik
Crochet, you definitely have a crash in the program. I recently chewed on a napkin, so as not to reset the mixing program, it was already coming to an end, I pulled the plug out of the socket. When turned on, it began to work from the place it stopped - I looked for a while. Try again to specifically stop by turning off the power (better at the beginning of the batch, so as not to spoil the products), if you reset the program again, only to the service
Crochet
Mueslik, to my great regret, you were right. Apparently forgotten in the "brains" of my stove, shove such a function. Today the same story repeated itself, the light was pulled for one minute - and as a result, the lost program. Indeed, yesterday, following your advice, I was convinced that this function does not work for me ... Eh ... The service center is far from me ... and they will take my beloved. I'll try to get by for now (electricity isn't often cut off here, I don't know what it got on them, for the second day in a row, one minute at a time). but when I go on vacation, then it will be possible to go to the service. In any case, Mueslik, thanks for responding, otherwise I would have thought that it was written too much in the instructions.

A TALE ABOUT A BROKEN BREAD.

A girl named Lenochka lived in a glorious city on the Dnieper. And she bought herself
a miracle of enemy technology called BAKERY, a company of the overseas Moulinex.
Yes, this machine became so sweet to the girl's heart that the hostess could not tear herself away from the baking.
From mid-February to early May, happiness did not last long, but a misfortune happened! Broke down
stove and the mixer stopped rotating in it. I jumped into a jump with my favorite apparatus under my arm
young lady to the service center complain about a breakdown. And there the most unpleasant news overtook ..... order
you need a bucket and wait as promised for two months, but pay for the breakdown of money in blood and then earned money.
Having paid a deposit of 100 hryvnia, I began to expect! Yes, along the way, rummaging through the site of your favorite
found out that the foe had deceived. And that in Russia to mother such breakdowns are considered during the warranty period
warranty case. It turned out that there is no overseas company representative office in Ukraine. I had to call
to Moscow white stone. The girl Olga answered, listened, helped. After calling her to the domestic INTERSERVICE
(who just called them a service center?) the problem was solved and the money was returned ......... truth and after three months.
Of course, I had to travel, get outraged, and ask for an appointment with the chief of the master. Yes
at the beginning of September ours took! I bake now and enjoy. For the time spent without a miracle machine
she baked with white handles about 30 breads of various kinds from French to Borodino.

I'd like to say thank you and bow low to the holders of this site and to you, my dear bakers, for your advice
and recipes!

At my mulineshka, the shaft began to turn in the bucket. The engine is spinning, but the hole in the "butterfly" (from below, in the bucket) has broken and the shaft does not cling, it turns.
I noticed that after cooking the jam - a few drops leaked and burned, and then this one.
although it is a guarantee, but something pulled me inside, not without the help of my son, of course. So he disassembled all this device at the bottom of the bucket, turned this butterfly by 180 * and fixed it back. Spins like new. It looks like I won't cook jam in it anymore, so as not to risk my assistant.
Makhno
I don’t know why you’re so unlucky ... But don’t worry. The stove is great. I have been using it for 4 months now and I have no complaints.
But it is better not to cook the jam in it. spoil mona
fantast
We bought it, decided to make rye bread, put the ingredients, started in 9 mode, started to stir and we left. Returning after 3 hours - the oven is off and there is only dough inside! turned on, put on the 14-baking mode. After a minute, smoke came from something burnt, they turned off the socket, the dough went bad, but the MACHINE did not react. the display first showed the inscription HHH, then after rebooting it shows the first program and time, but instead of the middle digit, the triplet is turned backwards and the stove does not react to any key! what to do?

I took out everything, washed it.
restarted 20 times, waited 10 and 30 minutes, no reaction.
if you plug it into the socket, it turns on and off is unrealistic in any way!
does not respond to keys at all!
here is a photo of the display:

FUCKED! like a stone from your shoulders

Peace be with you bakers!
fantast and glory to God
but in general, in theory, there is a bimetal plate and while it
do not recharge after overheating will not contact
it's not for nothing that the instructions say that re-baking
recommended not earlier than one hour

Speaking of breakdowns ... I turn my question to the owners of Mulineshek. A couple of times during the kneading, the blades (stirrers) flew off the pins. Has anyone had such a miracle? Or maybe there are some guesses why this is happening?
Z. Y. Such an option as a scapula poorly dressed on a pin is excluded (that's me, just in case).
Mueslik
Crochet, I somehow at first had such an incident once
But I myself am to blame, I helped too diligently the dough at the end of the kneading to lie down beautifully, with a spatula of sherudil and brought the mixer along with the dough
My assumptions - perhaps some kind of special stickiness of the dough, some kind of additives ... The dough stuck zealously to the sides of the bucket and took away the mixer with it ...
Maybe some special recipe?
Antonova
Well, I can continue the sad story ....................... .... The new bucket today started making a lot of noise during kneading and one stirrer was turning. For those interested in reviews about Moulinex 5004, I can tell. I won't buy a new bucket. I will buy a new stove, and obviously from another manufacturer (I assure you in advance that I treat the technique with respect and care)
Iriska
Today I have prepared everything for bread, turned on the oven ... and it will crackle and one stirrer is not spinning. The husband looked and said that they rusted on the attachment bucket. He scolded me for holding too much of the bucket in the water.
In fact, after baking bread, I always poured water into a bucket and set it aside. Then she quickly washed under the tap and set to dry. I have had a stove for exactly one year (today). It's a shame
Everyone who has Moulinex, write if your pins on the bucket that are attached to the HP do not rust. What to do to prevent this from happening. Can HP not wash, but wipe.
The husband is now trying to fix everything. And I
And he laughs, says that now I will bake bread. Like, wait.
Iriska
Hurrah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : wow: I already put rye.
My husband fixed everything, smart girl. I'm not happy now !!!! ...
I disassembled the fasteners, lubricated them, replaced the bracket and that's it !!!
That is, there was a mechanical failure. It's okay now.
Good luck to everyone and no breakdowns !!!
clos2u
Good day. Help me please.
it is completely unclear what is happening and how to be.
Presented with HP Moulinex OW5004
the instructions suggest baking a simple bread first.
Sokolnicheskaya flour, SAF-Moment yeast, salt, water from a filter at room temperature. I measured everything on scales and according to a prescription
--
bread (if you can call it that) rose during baking and was all white,
but when I tried to pull him out of the vat, a flour mass fell out of there ...
it turned out that everything was damp inside ... only a small crust around the edges, but inside
everything is raw, as if nothing was baked ... had to be thrown away

the same thing happened the next time (on the second program)
the dough has risen, but everything is damp inside .... the crust (about 1mm) is a little dense and white,
but inside it is just like damp and porous flour.

what could it be? My hands are crooked or is it a HP marriage?
here they wrote that the stove begins to bake while kneading the dough and because of this the dough crumbles.
maybe I just don't have enough power for heating?
at the end of the baking cycle, the vat is hot to the touch, but you can hold your hand and not remove it - it does not burn.
What temperature should the vat be at the end of the cycle, is it possible to touch it freely and not be afraid of getting burned, or is it just me?
---
tried baking baguettes twice. they, in principle, can be eaten, but they are also all white and top and bottom and sides ...
clos2u
thanks for answers....
I tried to cover the stove on top with a sheet of foil and turn on "baking only" mode 14 - it seemed to get hotter, but the bread, as it was raw, remains ...
then my hands are not quite crooked yet ..)
Yukka
If 2 weeks have not passed, feel free to return to the store.
There shouldn't be any difficulties.
Say what is.
Of course they can send her for examination. How lucky here.
Yukka
Suddenly already appeared there again. And so the money back.
Good luck !!!
clos2u
I baked for two hours what I got on mode 14 with covered foil ...
it seems that something similar to bread turned out ... the truth is all the same all white,
but in principle, you can even eat ..))

Probably, those for whom everything works normally have not such impressions? ))))
Yutan
I have Moulinex QW5004. Of course, you have something with the heating elements. CARRY IN REPAIR !!! or change. THIS SHOULD NOT BE. FIRST, SHE HAS NOT KINDED THE BOLS IN YOU (THE FLOUR IS RUNNING OUT). Then, a weak crust, it means that not everything is in order with the heating elements. The oven is great. I am very happy with her.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
clos2u agrees with people getting a bucket can get you burned
so it's about tenah
carry on exchange
but in fact, I adhere to the rule, as they say, the last one, even the thief does not take it, maybe it is in the window and out of repair or just a deliberately defective type, they say, they will buy it, and then how will it turn out someone will spit and someone will buy a new one for repairs, or maybe someone will fix it himself
although the video service is not bad
Yukka
clos2u, if it was only about the pallor of the bread ... I read people screwed up the bolt and everything became fine. Temka about the completion of the stove was somewhere.

Andrei
Yes, the topic was at the expense of the bolt. But it's WORSE here! The fact is that the bolt only influenced the crust of the bread, and not the pre-baked bread. The shadows do not work at all normally and the bolt is unlikely to help.

Although you must try, and suddenly you get lucky. And you can return to the store and not say that there is a problem with the stove. Just give it back and say what you didn't like (color, design, or didn't fit). And that's all. CAN CARRY OUT!

But if they check and understand that it is defective, then I don't know how the legislation in Russia is spelled out, but in Ukraine it will be 100% sent to a service center - this is spelled out in the Law on Consumer Protection.

My bucket is so hot after baking that it burns right away. Without a towel, I can't even touch the handle.
Yukka
Andrey, I returned 2 stoves ...
They have to accept it!
clos2u
You know, I kind of covered it with foil yesterday when the temperature rose and I couldn't touch the vat either ... but is it okay when you have to use additional "devices" ...))
I'll try today or tomorrow to bake it all under foil, see what happens ...
if nothing comes out on ordinary programs (without additional baking), then, probably, I'll be lucky ...

tomorrow I'll sign off on the results ...
Thank you all.))

After a month of operation, a bucket leaked. The plastic washer on the stem burst and now the liquid flows through the seal into the body, simultaneously washing out the coal, which is used as a sliding bearing.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
Do I need to change the bucket already?
How long is he left to live?
kolynusha
Vladimir_r, if you have it under warranty, then you need to change it.
Vladimir_r

The bucket will be changed!

finally returned the stove ... hurray ... waited two and a half weeks for it to appear in M-Video ...
changed to Panasonic SD255. from the store they called themselves and postponed them at the warehouse, so there were no problems, only I had to fill out a questionnaire with the reasons, wait two weeks, and even pay 1000 rubles, since during this time prices increased for both Moulinex and Panasonic.
first impressions of SD255 - it makes three times less noise than Moulinex, the quality of plastic and assembly is not satisfactory, I only bake bread, so I don't know what will happen))
the vat itself is slightly smaller, so it is more difficult to pour out the flour)))
it is much more convenient to get the vat, just turn it along the axis and pull it out, while Muli had to pull. it is not essential, but convenient.
and another fundamental difference is in the size of the loaves, Muli has the smallest 750g, then 1kg and 1.5kg for Panas according to the instructions from 600g to 1250g.
in principle, large loaves are probably more convenient for a large family, and baguettes are also a good addition, but for me personally it was more practical to buy standard loaves of 400g each.
and also Panas, due to the smaller size of the loaves, probably has almost three times less electricity consumption, which is also a plus.

but all this is not important, I would leave Mula, if she worked ...
but noise is a really big difference in favor of Panasonic ...
so now I will experiment ... without Borodinsky and baguettes, but with less noise ..)))
thanks to all.))
kolynusha
Vladimir_r , happy for you. I don’t remember what topic, but they discussed that the washer bursts from temperature changes. That is, the bread was taken out, the bucket was warm and cold water was poured into it. So consider this with the new bucket.
Vladimir_r
This is one of the possible reasons.
For some reason, other manufacturers have not noticed this problem.
However, the mistakes of youth will be clarified.
The main thing is that the manufacturer does not accept this as an argument for refusing warranty repairs.

I think that the manufacturer monitors the statistics of breakdowns and must draw constructive conclusions - replace the plastic with a more resistant to temperature extremes. It's not your fault IMHO.

Peace be with you bakers!
kolynusha unfortunately in life everything is more prosaic
they will show you 1000 guests \ or I don’t know what \ u200b \ u200bthat plastic
fully matches everything and everyone.
and they made constructive conclusions long ago:
someone will spit and buy a new hp, someone will repair it himself,
some will hand over to the service and for months they will be fed with a fairy tale about the lack of spare parts, someone in a small town does not even have a trace of this service. so the percentage of successful buyers on
really not so great - unfortunately

no, of course I don’t urge you to sit back and get your way
by all available means, otherwise we \ consumers \ in general
lose any rights
kolynusha
shade Unfortunately, this is often the case, but Moulinex is not so bad since they recognized the case as a guarantee. If they are among the conscientious manufacturers, then it is easier for them to change the plastic than to hand out buckets. But we will judge their reputation by the service with the help of Vladimir_ra
Vladimir_r
It will be easier for them to leave everything as it is, since the cost of their products is very low, and the prices at which they sell to dealers are high.
I bought at the wholesale price - $ 150 before the increase, that is, the dealer got it + 15% - $ 130.
The cost of Chinese HP at retail is $ 80. They were made at the same factories, so consider the real profits of the representative offices.
And a bucket in general as a spare part at a cost price of $ 10 does not cost more.
rivsi
At the next MOT (removal of accidentally spilled flour past the bucket), I discovered that something was telepathing inside the case. Question? Does anyone have experience in removing the inner metal casing.
Fadeeva
Iriska, hello. I seem to have the same problem. Exactly after one year and the HB warranty began to hang. First, it kneads, then it does not knead, while the motor hums, and the mixers are dead. I have been baking for a year now and I know how the kneading takes place, so I am sure that these are not technological pauses, but a breakdown. But which one? HB behaves like a capricious child. It seems to knead when he wants. For a month now we have been playing the game "who is lucky today".
Please write what exactly your husband did. And have you looked for a service center?
Iriska
Fadeeva, sorry,: red: I don't quite understand what your problem is. What does it mean - kneads, and then doesn't knead?
I had two problems with my stove.
1. Rusty staples on the bucket. If you turn it over, you will see two stirrer mounts. There are two studs that are attached with a staple. So this bracket fell apart (rusted) and this fastener got loose. If the bucket is inserted into the stove, it will not be securely fixed.
2. Once the stove did not want to switch to another program. It was like this: in the evening I baked a kugelhof, and in the morning I decided to bake it with rye. So in the morning, when I plugged it in and put the bucket on, HP did not want to switch to program 3. just hung up. Although the display shows 1 program. a sound is emitted when turned on. I don't know what happened to her, but after 4 hours she decided to make money. Probably tired of working and wanted to rest
What do you have?
Iriska
I called the service center when the oven froze. Fortunately, I didn't have to contact them. They said that if they have the necessary parts, they will be repaired in 5 days, if not, then they will have to order, and this is about 2 months.
dmi
I have a 5002 oven, I think they are similar. Disassembly is possible only by unscrewing 8 screws at the bottom and 5 at the top (under the white buttons). Then carefully remove the metal walls. I also had a piece of plastic loose.
rivsi
DMI. Thank you very much. But here's the problem. The inner cover cannot be removed. I went along the way - unscrew everything that is unscrewed. Keeps on death. Maybe there are still some latches. If you have experience please tell me.
Fadeeva

Fadeeva, sorry,: red: I don't quite understand what your problem is. What does it mean - kneads, and then doesn't knead?
Iriska, I'm sorry I didn't answer right away.
When I turn on the HP, the stirrers immediately start spinning. So now the mixers start spinning every other time. That is, today they knead, tomorrow they will not knead, in a day they will knead again. I understand that something is wrong with HP, but I cannot say that it DOESN'T WORK.
She doesn't knead the bread properly. There are technological pauses. That is, 5 minutes of kneading, pause, 20 minutes of kneading. So now it happens 2min. kneading, pause, 0.5 min. kneading, pause, 7 min. kneading, 10 min pause, 1 min. kneading and proofing. The dough remains unmixed and in the finished bread there are just baked flour breasts.
But the baba KHP mixed wonderfully without any problems. It's just that the dough there is almost liquid like pancakes.

It still seems to me that there is something with the motor.
